Outstanding with the best customer service you could ever get! We stayed 10 nights every single staff gave great customer care and service. Nothing was to much trouble always accommodating to our needs!
Great reception, restaurant and house keeping staff. The hotel is very modern with great amenities with a games room, gym, seasonal rooftop pool and excellent noise proof bedrooms!
The room is very thought out for comfort of guests with great design and electrical features.
The breakfast was some of the best we have ever had! Loads of good quality choice along with eggs made to order!

Great hotel. The receptionist was polite and the registration was quick. The rooms are clean. The location of the hotel is near the train station and the waterfront is within walking distance.

Excellent service, great food, surprisingly playful for adults. The best place to reborn the child in you. Ask for Dimitra Nikoli, General Manager.She. will make proposals that you haven’t even imagine.

The hotel is very nice and in a good location. The rooms are spacious but I think they need to be more illuminated because it is a bit dark inside. The breakfast location in the hotel is very inconvenient. It is in the main lobby and there is not enough space for everybody. In the two days we were there we had to wait more than 15 min to get seated. Breakfast was very good and with a variety of food and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

All employees are young, dynamic and social people that makes you very welcome in this hotel. The breakfast (buffet) is great and delicious and you can enjoy it as well outside at the backside of the hotel. Refreshing (small) pool on the top level. 15min walking distance from city center with various restaurants, bars and tourist places.
A pity however that you had to pay 20€ for a sunbed at the pool and rooms are too small (23m²) for 3 adults.

I had an excellent experience at ONOMA Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff was extremely friendly and ready to help us with anything we needed. Our room was spacious, clean, and very well-equipped, providing us with all the comfort necessary for a relaxing stay.

The hotel facilities were impressive: the pool was clean and well-maintained, the fitness room was modern, and the restaurant offered a varied selection of delicious dishes. The included breakfast was rich and diverse, satisfying all preferences.

Additionally, the hotel's location is ideal, being close to the main tourist attractions and public transportation. This allowed us to easily explore the city and enjoy everything it has to offer.

In conclusion, I highly recommend ONOMA Hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience with excellent services and top-notch facilities. I will definitely return here on my next visit to the city.

High quality rooms and great rooftop bar. Staff are all so friendly, especially (dimitria?) breakfast host/receptionist - very friendly to us making our experience nicer.

Definitely would love to come back, only a quick walk into town where bars/restaurants are open so late.

There is no better hotel to stay in Thessaloniki. Everything is careful, clean, luxurious. You can find everything you can look for in this hotel. Personally, it's the best hotel I've ever stayed in my life.
