We booked this off Priceline. The hotel is close to the train terminal and very quiet. Porter took our bags and showed us to our room in a beautiful annex. High quality furnishings and architecture. The web site doesn’t do it justice. Only stayed one night but would book for a return visit.

Had a really great stay here last week in Florence! The location is so nice right by the bridge with all the shopping and eats. Convenient parking, clean room

The room is OK, the elevator is old, the breakfast is poor. The only advantage is that there is a private parking lot, which is large enough and free. The other hardware facilities are really not suitable for a star hotel, they are too old.

The accommodation is quite convenient. It's close to the airport and I have an early flight, so it's more convenient to rush there.

The room is four meters high. The corridor is relatively small and the layout is warm. The breakfast is very rich. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Cathedral of Flowers. It is very quiet and the surrounding area is relatively quiet.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the train station and a church, with a Starbucks right downstairs. The room was quite spacious, clean, and tidy. However, the lighting was a bit dim. It also feels warmer than other hotels i stayed, making it comfortable during March. Only thing to comment is the small shower area and there’s no thermal flask. This was the highlight of our trip. What a wonderful spot to stay and relax. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The grounds were wonderful. The restaurant serves the best food. We booked this place because it was close to the Duomo and it was pretty easy to walk to all the main attractions. The rooms were comfortable, they were very helpful in arranging transportation for us when needed. Their breakfast each morning is excellent - the best we had in Italy. Wow, this hotel was absolutely amazing! It exceeded my expectations. First, the location is incredibly convenient. It's on a small street with Chinese restaurants on both ends.
