Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki

I am a new member of Hyatt and as an explorer I use my card for frequent business travel. This was my second time using a reward night and I’m so glad I did it at the Thessaloniki Hyatt Regency. We were tired on arrival at 4pm and our room was ready. The staff greeted us and helped us with all our questions. We chose the hotel because it was close to the airport and we had 2 flights and 14hrs ahead of us back to the USA. The desk attendant was so kind. She upgraded us to a suite, and there was a note, fruit and wine waiting for us. This was the first time I have ever been upgraded. We enjoyed the peaceful room, beautiful grounds and had dinner at Ambrosia, the food was DELICIOUS! My husband had lemon pork chop and I had traditional Moussaka. In the morning the shuttle was waiting for us at 6AM. I wish we had stayed longer, it’s worthy of a vacation there! Beautiful pool, kind and attentive staff. Thank you all so much for your kindness.

Fantastic, pet friendly Hyatt. Beautiful property. Great service. Excellent restaurant. Very nice rooms and pool. Highly recommend! Note: Location is far from the city center, which was preferred by us. Hotel offers a shuttle service to and from which is 5 stars in my opinion. Close to airport. Hotel offers shuttle service from airport as well. Arrange for transportation before your arrival. Edit: Staff is phenomenal.

Great location, great pool, great food at the restaurant. My kid had a blast at the swimming pool. Restaurant (dinner and breakfast ) staffs were very friendly, polite and responsive. The life guards at the pool were wonderful with the help. All in all great place to stay. Vehicle service to town and airport was very convenient and professional !! Thank you to all the pool, restaurant, hotel and room staffs who made the stay wonderful !!

I love this place. Super convenient for an overnight stay after/before early/late flights. Shuttle service is available. Great hotel, comfortable and peaceful with relaxing surroundings despite the fact that it’s next to the airport. The food and spa are definitely worth trying.

Outstanding. The whole complex is huge and all covered in beautiful nature. Outdoor pool area is very big and nice - there is enough privacy for everyone. Quiet and relaxing. Staff is really nice. Ground floor rooms have terrace access to nature. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Real luxurious experience, everything is on high level! Would recommend

Had a truly wonderful stay at the Hyatt Thessaloniki....the grounds are gorgeous and generous. The landscaping is very well done and there is lots of space to accommodate guests, especially around the pool.
It would have been great if the pool would have been heated, but I understand it gets warm in the summer.

The facilities were very good and we enjoyed using a well equipped gym, the indoor pool and the club lounge. The lounge is a large space open all day for beverages and small bites and more substantial food in the evening. I wish the hotel would enforce a dress code as occasionally guests would come in barefoot and in swim dress....not ok.

The room was very nice and we got a good night sleep.
Two issues were addressed by the staff, especially Stephanie, very professionally, courteous and quickly. I greatly appreciated the professionalism and friendliness if all staff.

Breakfast was good, though I wish they had more local Greek dishes.
Dinner at the restaurant, lunch at poolside and room service were good throughout.

We also appreciated the airport and city shuttle services.

I would definitely return.

Last week, we stayed at the hotel during our trip to Greece and had an amazing time! The standout feature was the incredibly friendly staff. Irene took care of us, suggesting fantastic cocktails and dishes from the new menu. Everything was superb. Jonna also checked in on us, recommending the best creme brulee we've ever tasted. It was the perfect way to end the night! Highly recommend!

Visited there for a business trip.
The hotel is in very high standard in all the parameters.
Very close to the airport, casino and shopping malls.
It has a great pool outside and also a thermal one with a spa.

Overall ok for a family trip. Not really a resort hotel. Fitness/indoor pool are open to outside membership and look more like an average local gym rather than a fitness at a 5* hotel. Great service at the concierge desk.
