Florence, Via dell'Amorino, 20 red 🧭 Map
Super convenient location, 10 mins to train station and ten minutes to Florence Cathedral. The breakfast is good. Value to stay.
Suggest to stay at the new rooms in next building, the one we stayed in quite old
We loved this hotel for its location, convenience, cleanliness and the wonderful room. The staff was well trained and helped us with all our requests. The room had great amenities and was spacious. The quality of the breakfast buffet was about average. Most of the hotels in Italy don’t focus much on making various types of eggs(boiled and scrambled) still, they have good choices and even a pancake...
Wow, this hotel was absolutely amazing! It exceeded my expectations. First, the location is incredibly convenient. It's on a small street with Chinese restaurants on both ends. One side leads to the train station, and the other to the Medici Chapels and Basilica di San Lorenzo. It's very conveniently located near the heart of the historic city. The entire staff was incredibly friendly. Upon check-in...
Very beautiful hotel, the room is also nice, very close to the Duomo, you can walk there, the hotel staff is also very friendly, there is a piano in the breakfast court to talk, very interesting
The location was great and the breakfast was clean and delicious. It was a satisfying trip.
Wonderful hotel in a perfect location - close to everything! Staff were friendly, the hotel was very clean and room was spacious. Would stay again!

Good location
Service is not bad
But don’t expect the room is big
Good location near the train and tram station. Disappointing that you don't even get a single bottle of wayer and have to pay for water in the scorching summer heat. Needs better sound proofing as the noise of furniture being dragged on the floor above was loud!!
Good location right next to the Florence central train station, hotel also has arrangement with a parking lot right next door for €30 per night which is very convenient. Only downside was the room’s air conditioning was weak and made the stay less comfortable in the Italian heat.
Excellent accomodation for the money and value. Rooms are newish and super clean with a modern feel.
Directly opposite SMN station makes it fantastic as a base in Florence as centre storico is a few minutes walk away as well as being right next to SMN cathedral itself.
Plenty of good food around as well as a carrerfour express.
Rooms importantly were also quiet so I was able to sleep well.
...
The site is very close to Firenze-SMN rail station, very convenient. Clean and tidy room.
The rooms were so nice and modern! Love it. Next to the station. Would definitely go back again.

UNA Hotels Vittoria Firenze
Florence, Via Pisana, 59 🧭 Map
We liked this hotel as a family but due to high season during the nye I assume the price was overrated. It is old building renovated with dark colours. Not k space in the room and the single bed was not comfortable.
Products in the room was not good for 4 star hotel. No slippers ot coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was good.
The location is a 25-minute walk from Firenze Station and a 40-minute walk from Ponte Vecchio. It's a convenient walk while sightseeing, and there's a large supermarket nearby, which is convenient. The room condition feels like a hotel. The amenities are well-rounded, and it's a conceptual boutique hotel. The basic breakfast is warm and crunchy, so it's tasty, but it feels like you don't have to eat...
This place is romantic and artistic, it is really suitable for feeling the atmosphere and relaxing on holidays. The location is a little off, but the overall feeling is still quite good.
My first impression was that the room was very dark. It was ok in the daytime when you open the windows but when the curtains are drawn it feels like a bar , with a bed end bar like table and very small lights on the ceiling. That made charging your phone not that easy as sockets were down below and room was dark. The room size is good and my room ha d a garden view. But there was no tea bag/ coffee...
Special mention to Fedele in the restaurant for the impeccable service. He is amazing also the people in the counter.
The room is really small, and everything else is good. The hotel is in the white community, and although it is a little far from the downtown attractions, it doesn't feel far away after walking all the way there. The breakfast is the same white food, but the pizza in the restaurant next door is really great, which refreshed my understanding of Italian pizza. It is really delicious. I ate it for three...

Relais Uffizi, Tailor made Hotel
Florence, Chiasso Del Buco 16 🧭 Map
We had a lovely stay in the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom amazing, with all the amenities . Staff was very helpful and kind. Excellent location, close to all major attractions. Some reviewers complained about the smell and wifi. This has nothing to do with the Hotel, it is an issue of the area.
Our 5 night stay at Relais Uffizi was wonderful. The property was beautiful - our room was lovely and well equipped with every amenity we needed to feel comfortable. What elevated our experience was the attention and care from everyone on the staff. • The breakfast was wonderful each morning, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and could not...
LOVE this hotel. The location is perfect, rooms are very unique and so clean. The staff, from the front desk to the breakfast wait staff have all been fabulous and helpful. So much to choose from for breakfast and it’s all delicious! Highly recommended !!!!
The place, the atmosphere, the room, the staff and the breakfast are extra ordinary. Only one thing could easily be Improved: Serve butter by breakfast😉 We really enjoyed our time in the centre of Firenze. See you soon again. Johannesson family.
If you want to treat yourself while in Florence stay here. Located beside the Uffizi and Piazza del Signora it's location is ideal. Their attention to detail is amazing, from our welcome, to the best breakfasts we had on our journey, served by such friendly staff, and the extremely helpful Ester on reception. Traveled to Florence alone this summer for the first time. I cannot say enough good things about Hotel Santa Maria Novella! The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and so helpful. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The daily breakfast was wonderful. I really felt safe and welcome for the entirety of my stay. Grazia!
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hotel Santa Maria! From the moment we arrived, the customer service exceeded every expectation. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable.

a beautiful hotel with nice location
Absolutely 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Staying at this hotel was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Florence. Experiencing modern and luxurious amenities inside a historic building in the heart of the city created such a beautiful memory.
From the moment we arrived until check-out, everything was excellent. The reception staff were polite, professional, responsive, and very welcoming.

This hotel was amazing! The service was impeccable. It was also extremely kid friendly. Upon arrival they gave my daughter a bunny stuffed animal as a gift. They also had the crib set up in our room with a baby bath toiletry kit! I would love to stay here again!!
Fantastic stay at Hotel Santa Maria Novella! We were surprised with an upgrade to the Honeymoon Suite — the only room with a balcony overlooking the square. Spacious, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located within walking distance of the train station. We loved watching the nightly performances in the square from our balcony. Domus Florentiae Hotel(Hotel Domus Florentiae)

The location is very good and convenient for travel. You can walk to all attractions. The front desk lady is very nice
The location is very close to the station and there are a lot of people coming and going. I felt bad when I entered the hotel. It was a basement and smelled bad. It was really the worst hotel in this European trip. The room was very small and dirty. It was a bad experience in every aspect. The front desk was quite friendly, but the conditions were too bad. It was said to be a four-star hotel, but it...
The room is big and clean, the staff is very nice, the breakfast is rich, it is the best hotel I have stayed in this trip, the location is close to the train station and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, very convenient
I stayed in a big room, which was nice and had great service, although it was provided by the elderly.
It's a five-minute walk to the Cathedral of David and Fiore
The single room is very small, the breakfast is so-so, the location is very convenient, and you can walk to some famous attractions. The room hygiene is not good, don't expect too much.
Close to main attractions and the exit to take the train or bus.

Hotel Spadai
Florence, Via dei Martelli, 10 🧭 Map
The hotel is easy to find, about 15 minutes walk from the station. The hotel lobby and corridors don't look very good, but the room is still very good, big and clean. It's just that it's next to the cathedral and the bell rings at 7 o'clock. However, this bell can definitely be heard in all hotels nearby. It's a bit noisy in the city center, but it's good overall and worth staying.
Very satisfactory hotel, the room is large, the double bed is very comfortable, two children each have a bed. The jacuzzi and shower are large. The minibar is free of charge for pure water, sparkling water, sparkling wine, red wine, biscuits and chocolate. The location is right next to the Duomo, and all the attractions are within walking distance. The service is warm, the English is very good, and...
Nice staffs, Nice location, Nice breakfast, and Nice room condition. Really good experience.
The room is nice. The location is good and convenient. The food is recommended and the experience is full. I have to say that in Italy, you have to come to Rome to experience the civilization here.
This is the most generous 4-star hotel I have ever seen. The minibar is free, the breakfast is superb, and the richness of fruit desserts is basically invincible. I ate happily every day.
The location is very good, just near the cathedral, and most attractions such as the Old Bridge, Uffizi Gallery, Pitti Palace, Republic Square, Luxury Street, etc. can be reached by foot.
The room is also very good...
Very good experience. The hotel is a one-minute walk from Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral. The breakfast is very rich. The hotel facilities are also very new. After checking in on the first day, I received an email asking me to give feedback on the first night's stay and whether the mattress was soft enough. I said it could be shorter, and they added a layer of cushion for me that night. Very thoughtful...

Beautiful place, really enjoyed staying there. Great location nearby everything you need, very attentive staff. Only issue was when the man who brought our luggage that was stored with them he dropped it hard on the floor so could’ve damaged fragile stuff inside the bags. But everyone was kind and helpful. Beautiful view from the room, mainly in the toilet room with the view to the Duomo.
Friendly and supporting staff, good quality rooms, nice view, good location to city centre. The only issue was the noise in the morning due to construction. Other than that, was a nice experience.
What a perfect experience for the first time in Italy !
Nestled in the heart of Florence, its proximity to all the wonders allows you to explore with just your feet, losing yourself in a maze of alleys, each one as beautiful as the next.

We recently had a two night stay here. The location is perfect, just a short stroll from the train station and you are surrounded by food, coffee and even a self service laundry room.
The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was lovely. The rooms are what you would expect for a 3 star hotel, but they were of a good size. I would recommend for a short stay if you’re on a budget.
A fantastic stay at Hotel Machiavelli! The location is perfect, just a five-minute walk from the train station and close to all the major attractions. We were lucky enough to have a room with a balcony that had a stunning view of the Duomo, and a full moon made it absolutely magical for photos.

Loved our stay at IQ Hotel Florence! The location couldn’t have been better, and the hydro plunge pool was such a treat after wandering around the city all day. Big plus for the free goodies in the minibar 🙌 and the room was super clean and comfy. Would definitely stay here again!
This is a very modern hotel in Florence. While it's not necessarily located in the heart of the city, Florence Village is small, so everything is only a 10-20 minute walk away. It's similar to the Orange Hotel in China. Disposable toiletries, including shower gel and shampoo, are provided. Drinks in the mini-bar are free.
The hotel facility was excellent, the decoration was modern. Service was great too. The location is close to the attractions, but yet not too close to the noisy crowded environment, major tourist attractions within walking distance of 15-30 minutes.
Short walk into town. Bit of a longer walk to the river. Tram stop right outside, which goes to the train station and airport!
Lovely staff, we’re so kind and smiling! Free minibar was a bonus. Amazing rooms, and comfy bed! Lovely spa area! Lovely warm pool, just wish it was open longer! Thanks for a great stay!!
The only issue I had with this hotel would be the location, it is pretty far away from everything, if you want something more convenient, you should stay somewhere near the train station / shopping district.
Best choices for family!
Staffs are very friendly, guests get 10%discount for restaurant ad their food are very nice especially the pizza!

We stayed only one night, but we loved the hotel. The two ladies in the reception were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was beyond of our expectation. Room was comfortable and clean. Location is great, especially you are travelling from train station.
Oh man, what a wonderful stay! I come from a culture where we say 'God comes in the form of guest' which means that we have a great hospitality culture, we treat our guests really well. I didn't expect that outside my country and culture but oh boy, was I wrong.

Great Experience! The location of the hotel is great, close to the train station and all of the great sites. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly, the only minus is that the bathroom was small-but this is expected for an older building. Stayed here for a city weekend break. Location is fantastic, five minute walk from main train station and approx 10-15min walk to main attractions through Florence. Typical European boutique hotel ... small & cozy. But this hotel was pretty dated & in need of some repairs & renovation. We were supposed to get adjoining rooms as we were 3 with a special needs daughter. They initially placed us in 2 rooms, one in the 1st floor & the other on the 3rd floor! But glad they were able to find 2 rooms opposite to each other on the same floor. There were cracks on bathroom...
It's what I would call a "boutique" hotel in an older building. The room I was in showed slight wear, but this did not detract from my experience and the property was otherwise immaculate.
All staff I encountered were excellent. The location is great - close to excellent transit and fairly easy walking distance to the heart of Florence.
This was a great boutique hotel and we had a fantastic time staying here for three nights two weeks ago. Rooms are very well appointed, breakfast is great and the location is within a 1-1 1/2 km walk to most key sights in the city, but also right on the tram line in case walking isn't desired. Highlights are clearly the rooms themselves and the wonderful garden bar that you can enjoy for drinks before...
Check in and out was very easy and it was 7 Euro per night per guest for the city tax. The grounds are very nice with an outdoor bar and sitting area. Comfortable bed and decent toiletries. There is a team that you can take to the city center for a...
The hotel is ideally located but unfortunately, that's all it has. The room was shabby, no air conditioning the first night.. the breakfast is worthy of a cheap cafeteria.. employees who eat breakfast in the dining room with the customers.. signs of wear and tear throughout the establishment.. I do not recommend it because it is only worthy of mediocrity.

Older hotel that is well situated in downtown Florence with walkable destinations. It is a bit difficult to find, but good place. The rooms were very spacious and the bed comfortable. We really liked the window shades since they blocked the room out entirely. I think there are likely nicer places to stay in town but this was a good, clean solid place.
Fantastic location, a stones throw from duomo and the heart of florence. Wonderful staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast with a good selection. Very comfortable beds and big room on 5th floor. Nice and dark once blinds shut. You may need earplugs if a light sleeper but it was fine for us. Perfect if you're here for the marathon like we were! Our first visit to Florence and stayed at Hôtel Pierre. It is a very nice hotel in a perfect location just behind the Duomo, very clean and very friendly and helpful staff, it has all the amenities for a very comfortable stay, will come back, highly recommend it
Hotel was beautiful. Bed comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Only issue I have was street noise at night. Hotel is in downtown core and windows in hotel are not soundproof so we could hear patty’s people yelling from restaurants nearby. Kept us up. But hotel itself is lovely . If you are a light sleeper the noise will keep you awake.

I was traveling alone in Florence, and unfortunately, on the last day of my planned stay, I sprained my ankle badly on the street. Unsure of what to do, I returned to the hotel to ask for help, at least for some ice to treat the injury. The staff were supportive, even though my stay had ended. Nearby a really good trattoria and transport is really convenient to most places in firenze
The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room was very clean, though exceptionally small. The breakfast was good; the server even came over to ask what kind of coffee I'd prefer. If your budget allows, I'd recommend booking a larger room, as the economy room is truly tiny. It was the smallest room I stayed in during...
The location is quite convenient, just across the road and around the corner from the station. However, the check-in process was quite slow. We arrived early, but our room wasn't ready, so we went out to explore. Even after returning at the official check-in time, we still had to wait another ten minutes.
Overall, the breakfast spread was quite varied and plentiful. The breakfast staff were also very...
Rooms are a bit small; they'll offer an upgrade for an extra 30 Euros per night, but even then, the room isn't significantly larger. Our stay at Hotel Ariele was lovely. All staff were friendly and the room was comfortable and spacious. Cleaning standards were perfect. Breakfast was also top notch with a lot of variety and a lovely breakfast room and garden. The position of the hotel is also in a nice area, slightly further away from the busy side but a nice 15 min scenic walk from the centre, along the river.
very nice hotel, room is clean and staff are very friendly. Breakfast is nice. Bathroom is a little bit small
I liked everything
I recommend it to everyone
Clean and cozy
Value for money
The surrounding is clean and tidy, not far from the tram station. It's a 5-minute walk, very convenient. Breakfast was not bad. The style of the room is fresh and elegant, but it seems that it was renovated not too long ago and has a bit of a smell. There is a small refrigerator in the room and bottled water is provided.

Very good, warm welcome, clean and comfortable room. With indoor SPA. Hotel not far from the city center (10 minutes walk). What better way to celebrate a wedding anniversary in Florence.
Amazing hotel, large clean rooms, friendly service.
Just outside the old town, a very comfortable hotel with a beautiful small garden. From the 5th floor rooftop you can enjoy the dome and tower of Santa Maria del Fiore. The rooms are fully equipped, the hotel is decorated in a modern and artistic style, and the service is attentive and friendly.

Great experience, friendly staff and convenient to public transportation
Saturday night there was some noise coming from the restaurant. Generally the rooms are not that much noise protected from the hallway.
Pleasant stay
The stay was pleasant only disappointment in the breakfast not a huge hot selection but overall it has been pleasant.
Great place to stay when you’re in Florence. Rooms are clean, cool & comfortable & the staff are excellent. Also food in the restaurant is very good. Thanks to all especially Francesca at reception & the restaurant staff
It took a while to find the hotel location. The front desk staff was very kind. When we went back early in the morning and wanted slippers, he took the time to find them for us. The only downside to the hotel is that the shower room is very small.
Clean and comfortable! We have stayed here numerous times and is perfectly located to go into the centre of Florence. Staff are super friendly and will help with anything you need ☺️😁 would definitely recommend
