This place is not worth 4 stars. To begin with you cannot choose the temperature in your own room, they decide the temperature for you. Also the breakfast was very poor quality for the price, only very greasy things and fruit that is clearly not fresh. We were given a room with 2 beds, but the bed frame was squeaking every time you would sit down. The bed itself was not too bad but was not good either. Television is only available in Hungarian. On top of this, I forgot my Vape in the room when checking out so I went to the reception just a couple of hours after leaving the room, and the cleaners denied I left it there. It is very upsetting that when you have forgotten something the cleaners will keep it for themselves. These are strong accusations, but I'm hundred percent sure exactly where I left it in the room. In any case, reception was not willing to help me anyways. Service is not sticking to a 4 stars hotel. Disappointed at the very least.

During my stay, there were a few issues. The elevator didn't work at times, so I had to use the stairs. The internet speed was slow, making it hard to work and attend meetings from the hotel, but the staff let me use the business center. Also, the room door didn't close properly, which was a bit concerning. (Usually managed to close it after several attempts) On the bright side, the staff was helpful and friendly, and I appreciated their assistance.
