Absolutely loved this hotel! Excellent value for the money! The architecture of the building is beautiful, well appointed rooms, comfortable bathroom with all the amenities, breakfast was great : amazing choice of hot and cold foods, the location couldn't be better, close to the Jewish quarter where a lot of the nice restaurants are, close enough to other attractions as well, in a beautiful area of Andrássy út, one observation which isn't exclusive to this hotel or Budapest, it happens in many places in Europe: it was scorching hot outside and although when we entered the lobby the temperature was pleasant, in the room that wasn't the case, as much as we tried to lower the temperature it wouldn't go below around 24-25C(?? Not sure because the A/C said 18 )

We stayed in Hotel Moments at the end of October 2024 with my wife and 12-year-old boy. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The hotel was beautifully decorated, and the seats in the reception hall were quite comfortable, with free coffee and tea and some small snacks. The rooms were clean, tidy and warm. The TV was quite large with a variety of streaming options, including Netflix, Amazon, and Disney. The breakfast was also absolutely delicious, with a variety of cheeses, vegetables, fruits, and marmalades, as well as a wonderful champagne made from local Hungarian grapes. We loved the hotel by all means.

Top notch hotel in Budapest! Quiet and comfy room (twin beds could be a bit wider, though), nicely decorated, great shower, outstanding breakfast with the option of freshly squeezed orange juice (do it yourself) and great location (walking distance to many sights). Luxury branded stores and a good variety of restaurants really neabry, in case that makes a difference for you when choosing where to stay at. 24-hour coffee, tea and water spot steps away from the check-in area. Had a very pleasant stay and do recommend this property.

Great location, excellent and extremely helpful front desk staff. The breakfast was above expectations. The facility was beautiful and very well maintained. Among the top hotels I've ever stayed in Budapest. Would definitely recommend.

Had an amazing few days staying here. The Basilica suite was a beautiful room with everything you could wish for, and a stunning view of the Basilica.. The hotel staff are brilliant. Breakfast included was also very nice with a good selection of food and also Sparkling wine if you fancy it.
The room has full air conditioning which was well needed as the outside temperature was around 38c.
Bath room is huge having both a shower and bath🙂
Loved staying here and enjoyed exploring Budapest. Hope to return again one day

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Moments Budapest for 7 nights in April. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my visit pleasant and stress-free. Both the lobby and my room were immaculately clean, reflecting the hotel's high standards of cleanliness. Breakfast was simple but satisfying and provided good value for money. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would definitely choose to stay at Hotel Moments Budapest again on my next visit to the city.

The location of the hotel is very central.
The service of the reception staff is excellent.
The design of the hotel is beautiful and special.
In the lobby there is a coffee machine and a water bar available to guests 24/7.
Very good breakfast with a large selection. We have a food sensitivity problem and the kitchen staff took care of all our needs very well.
The room is large and clean, the bathroom needs improvement.
We were expecting a shower with a walk-in entrance and instead an old-fashioned bathtub with a high rim that makes it difficult to enter.
In conclusion, a highly recommended hotel!!!

Perfect location and easy to walk. Also rental bikes right across the street. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and the Lebanese dinner delicious. The rooms are a comfortable size, not much view from the roof top windows though because of the shape, so not really worth the extra prize. The beds are stiff, little too stiff for me but probably good for many. Always coffee and water in the lobby.
I have stayed at 4 hotels during this trip and this was unfortunately the only occasion that we heard people in next rooms.

A really wonderful Hotel, fantastic location, close to the Opera house and Basilica. The Hotel lobby is a lovely relaxing space, the hotel staff are all very friendly, receptionists are helpful, the breakfast area in the morning is great, with a decent range of wonderful food on offer.
The decoration throughout the hotel is beautiful, the architectural features and balconies are lovely too.
The room was lovely, the bed was firm, the rain shower worked well.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
