Ibis Budapest Citysouth

Really good services. Chinese people can choose Chinese breakfast and the staffs are all enthusiastic. They are so kind to help clients. Will come here again when we arrive in Hungary.🎉

I was impressed by this ibis, behind the unassuming facade it's a pleasant, modern and stylish interior. The rooms on one side of the building overlook a garden and a park - I bet there aren't many ibis hotels where the rooms have a balcony, too! Krisztián at the front desk provided professional and friendly service. Overall I will actually prioritize this hotel during my stays in Budapest going forward.

I stayed here with my parents for one night on August 4th and was very satisfied with my stay. My mother requested a mobility impaired room and was very happy with the accommodations (raised toilet, handrails, easily accessible shower). The staff was very helpful and friendly, and of course breakfast was delicious. We would definitely recommend this location for not only the above reasons, but also for the cleanliness of the hotel overall, not to mention the proximity to all the wonderful things to enjoy in Budapest. I would be more than happy to stay here again.

I want to sincerely thank several staff members for all their kind help. Debbie was so kind to us at 12 midnight after our flight was cancelled. She could not have been more willing to help us with any request we had. In addition, Vivian in the Business Office was kind and very helpful as she printed new boarding passes and other documents for us. The chef at the restaurant was very gracious, too. In other words, the staff are excellent! In addition, the beds are very comfortable and the room we had (229) was very spacious. Finally, there is a real peacefulness about the hotel, perhaps because there is a nature walking trail right next to it. So what began as a mini-disaster (a cancelled flight which meant we did not make it to our connecting flight, and all kinds of plans had to be changed) turned into two days of peace, quiet and kindness. Thank you to everyone at Budapest City South!

Nice hotel with beautiful and comfortable rooms.
The hotel owns a lovely garden and it’s like an escape from reality where you can take short walks and get some fresh air because it’s next to a forest.
The reception staff are super kind and the sales lady, Alexandra is a very hardworking person who is very considerate of individual needs. 100% reccomend this hotel if you like being in a calm, modern and eco-friendly qualitative hotel.

Very good experience, pretty cheap, very clean hotel and room, everything looked brand new and modern in the room, quite spotless. Very nice and kind staff, was able to modify my booking after I made a mistake without any charge (wrong day booked and wasn't cancellable from app free of charge anymore). Will surely come back to Ibis hotels in Budapest.

We had a seminar with a full-day event in this hotel, and of course, staying here for a couple of nights with my colleagues around the end of April.

The meeting room on the ground floor, next to the breakfast area, was clean and well prepared, and there was a door to the backyard; with one step, our guests were able to enjoy the sun during a coffee break.
I want to especially thank Alexandra, Janos, and all the F&B team assistants, who always provided us with assistance in time when we needed it.
