You got less what you pay for. Old rooms with dirty carpet dan moldy bathroom. The AC is not cooling. This hotel deserve 1 star not 3 with the poor condition as of 08/24

The hotel needs refurbishment. Our room had to be changed due to a leak from the air conditioner. The staff is top notch here. No matter they would try their best to help you out. Loved the bar tender who worked in the evenings. Cheerful guy.

The hotel is in dire need of renovation. The air conditioning is outdated and ineffective, the carpets in the rooms are dirty and haven't been cleaned in ages, and the bathroom is in a disgusting state with mold, a broken toilet, and poor cleaning. The painted walls show signs of water damage or mold. This place is in desperate need of renovation. Despite this, the staff at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful.

The room wasn't clean when we arrived, we found hair across the shower cubicle when we arrived, old socks from previous occupants on the bedside tables and lots of cobwebs over things you would expect to be cleaned regularly in a hotel. The room was quite dated and could do with renovating and the carpet would benefit from regular cleaning. The service was okay, we arrived quite late due to delayed flights and were checked in quickly. The location was convenient as it was in the middle of two of the metro stations.

Honestly a rather pleasant experience. However, we were staying in a three person room and one of the beds was a small metal stand with a mattress on it which had clearly only been added as an afterthought. The food was also not that great as it was either way too salty or not salted at all. The hotel isn't very clean but what can you expect from a three stat hotel. The staff was nice and the location was good which is why I would say this place is a 3.6: not great not terrible.

The outside of the hotel does not look too good, but the inside is lovely. The staff are fantastic and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is walking distance from a stadium and some colleges. It is located in a very residential area. There is a lovely park nearby and some restaurants.

Definitely the worst place for a school (or any group) trip. Millenium definitely doesn't deserve it's three stars.
The room's weren't that bad, except for the dirty carpets. Still, I was in a group of three pushed into a room for two people by placing a portable bed (which was broken) between two normal beds. The bathroom was definitely old. It was clean, however at night (like 10pm) there was no warm water and we had to use cold water to shower. Then there was the food... the breakfast was ok, but the dinner was terrible. Soup, which consisted of canned vegetables boiled with water, and then some undercooked (but oversalted) chicken with fries that tasted like they were made of rubber, later dessert - cold, overcooked rice pudding with some canned peaches.
I was told that the staff was nice, but I think this, and maybe the localisation (close to the underground) is the only good thing about this hotel.

The building itself and the rooms are clean, but they definetly need to be renovated. The bed was comfortable, and my room was not noisy. The staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast was ok for the price, but not everything (baked goods) was fresh.

For a 3 star hotel it is really good. The food is decent, on a level. The rooms are large, spacious and clean. It is not a luxury hotel, but it is more than satisfactory for 3 stars. They are really kind and patient at the reception. I have no complaints except that the sound isolation is poorly done.

Very nice room slightly away from city however just besides metro line. Break fast is just OK. However superb living experience and amazing room.
