I booked the wrong room type, so the experience was not very good. The breakfast was still great, the coffee was especially good, the local food was delicious, there were many kinds, the transportation was convenient, and it was very close to the exhibition hall

Outstanding with the best customer service you could ever get! We stayed 10 nights every single staff gave great customer care and service. Nothing was to much trouble always accommodating to our needs!
Great reception, restaurant and house keeping staff. The hotel is very modern with great amenities with a games room, gym, seasonal rooftop pool and excellent noise proof bedrooms!
The room is very thought out for comfort of guests with great design and electrical features.

Great hotel. The receptionist was polite and the registration was quick. The rooms are clean. The location of the hotel is near the train station and the waterfront is within walking distance.

The best, most different, most interesting,thematic, personalised hotel.

The hotel is very nice and in a good location. The rooms are spacious but I think they need to be more illuminated because it is a bit dark inside. The breakfast location in the hotel is very inconvenient. It is in the main lobby and there is not enough space for everybody. In the two days we were there we had to wait more than 15 min to get seated. Breakfast was very good and with a variety of food and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

All employees are young, dynamic and social people that makes you very welcome in this hotel. The breakfast (buffet) is great and delicious and you can enjoy it as well outside at the backside of the hotel. Refreshing (small) pool on the top level. 15min walking distance from city center with various restaurants, bars and tourist places.
A pity however that you had to pay 20€ for a sunbed at the pool and rooms are too small (23m²) for 3 adults.

They overcharge pets, they ask for environment fee aside from the total price, they dont accept the offers we found online and tried to cancel our reservation. On top of the described outrageous tactics they have a provocative reservation manager named Anastasia with an infuriating attitude on the phone. Never again.

New hotel, very modern and hyper technological. Close to the center, great for visiting Thessaloniki on foot.
