I read a lot of bad reviews about this place. When I was there everything was just very good. A lot of people complained in reviews here that you can hear every single noise of what the neighbour is doing

I didn't hear anything and the hotel was fully booked. Reception also arranged me a lunch package for my early checkout. The view onto Keleti railway station from my room was just amazing

The room itself is clean, bathroom is nice

The hotel is very close to the train and subway stations, just a 5-minute walk away. The room was clean, bright, well-ventilated, and quiet at night

There are many dining options, a supermarket, and a currency exchange just downstairs, making it very convenient. It's especially recommended for families

The location is excellent, just opposite the Keleti Train Station. The room is clean. Front Desk staff is very helpful.

This Aria in Budapest has been in my mind for many years. It is in a very good location in the city center. You can reach many attractions on foot. The hotel has its own style, elegant environment and good service

Good location, next to the cathedral, with a SKY BAR to view the top of the cathedral. But the price/performance ratio is poor. It's a small hotel with a small facade and no obvious signs

A beautiful hotel which is perfectly located to explore all the historical sites and Budapest's fine dining scene. Service was excellent as were the rooms and facilities

The comfortable bedrooms are quiet, warm, clean, spacious and all have minibar, TV, hairdryer in bathroom, with complimentary soap and other useful products. A 10-15 minutes walk to the Buda Castle and Erzsébet Bridge

The staff were very welcoming and polite, clean rooms and the buffet breakfast was very good. The bus stop into the city is a 2mins walk from reception. Highly recommended to use for your Budapest city break

The hotel is looking on the older side, but I felt it added to the historical experience

Family run but well worth 5 stars. There is also a spare computer in reception if required for clients use. I have returned once and look forward to returning soon not just for business, but with friends or family

Lovely hotel just outside the city, location perfect for walking to the river and city centre areas. Fabulous views from Gellért park just around the corner. Super friendly staff, very comfortable beds

Warm, clean, fresh towels every dsy and a great breakfast. Every tea or coffee you could want for breakfast but that was it. If you wanted a hot drink you had to walk 15 or so minutes to find somewhere

Our wedding was nearby, that's why we chose this hotel, it was a very good decision! Service was five stars outstanding as well as the location and quality of the stay also they have a restaurant on the premises and everything on the menu was excellent

Location is pretty chill but close to all the Castle happenings (many of which aren’t open late). I was here for work so appreciated the quiet vibes

The Castle District is beautiful and away from the hordes of tourists, and at night the crowds leave — you have your pick of several great restaurants and bars with an elegant, relaxed vibe on the cobble stone streets

There was never a day that something was missing from the room, water, napkins , they just changed my towels, didn't vacuum, didn't clean the bathroom, nothing

Very good rooms and reception people, the breakfast is simply lovely and the room service comes to ask and clean your room twice a day, the location is on a small road and a bit hidden, on the bigger road there is another hotel but that is the wrong one in our situation

The only thing I would change is maybe breakfast but that it my personal opinion; it was nice. We had a balcony in our room and we loved to sit and enjoy in the evening. I would recommend this hotel to others

The room was clear, 2 rooms - its good for mama and me. For the first, it wasn't written about city taxes, but of course we payed, the door at the bathroom was broken, and we changed the room

It is 3 star hotel near highway. I recommend it if you want to watch F1 because it's 15 min away from race track ( Hungaroring) 20 min to city center. City bus stops near hotel and you can go to city center with it

Our room was very clean, decent, and beds where very comfortable. There was warm water and heating in our room. This hotel has good connection to the city center, only 20-30minutes away

On the other hand, breakfast could have been a lot better and WiFi connection could be stronger. Other than that, I have no complaints

It have swiming pul, restaurant, parking. Room was clean no problem there. It's next to McDonald's and big shopping center

The hotel has charm and the location was wonderful (close to family facilities and transportation for everywhere) The breakfast was satisfying and the stuff were more then helpful- The food were presentable and always full, tables were cleared and cleaned on time

The one main comment I must mention, that stuff don't where names tags so I can thank personally- I'm happy at least to thank two kind receptionist: Ferenc Szotyori-Nagy and David Toronyi for there professional service in hospitality and kindness that added in a positive way a part of the hotel and local experience

In the beginning I wasn't impressed from the outside of the hotel or facilities but as a family guy I started to realize the most important issues: The check-in experience was pleasant and professional

Good hotel, located a 2 minute walk from the Metro in a quiet neighbourhood. Near the shopping mall qnd small pedestrian street with restaurants. Breakfast was good. Recommended

When I book a holiday through a tour agent I try not to expect too much but from time to time I'm very happy that I was wrong not to giving enough credit

Although the room wasn't prepared for a triple occupancy they corrected and gave good costumer service (also to add a good concierge service)

Room was small but, we only had a backpack with us since were staying one night and had left our luggage elsewhere so it was not an issue for us but I can see it being a problem if you have luggage

The location is very central, but the rooms at the front are very noisy; sleeping with the window open is impossible due to the heavy traffic. Next time I stay, I would request a room at the back

the only downside was a lack of variety between the days, but it's a very small downside. small, the closet is tiny- but it is to be expected from the room details provided by the hotel

the area itself felt save and nice to walk around after dark. breakfast was nice- several options of eggs, cheese, fruits and breads

Nice rooms, there are all the basic things you need but look like they haven't been renowned in a while, I wasn't thrilled about the breakfast either.

Poor wifi, basic breakfast, receptionist dont like to communicate. Some little things need to be fixed.

From the moment we arrived, the lady at reception was incredibly kind and welcoming - she made us feel at home straight away and was happy to help with anything we needed. The manager was fantastic too

Nice hotel, towels and bed sheets were old but clean. Room was spacious and tidy l. Balcony view good. Breakfast and coffee wasn't bad itself. Overall it was a good stay. Public transport is just 100-200 m away.

The front desk guy and the waitress were very friendly! The triple room was clean and tidy! The room was large! I slept very well! It was very clean! The breakfast was also very rich! I wanted to extend my stay for another day, but unfortunately there were no rooms left! I stayed here on July 15, 2025! Transportation is also very convenient! I had a small issue with my Expedia booking, and he sorted it out in just a few minutes - super professional, calm, and genuinely caring. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable

I stayed here with my parents during a layover between two long trips, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience

My wet towels that were still wet the second day were changed while I was gone so that was a nice thing. Also the garbage can in the room was emptied

For a night is pretty good. The beds are small but very comfy. Not far from the highway. Booked it online via Skyscanner app 01:00, arrived 02:00, receptionist had ready all the paperwork, we sign and off to bed.

I had to stay here because of the tourism company I decided to travel with to Budapest. Some things I didn't like were: the old design of the furniture, The rooms were cold and the heat didn't work

What did not help was the fact that the room had a lot of damages that could have been fixed: both the entrance door and the bathroom door were not staying shut. You had to lock them with the key

If you wanted to get a heater from the reception you had to pay 15 euros per night if I remember correctly. The hotel is pretty far from the centre so it will take a while to get there

The breakfast is actually okay to be honest. Maybe I'm not pretentious or I just settle with anything but I did enjoy it the 2 days i stayed there

Wonderful getaway from the city in the city 🥰 We spent 3 days here at Chtistmas. Nice breakfast, cosy wooden chalets with sauna, indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Just loved it.

Has swimming pool, spa, sauna 🧖‍♀️ Tennis 🎾 court , pool 🏊‍♀️ Has private parking if you are travelling by car which I would recommend because it’s not a easy location to find if you are not local

Nature is a paradise for the soul. Children's playground, tennis courts, outdoor and indoor swimming pool. Everything is neatly arranged

Such an incredible hotel, in such a lovely part of the city. Next to tram 1 and very close to one of the main stations of Budapest (Nepliget) it is simply the perfect spot for your stay

Very comfortable, clean, peaceful place. "Taxi mafia" was brutal - from airport to hotel 90,000 HUF :(. They just have waited for someone tired and disoriented

This year i made a sudden decision to make my stay in this hotel longer by one more day in the morning of checking out and as there was one last room available, i was happy that i don't need to leave my room at all and situation was solved within minutes

You can also park on the street, but for foreigners the only payment option is with coins (no credit card or SMS). Also, you can only pay for maximum 3 hours at a time, you must come back and pay the next 3, etc

So on the way back to the airport i asked random taxi near the closest metro station. At night one driver offered 20,000HUF , but in the morning i found other for 10,000HUF

The Hotel is incredible, specially for its price. The room is spacious and has a fridge and coffee machine( but no coffee) The hotel internal design is very interesting. Its clean and rooms also has air conditioning

Nice hotel. The main attractions are a bit far away, but the famous Szimpla Kert bar is very close. The reception is a little slow. The room looks a bit old and has not been cleaned during the stay.

The hotel has a nice cozy indoor garden. Rooms are good, everything you need. Sometimes you have some stains in the bed sheet, or long hairs on the bed. And when we arrive there was some rests of poo still in the toilet

A great bonus is that there is a pool and sauna on the top floor. We found at breakfast there is something for everyone and the garden room and restaurant used for breakfast is nice and relaxing

They even fixed the room twice! The 9th floor has a small but very pleasant pool with awesome atmosphere (and sauna). I will keep as a reference for a future visit

Second time at this hotel this year. The Hotel Belvedere is well positioned in the city and for the price we think it is excellent value. Standard rooms are comfortable clean with nice bathroom and may have a balcony

Some people expect too much from what is rated as a 4 star hotel and must take into account what they are actually having to pay. Over all I would recommend the Belvedere as excellent value for money

Room was spacious, elegant, and comfortable. Continental breakfast offerings fit for royalty. A tad far from Budapest center, but this allows for a reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the city.

I like the idea of ​​the hotel on the boat, really impressive. I did not like the distance from the center but even more the behavior of some staff members who was at odds with the courtesy of some others

Shared bathroom & toilets of a very good standard. The towel that's provided is hand towel size luckily I brought my travel one with me. it's early October but nice sleeping with the window on lean in mode

It even has a kitchen area and 2 fridge freezers, microwave so perfect for those who like doing their own thing. 10 minute walk to a main station & M2 & M4 Metro's so perfect

Perfect location for exploring Budapest. Walkable to every part of town. Pool great, staff great, sauna and steam room perfect for after a long day out walking. Cereals and breads, hot foods and fresh meats and cheeses

We stayed in an apartment, full comfort, plus full access to swimming pool, gym and spa (one hammam and one sauna). Breakfast is pretty good and varied

Good hotel in the absolute centre of Budapest. The hotel had it's own fitness club/gym with a hot bath, big heated (32 degree) pool, steam sauna and an ordinary sauna. The breakfast was a bit basic but not bad

Not too far from a metro station and a few things within walking distance, other options include hire bikes and scooters. It has a pool, sauna, steam room and gym and staff were polite
