One evening, I used their room service because I was too tired to go out for dinner, and I was very satisfied—the food arrived quickly, and the burger was absolutely delicious! The hotel also has its own spa center with massages and facial treatments, which is a great bonus

I have been in this hotel for almost 2 weeks and I was really confortable. Room were clean, Common area such SPA and Gym very easy to use. Food and wine at restaurant were very good too. I recommend the stay.

Kalimera! :) Nice hotel located right after the paid parking area. So you can park on Ag Dimitriou street, although free parking spaces are very few - this is Thessaloniki after all

Road trip going to Athens lead us to this hotel in Thessaloniki. Very basic , but somehow functional. Location walkable to city centre. Several shops and convenience store outside. Tv and bathroom not the top notch type

Despite being far from the centre, it is a lovely hotel with a view of the city from above (on days when the city is not covered in fog, of course). The room was very nice, with a very large and comfortable double bed

If you are only staying at the hotel before going to the port, the location is great (12 mins walking, 4 mins by taxi), but I am sure it is also good if you want to explore the city centre

She even admitted she didn’t hear anyone inside but opened the door anyway -TWICE. That’s a major violation of privacy. I’m just thankful it was a woman and not a man—but honestly, that shouldn't even be a thought

This is completely inappropriate—such things should be handled by phone or during checkout, not by opening a guest’s door without permission, especially when they could be sleeping (which I was), showering, etc

She did it again on the 3rd day, saying when she just opened the door again- she wanted to “ask a few questions” about my stay. She was from the reception (I think , she never clarified)

The housekeeping staff is always kind and polite. The front desk, could work on being more welcoming. And please train your staff not to open guest rooms uninvited

The hotel is placed in an ideal location, 10min walk from the Aristotle square. Nice and rich breakfast for 5e, people working in the hotel are very kind

The Park Hotel is in a great location walking distance to most things. The staff are all super friendly, and gave us a nice little map of Thessaloniki since it was our first time visiting

We called this place home for 3 nights, since we felt at home. You have tv and drinks in refrigerator. Good brekfast, clean, quiet, and with friendly personel. I like its name also (pine tree=pefka)

For the price of this hotel I was very impressed. The room was large with a couch, robe, slippers, 2 TV’s and a wrap around balcony. The price also included buffet breakfast which, for the price, was adequate

My bathroom had a leaking shower head which was fixed immediately however there is no door on the shower and water does not drain quickly enough if you have the pressure too high and floods the bathroom

This is a very suitably located hotel for a short stay in Thessaloniki. Our room was on the 4th floor facing inner yard. It was quiet and air conditioning worked perfectly

One thing I really liked was that it was sound proof so we couldn't hear the neighbours. The location is very central so of course there are parking issues, but you can find paid parking nearby, so it shouldn't be hard

Nice hotel and very good breakfast. The hotel has a carpark nearby. There is no way to drive to the hotel. Leave the car somewhere close walk in and get the ticket for the carpark they have

The location is ideal, rooms are small but comfortable. Elevators are cramped and can be problematic for high floors. Restaurant area is small but the food is delicious. Bar is definitely comfortable and awesome

Last not least : Playlist that you can here always good quality with old Standart and rarities of real and original songs, which is a pleasant and rare thing to hear in such places nowadays

The rooms are not particularly spacious, and the washrooms are fairly small. The staff, especially Giorgios Doumanis (front desk) and Yannis Baxevanidis (restaurant), were friendly and accommodating

It took me some time to pass through the crowd. Τhe management and the staff at the front desk should have endeavored to handle the situation better to avoid inconveniencing the guests
