The rooms were quiet and clean. Our room had a sewage smell that was concentrated at night and in the mornings! The bathroom floor drain would back up and let water in. Centrally located which makes visiting the city easy. The staff was fantastic! They suggested places to eat that were more local than tourist which was nice. Get the T2 train to the airport for 1.5 euro :) 7 min walk. Rooms are quite well done. My room seems to be next to the stairwell and it's very noisy. I got it to be walking distance to the airport but they recommended getting a taxi. 15 euros for a 5 min ride.. Nothing else close by.

This sadly was not what we were expecting. This hotel does not feel 4 stars. Our bathroom looked very outdated and smelled like pee our entire stay, the tub is stained and chipped when I brought this to the front desk lady, she said she’ll tell the cleaning crew, they never checked in on it again. The location is good and the room is relatively large. It's a 10-minute walk from Santa Maria del Fiore. The SPA is a bit of a rip-off, the hygiene is not very good, and it's a bit noisy. No new water was added the next day. You can park in front of the hotel to unload your luggage, but you need to inform in advance and the waiter will park in the cooperative parking lot.

This boutique hotel is a gem. It’s conveniently located and yet away from all the crowds. We stayed at one bedroom suite, well kept and clean and spacious.
