A great hotel with clean and tidy rooms. The staff are very friendly and are willing to help. The hotel is situated by a train station and many bus services nearby, making it a great hub to get around the city.

I really recommend this hotel! the room was amazing, verry clean and good breakfast. The staff at the reception could be more friendly, they are really passive, but it can be improved:) there was an amazing asian cleaning guy and he was soo friendly and verry motivated and making good vibes. I dont know his name but you should keep him! he is great!
the location is also great, because there is the train, metro and bus station. we always took the busses to the city and it was so fast!

Good and very new hotel with reasonable price. Location is superb, the metro is just few steps from hotel. The breakfast has variety of menu. However, the service at room was poor. By the way overall is really good.

1. Near the train station. That can be sometimes convenient, but overall the location is not great.
2. Clean rooms, but the air conditioning is not working, only one bottle on water for two persons.
BTW the breakfast was still good :)
3. Strange attitude to guests privacy.
Despite the door-hanger “do not disturb”, entered my room twice in the morning (8am and 11am).
I'm dissatisfied and feel really unsafe about it.
My gf was close to panic attack when she heard the door opening.
To say more, it was the only night I've booked and it is really confusing why they need to clean my room in the morning a few hours before my departure. It's at least stupid.
4. Nobody asked if we are satisfied with our stay when we checked out.

The hotel is located in a very good spot - close to the train and metro station. There is an underground parking lot which is 15euros per 24h. Rooms are spacious. You have everything you need basically. Beds are comfy. We had a problem with our room, which we reported to the reception. They took care of it and upgraded our room because of it. However, although the hotel management did their job, the cleaning service - not so much. Although they should have dealt with the problem at hand, they left it and didn’t even change our towels which were on the floor.
Overall, a nice hotel, affordable, with a parking lot and located in a strategic location.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice. The location is good enough to go to the center in 20 minutes by public transport. close to train station. Unfortunately, there are some weird people around in the evenings.

Good location. Good room. Came 2nd day - no towels, called - they brought it. Coffee for the morning in the room- only decaff. Called- we do not have the original one. Sorry :) otherwise, everything else was fine... clean etc.

A great hotel, hip and modern. Our stay was great, quiet rooms, comfortable bedding, the receptionist Kitti was awesome. Check-in and out was fast. The hotel was very clean and neat. I definitely recommend this wonderful hotel.

everything is perfect!! good location near public transport, grocery, exchange, Arena mall, pharmacy and restuarant.
