Inside door to separate the room from the hall door, which helps a lot with the noise. Good water for shower, hangers in the wardrobe, clean & fresh towels and linen
Excellent friendly, competent service, client oriented. Parking in front of the hotel which is a huge plus. Cosy room with large balcony and nice view over the city
It was amazing! The staff was super nice, the breakfast perfect - I loved this Paprika sausage, and the rooms clean and charming. Check in went easy and it’s great that the parking is included
I cannot find any flaw to the Hotel. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is delicious and the staff is competitive and polite. Highly recommend
But anyway we just needed maximum 30 minutes to the city center as the bus stop is 3 Minutes away and the tram 8 minutes by walk. If I am coming again to Budapest I would stay there again! :) Thank you
Very nice hotel, staff, and clealiness but a bit off the beaten path. There's almost nowhere to go in walking distane and the sign says bar and restaurant but they only have breakfast

The room was great we were on the first floor so didn't have to carry our luggage up to many flights of stairs, beds were comfy and we cast our streaming services to the TV on the room
No frills but it's for sure worth a stay, pub right next door but didn't hear too much noise, small convenience store across the street. We would stay here again no questions
Such a good location in the city, we stayed for 4 nights on a room only basis, so can't comment on the restaurant or food
Very conveniently located. No need to use public transport - the entire center walked. The hotel is clean, the service is good.
My friend and I where here for 3 days city break. Near to most tourist attractions. Staff where very friendly and helpful. It's a basic hotel but very clean and beds are comfortable. I would certainly stay here again
Don't bother with the breakfast it's not great. They charge you for clean towels which I found a bit strange. No kettle but you can hire one which wouldn't have bothered me

Very nice hotel right at the Danube river. If you're lucky, you can get a aroom with a view across to river to the parliament building. Rooms are well kept and large enough, staff is friendly and speaks good english
This hotel is an awesome place to stay while visiting Budapest. From beginning to end the customer service was professional, helpful, polite, and accommodating. They offer an great buffet for breakfast
An incredible view of the city!
Good hotel and very nice people.
We could stay together with 2 kids on the same room with 2 king size beds. A great experience
Breakfast buffet is very good. Several intersting sites can be reached on foot or with a short ride
Great location and service, clean and nicely designed rooms. Would definitely stay here again.
The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the whole place is nice and cozy :)
We had a funny situation with the cleaning crew trying to enter the room several times while we were sleeping, and the "don't disturb sign" was hanging on the door

Great location. We just walked to the Opera House and the Cathedral. Front desk were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was excellent and everyday something different was served.
I would stay here again.
However, I found it difficult to find how to enter the hotel building, and was very confused when I arrived (because I didn't know the auto-lock number). They will give you the number when you check in
You can often hear conversations in the hallway, so if you have trouble sleeping due to noise you may need earplugs (they are provided as amenities, and I was able to sleep without worrying)
It seems that all you have to do is call the front desk from the auto-lock machine when you arrive. There is always someone at the front desk, which gives you a sense of security
The location was very convenient for going anywhere. The airport bus (100E) stop is also nearby. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable
The walls are very thin, you can hear people casually talking from their rooms or on the hallway so that's a thing to consider if you are a light sleeper. Despite all this, overall i consider it to be a good stay

Big hotel, plenty of rooms and parking positions. Location is not so convenient, when you have a car this is not a problem. It provide Very good Breakfast, you have many different choices for foods
Stayed at this hotel on my last day in Budapest. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. The water is hot with good pressure
The only thing I didn't like was that my room had a kettle to boil water but I couldn't use it because I would blow out the fuse. Tried it once and had to go downstairs to reset the fuse
I feel the rooms are catered to the business type, where you come and stay for a couple of days or even a night then get out
My room had a couch and coffee table which is good if I was doing business and needed to do some work
Very practical hotel for business trips especially if you are engaged i
With events in the HungExpo. Some rooms are renovated and very fresh. Renovation is running and I believe it will be completed by March 2025

I stayed in the Hotel Charles for a week & I loved it. I had a beautiful room with a fabulous view & the hotel staff were very nice & could not do enough to help
Very spacious, good breakfast, well connected by bus (drops you off at the door) although not close to tourist sites, good service
Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The rooms are spacious, tastefully furnished, and equipped with everything you could possibly need
The decor is a little tired but renovations are happening in some rooms - double glazed windows, air conditioning, etc. There is a restaurant on site but we did not eat there
The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and always ready to provide advice and tips for our visit to Budapest
We especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture for New Year's Eve: a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine in our room. Additionally, we were provided with tea bags every day, which was a lovely touch

Willing to let me check in at 9:00am because the room is available, which I really appreciate. Many hotels don’t let that even though they are not full. The room itself is a bit old, but it is very clean
The location was very convenient. Near the major attractions and train station as well as other transport options. Friendly staff and clean rooms.
The room was only made up once during our 4 night stay which seemed odd, we were left fresh towels once
Penny’s (Local store) just around the corner, tram on the next street and approximately 20 min walk or so to arrive at parliament building. You can’t really ask more from the rooms, comfy bed and decent shower
Good hotel with excellent location close to everything.
Breakfast was ok. Will stay here again.
Overall a very good hotel, we didn’t experience the breakfast as bakery’s (Artizán) are nearby

In my review I want to specifically mention the politeness of the staff and readiness to support us, good breakfast, convenient location of the hotel and its unique atmosphere of the 30's
Very nice rooms in art-deco style. it is quiet in the night, but the rooms have no good isolation, so you hear sometimes other guests. but very central location, near all public transportation
Good location, breakfast was surprisingly limited but sufficient. Overall decor and woodwork was lovely. Mattresses were antiquated and def need upgrading. Will recommend and will stay again
We had a very nice stay at this themed boutique hotel. We stayed in their suite which was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and set out in the beautiful basement
Amazing hotel and very well located 5 minutes walking from 2 different metro lines. The staff were incredibly friendly and were always available when we needed them
All of the staff were friendly and helpful and tried to accommodate our needs, such as supplying a kettle so that we could make tea as and when we wished

Everything about this hotel was first-rate. The room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was above average and the personnel were friendly and helpful. The location made it easy to get to everything we wanted to see.
I would like to point out the humanity of the hotel management. Due to the security situation, we were unable to stay at a hotel we had previously stayed at and enjoyed both the great service and the location
A special thank you goes to Amanda at the reception, who was incredibly kind and attentive. She went out of her way to accommodate all the needs of our family, making our experience even more enjoyable
The location couldn't be better. Right on the pedestrian street, with lots of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Grand central market hall is 1 minute away. Tram and metro stop 1 minute away
We spent 5 days in this wonderful hotel. Everything was fine. Really good and complete breakfast. Rooms are very clean. The hotel is in a central position near the river. Thank you!

Extremely cozy place! Stayed here just for one night before our flight, the place is clean, quiet, staff is so friendly and nice. Breakfast included and the variety is cool as well. There are options for gluten free diet
Easy to walk to the centre. Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast was good! Would stay again.
Lovely hotel! Quaint and has a VERY good breakfast! The staff is very nice!
Saving this place for our future trips for sure
Exactly what a tourist needs visiting Budapest. The administrative staff, the managers are very prompt and available to give recommendations and suggestions. We felt great and I warmly recommend this hotel

Excellent hotel in its price category. Not far away (7 minutes walk) metro station. The room is tiny, but enough for an overnight stay. The room has air conditioning, a refrigerator, a hair dryer
We had breakfast in a cozy courtyard - beautiful. Of the minuses - no sound insulation and the air conditioner is installed so that it blows directly on the bed (we had room 309)
+ Good breakfast, location 10 min walk to the metro, friendly staff.
- no slippers (offered to buy for 1 Euro per pair), no hair shampoo, no drinking water upon check-in.
Overall a positive impression.
Superb hotel and its staff, very helpful people. These people know hospitality. I stayed in a single bedroom room as I was travelling solo. Prices are also on a sensible side. Will highly recommend the hotel
Very kind staff, especially Patrick and also the brunette girl at the reception whose name I don't remember. In general all the staff was very friendly and professional

But I couldn’t help thinking if I were to eat it while walking out, how would that be counted?
Even more interestingly, the next morning a different breakfast lady was on duty, and she was very nice, we saw another guest take an apple right in front of her and leave, so clearly there was no actual policy about charging guests extra for that
Especially since we were just 2 women who didn’t eat that much, and after traveling in Europe for dozens of days, we’d never encountered such treatment before. All in all, a rather curious experience
The room was spacious, had AC, and the breakfast was quite good. Overall, good value for money. There was a bit of noise, but with earplugs and an eye mask, it was fine
One thing, though, one of the breakfast ladies seemed to enjoy keeping a close eye on guests while they were eating, which for me took away from that relaxed vacation vibe
I understand this might just be her way of doing her job, but on the second morning, she told me that if I took a banana out, I’d be charged for an extra breakfast
I booked this hotel quite a while ago and stayed for 4 nights. The location was good, not right in the city center, but with a bus stop and tram stop just nearby

It's a neat and nice place to come for mostly package holidays, but it's hard to walk around because the surroundings are too dark and squashed. Luckily, it was good to sell wine in the restaurant.
We had a really nice experience in the Hotel. Thanks for the good service
Friendly service, good food, nice drinks. Infrstucture is perfect but it doesn't quite resemble the 'Római' feeling. But certqinly a great alternative if you're looking for something different ashore the Danube.

Fantastic location, large rooms, two very small televisions, towels thin from being washed a lot, understaffed breakfast buffet - something always missing and when replaced something else is missing, watery juice, interior worn, impossible to shower without getting water on floor
Will recommend everybody, who goes to Budapest to stay in this hotel. Tamas of reception, is a great person, who helped us in each & every step, when we required any assistance, within hotel premises or beyond that
Excellent location in the city centre and close to the bus stop for the airport shuttle bus (100E) which costs 900 Ft per trip. Reception staff were friendly and the classic suite room is spacious at 431 square feet
The location is just perfect
Friendly and helpful staff
Rooms are really well furnished and clean
Excellent value for money
Very good location, city centre, very polite personnel, payment can be made with card, breakfast is not included, and cost 8 to 10 euro for adults and is free for children's under 15. Rooms are big and well equipped
Plenty of seating available plus a microwave, kettle, sink and well-stocked fridge. Bathroom includes a bathtub and the toiletries provided were shower gel, shampoo/conditioner and liquid soap

This is our last night in the city and hotel and all I can say is that we are delighted. The hotel staff is friendly and professional. They gave us suggestions on what to visit and helped us with transportation
Our room was clean and tidy, the beds neatly arranged. We had coffee and tea if we wanted, as well as cold water. Breakfast was buffet style and you can choose what and how much you want to eat or drink
Great location, quick access to most of Budapest attractions, near to metro & bus station. Clean , large and cozy rooms . Very friendly staff. Thanx Kristoff.
Everything was perfect. Unfortunately, the hotel no longer has any on-site catering (except for breakfast).
But we were able to organize ourselves well.
For parking there are some restrictions for bigger cars:
Hotel Regnum**** has a closed deep garage, which our guests may use with regular-sized cars (maximum 2,2m wide, 1,8m high, 4,5m long) for the cost of 20 EUR/night
The parking spots on the street are owned by the government and has a fare of 600 HUF between 8:30 AM and 10 PM on weekdays. We recommend starting the parking meter before checking in to avoid parking fines

Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Also gave great information about Budapest snd the sights to see. A little noisy at times outside but would expect that in a central location
Amazing hotel room at a extremely convenient location close to bars and attractions.
Dont take any notice about what folk say about the breakfast, what they serve here is a plentiful enough variety and absolutely fine! Breakfast staff helpful and friendly! This hotel is great as its right in the centre without feeling overwhelmed and accessible to everywhere
We looked for a hotel right in the center of Budapest for one night and this was it! Why 4/5? Our main point of getting the room during our layover was to rest at night but we couldn’t until about 12am as it was very loud - we stayed on 0 floor - right above a few restaurants
Great location in the Jewish quarter in the heart of Pest. Within really easy reach of all public transport and bus to airport. The rooms are basic but clean with tea and coffees making facilities and a mini bar
Personal is really friendly. The room is good. Hat to be rebooked once at arrival, but I think it is a perfect hotel for my weekend trip to Budapest.

The Spa is free and well worth a soak at the end of a busy day walking around. All have the staff have been friendly and helpful
I was so stressed out about my travel agent and every staff were so sympathetic to me. The manager offered a free drink in the house to calm me down. I made friends for my 6 days stay in the hotel
be best hotel I have been in Budapest. Good location good place. With very good price. I will come here again for sure
We stayed at the Museum hotel for 4 nights. It was absolutely perfect and couldn’t recommend it enough. The room was a good size for us, so no complaints. The bathroom was a little dirty especially the shower

The location is very good and very convenient. You can walk to several scenic spots. There are many restaurants nearby, both simple and traditional. There is also a small market where you can set up your own stalls
The hotel is in a superb location within walking distance to all the tourist sights, bars and restaurants. And to top it off, a good selection of food each morning for breakfast. Overall, a very enjoyable stay
Great hotel in Budapest! I spent a week there exploring the city before the Hungary F1 race. Location is near two streets for shopping and restaurants. Most historical locations are within walking distance
The breakfast was tasty and fresh every morning and the location was unreal; at no point did we walk more than 40 minutes to any attraction we went to, near many different attractions and great restaurants
The correspondence was quick and efficient which helped us deal with the stressful situation. Staff at the hotel are very friendly and always available to provide information

Very nice hotel with an amazing location. Just across the street is a very big park ideal for a nice walk or relaxing in the sun. There are also a few interesting buildings, like the heroplace nearby
The hotel has a beautiful and magical building. The services provided are very good, but it needs to provide water bottles on a daily basis for customers, along with room cleaning service
The breakfast was very good and the area is very walkable with a number of sites and restaurants to enjoy. The breakfast buffet was very good and I definitely got a good nights sleep
There was no indication of an elevator, but fortunately, the restaurant staff close to the hotel showed me where I could go in the back of the hotel, where there was an elevator
The hotel is not quite downtown, but is very close to a metro, which is very convenient and can quickly take you to anywhere that you would like

I highly recommend this hotel not just for its comfort, but also for the outstanding staff who genuinely care about their guests
He kindly arranged for my camera to be shipped back to me, and I received it safely and I am very grateful for his help
I recently stayed at this hotel and accidentally left my camera behind. Laszlo went above and beyond to help me
Although I didn’t include breakfast in my booking,I went to check it out,but the dining area was full. In the end, I had breakfast at another hotel
The 1st room we had, room 100,had a few issues, bathroom door wouldn't shut, wardrobe door wouldn't move, quite a major one tbh, the shower trap was blocked, completely, it flooded the bathroom
We had a great holiday but it was spoiled, there's no way a shower trap can block to the point the bathroom was ankle deep in water, that's a long term issue that wasn't addressed
