Poor service! The reception staff doesn't like to be disturbed. The TV isn't working? They don't have a solution. The bathtub isn't draining? They don't have a solution (the proposed solution: go shower in the public shower at the spa.) No understanding, no effort. You paid? Forget the service. I don't recommend it. If I had known this before booking, I would have stayed in all the other hotels that are right next door, on the same street, but not in this hotel.

Totally amazing place to stay. I really really liked it. Big, comfy bedroom and bed. The hotel is tight in the city, everything is there e.g., Lidle, Aldi, Tesco, Metro, Bus stops, restaurant, clubs pubs, cinema and most importantly Jewish district. I always like to come back to this hotel. I feel home, valued and cared for. You can lay a bit extra if you want breakfast. Gym and sauna onsite.

Exe Budapest Hotel offers great value with its excellent location, good service, and amenities. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy. While the rooms aren’t very modern and the furniture is a bit dated, everything is well-maintained. The beds are very comfortable, and they provide slippers and a dental set. I booked without breakfast. Overall, a great stay for the price!

Absolutely fantastic stay. In the centre everything near you! The rooms are fantastic the double bed very large! The breakfast good but not too big. No options to eat. Only scramble eggs and bacon. Cleaning everyday and very good work! WiFi and sauna !

It's a totally okay hotel, a little TLC would be good and the staff in reception was very slow and confused at reception. Friendly breakfast staff and nice selection at the buffet.
Last night, I had a bath but could not for the life of me get the drain plug out, so I had to leave the bath filled up!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights after our flight was canceled. It was very expensive, likely because it was F1 weekend in Budapest. Despite the high price, we were happy to be upgraded to a suite due to overbooking, which was amazing.

The hotel is in a great central location and very clean. Breakfast was pretty good too. However, the service could be better. We asked twice to have the beds joined together, but it never happened. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

Excellent breakfast, really helpul staff, they gave us all sorts of info about the city - transportation, restaurants, etc. Spacious comfortable rooms with amenities. Great location next to Astoria metro station. Lots of restaurants, supermarkets, fast food places and 5 minutes away from the lively Jewish quarter.

Good sanitary environment. Near Astoria in the center of Budapest. There are subway stations and bus stops within 160 meters. Convenient transportation

It was terrible. The room was terrible and the hygiene was unacceptable. I asked to check out before I stayed in the hotel for 10 minutes. I bought insurance. They said that I couldn't get a refund after I checked in. They also charged me two days' tax. I insisted on getting a refund, and Ctrip helped me solve it. In short, this hotel with no brand is a pitfall, so be careful when entering it.
