Good place for short stay. All as expected.
Great internet 300 mbits, but only on reception. Ok rooms, but without air conditioning, but fan can help a lot.

I recently stayed at Esprit Hotel, and it was an absolutely dreadful experience from start to finish. The room was in a very cheap condition…

The service was abysmal. The staff was rude and unhelpful, making every interaction unpleasant. They were dismissive.

To top it all off, the noise levels were unbearable. I could hear everything from the rooms next door and the hallway, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

Overall, Esprit Hotel was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. It's not worth your time or money.

Overall I would say more than acceptable for the price with a Great location !, you enter the hotel at the back of a small court yard so it’s far enough back to cut out traffic noise, ideal if you’re on a budget and after a cheap break, just a short bus ride into the city centre , length of stay was for 4 nights, they did NOT provide a chamber maid service during our stay so bin was overflowed and towels weren’t replaced, we soon realised we needed to hang up our towels to re-use each day, bed not made and linen not changed, the bed is 1 out of 10 for comfort, breakfast consists of a roll with a a slice of cheese and small pot of jam ..

This was one of the worst experiences i had. The room and bathroom need renovation and cleaning. The breaKfast is a bad joke, they give you a bit of margerine, a bit of jam and lots of bread they also give you tea bags but without hot water and glass. The coffee is from a vending machine with a cheap taste - i could not drink it, i threw it away as i threw away the breakfast. I do not recommend.

If you wana to live as local during your stay at Budapest,, you must try Esprit Hotel Experience, Stuff are friendly and helpful, there's late check in service free off charge, rooms are clean and warm, shower with amazing hot water, I enjoy my 3 nights stay there , every thing is near , you are in centre of Budapest, just 5 minutes walk to metro station red line, 24 hour reception service was very helpful, stuff speak many language and easy to communicate with them ,all I can say it's the best value of money you can book at center of Budapest,, thanks Esprit Team for that nice Experience 🌹

Rooms, especially bathroom needs serious renovation. Receptionist guy was very helpful but i cant say same for the other woman. Yes hotel is central and has good potential but why not developing i dont know..

Unacceptable hotel staff. During check out we had asked for a taxi to take us to the airport and instead of a taxi a guy in a Mercedes came who was in a hurry and the employee didn't give us our IDs because we didn't ask for them(!). We didn't make it!!!! They put us in the "taxi" without realizing it! Result.... We missed the flight because they were not willing to accommodate us and send us the IDs to the airport somehow. Their behavior on the phone was indifferent, rude and unacceptable. Especially the employee named Leila was the worst person you could meet while in such a situation as us! By the way..... the room was dirty, old and not well maintained. The location is quite convenient. Just....stay away from this hotel.!!

Very dim and small room for the price. The showerhead was broken and there was no A/C, so the window had to be opened the whole night just so it wouldn’t get too hot. If you just need somewhere to sleep it’s fine, but for the same price there should be nicer alternatives around..
