4 star hotel? That must be a joke… except the good looking lobby, everything is dirty and smells really bad. The rooms are not cleaned as it should be, I was shocked by the wet carpet and yellow stains when I put a towel on it.. smells like piss. There is only one iron board for the whole hotel which looks disgusting. You can find spiders and mold in many places around the room. During breakfast the staff is really pushing to close the area even though there are 15 min left until the end of breakfast time. Food quality is low, eggs seems to be made of powder. Definitely do NOT recommend this hotel.

We stayed here on our honeymoon on a tour. Amazing service! Great food and wine! Great location! Highly recommend. Rooms are cozy, very comfortable, food is regional and fantastic and the breakfast is great!

Great hotel for a holiday ana business.
Great location and very comfortable rooms.
Food in the restaurant is delicious. Breakfast excellent. Staff in all hotel areas was very nice and helpful.
It was my first time here where I spent unforgettable moments with my family .

The hotel rooms are really small, for 4 nights with a baby it was very dificult to survive, specially keeping a stroller in our room as well. The closet is too small as well, it can barely fit one persons stuff. We enjoyed breakfast and a mostly very nice and caring stuff. Big plus is the position in the city - right on the bus, trolley, tram and metro stop, near river and about 15minutes walk to the very center of the city.

Absolutely amazing. From the service at the front desk, to the room cleanliness to the amazing breakfast.
We booked an Airbnb and it was disgustingly dirty, left shortly after and found this, we booked this room at the front desk and it was spotless.
The girl on the front desk (sadly we didn’t get her name) was friendly yet really professional.
The breakfast was absolutely amazing, the best we’ve had in Budapest (and we’ve ate at a good 8+ places at this point).
The best nights sleep we’ve had in two weeks, the bed was comfy, air con was nice and cool.
If we return to Budapest we’ll be staying here & i’d recommend it to anyone that comes here. This has ended our use of Airbnb after staying here.
They have a luggage drop so you can still explore the city on your day off departure, amazing!

I’m no celebrity, but I have traveled all my life and I consider this as one of the best hotel restaurants and breakfasts Ive experienced. Fresh delicious food, meticulous cleanliness and amazing variety of food, fruit and salads, etc. Hotel staff is as helpful as possible too. I highly recommend this place but especially breakfast!!!

The receptionist was very helpful, she managed to quickly solve our reservation problem. Room was immediately ready for us, even with an extra bed, that was settled up in a minute.
Breakfast is rich, plenty of choices, staff is very friendly and polite.
The only thing I would appreciate would be more toiletries, there’s only shampoo and shower gel. Some conditioner, body lotion and cotton pads and swabs would be nice in a hotel of this category.

We had a wonderful Easter Weekend. Good breakfast though for the coffee machine sometimes we needed help from the staff. Nice Rooms. Perfect location.

Our two days stay was pleasant. Rooms were clean. Service could be better. The best part of stay was grand breakfast they offered when compared to standard breakfast menu of other European hotels.
