Four pulls. Saving all felt. The rooms are small, but it does not matter. Many of the rooms noisy, because either overlook the street or Elevator noise etc. other sounds. Check it when you check if you have sleep problems. Clean normally, changing everything without reminders. But plumbing repair is not know. Slippers can be especially valuable guests apparently. The Breakfast is good. Good location...
To begin, I loved the location. The hotel itself is inconspicuous outside, but lovely inside the lobby. Breakfast (as per Italian norm!) Was delicious and all of the staff is more than willing to accommodate you in any way possible. I had only a few issues. I had a 3rd floor, street facing balcony/terrace. Perfect and quaint for one person, however the 5 am glass and rubbish pickup was not a welcome...
we were two nights through the package Smartbox, which tell the room from 3 stars to me it seemed a accommodation for waiters who go on to do seasons...I was expecting a room a bit better breakfast and service ok
That was very well received. Warm welcome. Hostess very polite all the time "hello/hello", "good day/good evening" and always smile !!! ? Hotel clean, spacious, modern with touches of old. I love the decor, the colors blend well together. The staff comes in to help quickly. Room well maintained, spacious, comfortable bed, tv, wardrobe, hair dryer, mini bar, wi-fi.. All what we need. One of the two...

The rooms towards the road are perhaps a bit noisy...overall I would recommend it for those who have a heavy sleeper, otherwise it can get heavy! Good breakfast, good location within the city!

Everything was great but the breakfast could be better.
Loved the place! The location is comfortable to go anywhere, the room is big and clean, the service is great. Breakfast is more than enough. Would definitely stay there again:)
Garden-style hotel with a very beautiful environment. The front desk lady gave me a city walk map which was very useful. She also recommended three restaurants near the hotel, which was great. The room facilities were not as good as those in the garden environment. The bathroom shower was a bit small. Everything else was very good.
If you are looking for a quiet place in Florence, this is the place.
Location in the historic center, outside the restricted traffic zone, therefore slightly out of the way, 15/20 minutes from Ponte Vecchio, 20-30 minutes from the baptistery. Former convent renovated with simplicity and taste, quiet area, internal parking at €20 per day, good sized room, comfortable bed, spacious and well finished bathroom, good breakfast, not exceptional by 10am even on weekends, courteous...
An oasis of peace a few minutes walk from the center of Florence. Reachable by car, excellent buffet breakfast.

The location and service are OK, but the room is really too small. The shower is almost too small to turn around. I have never encountered such a small shower. The service is not bad. I can borrow a power adapter if I don't bring one.
Great hotel, close to the train station! Very clean! Breakfast is good, clearing in the morning🙌
Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Location is great. Room had a weird smell, like a toilet smell that never went away… there’s a kettle but it can’t be plugged so it’s a bit odd.
The shower room is too small A single page of newspaper? It feels like washing from above It's just like a coffin And the inside of the hotel room is too dark The reception is not very friendly Except for the reception, the people who guided me to the breakfast restaurant or room, and the maids were very friendly There were a lot of stairs inside the hotel, so it was hard to carry my luggage The hotel...
Hotel 23 Rossol is conveniently located close to major attractions and transport facilities. Although the layout of the hotel is a bit complicated, the services at the front desk and bellman are very friendly. The breakfast has rich choices, tastes good and is satisfying. The interior of the hotel is decorated with many statues and artworks, adding to the unique atmosphere.
Excellent location of the hotel: 10-15 minutes walk to everything: the railway station, Santa Maria del Fiore, Uffizi, the Academy of Fine Arts, Ponte Vecchio, etc. And the most wonderful thing is that when you step outside the hotel, you immediately find yourself in the square and in front of the Santa Maria Novella Cathedral. I spent 2 days in this cathedral - it is stunningly beautiful. In addition...

Location is not bad. Staff is nice.
Hotel is 10 minute walk from the main train Station And easy walking distance to the main City atraction The hotel room is small size double, we had a room with a pool view and a balcony, very clean, bed linen are change evry day, pool is small, but we were lucky to find sunlounges when we need it, but most of the time the pool area was full. Breakfast îs very very good, plenty choices, quality food...
Clean, convenient, accessible, staff were polite and helpful
The hotel looks good at the picture however the room looks dim as there is no window, only a balcony door available. I will need to phone the reception to find out the Wi-Fi password. There is a declaration in the room which is written in Italian and stated that it is some information for guest. It would be better if English version is available. Bed is clean and comfortable but the toiletries looks...
Great location, super clean and quiet despite next to the tram. Bright lovely room and bath. Happily stay here again!
For a 4 star hotel, I was slightly disappointed by the standards of the hotel room. We booked one with a balcony which was nice (although I feel the balcony barrier should be taller for safety reasons) but bits of the floor was falling apart. It's fine enough if you give it a bit of a stamp. I forgot to mention this to reception but surely this is obvious to escalate from the likes of the cleaners...

Highly recomnended. About a 5 - 7 minute walk to S M Novella Station. We loved this hotel. We were lucky to have a big balcony with a table and chairs. Luxury! Breakfast was good and the staff were really helpful.
I thought the staff was friendly. However, as we mostly only used the rooms for sleep, we had a less than favorable experience. The beds were very firm and the pillows very small with some of the pillows barely having any fluffing in them. As a pregnant woman, this was very tough on me as I need to sleep on my side. I did not sleep well or much the 3 nights we were there. The room was clean if slightly...
Polite and friendly staff. But there is no one to make you a cappuccino in the afternoon. We asked for help on how to get to Bologna airport and the answer was that they would call us a taxi. Provided that we are close to the train station and bus stops... Well, that's the situation...
Conveniently located 10 minutes walk from the city train station and 15 to 20 minutes walk from the main attractions of Florence. The streets nearby aren't the cleanest and there were a few homeless people sleeping rough near. Large groups of non-local ethnicities gathered early evening and it didn't feel as safe walking back to the hotel. The hotel is right next to a tram way with no sound proofing...
Clean and good AC. 12-15 minutes walk to old City centre. Not far from train station, wich isn't a very nice area, but not dangerous! We preferred staying outside the old centre, so for us it was perfect. Nice breakfast and a lovely building. Nice big bathroom as well.
My family and I stayed for 3 days. The location is very convenient because it's walking distance from the train station, but there's no sound proofing. You can hear trains go by periodically, which really didn't bother me but I can see how it would bother others. The front desk staff was always really nice and helpful. I'm told by friends it also has a really nice smoking section outside.

Very kind and helpful staff. I stayed in recently renovated room which was new and clean. The only thing; central heating does not work continuesly  . I had to tell them to increase the temp. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.
The reviews were very low, but after checking in I found it to be okay. A little better than expected. Breakfast is a bit simple. It costs 455 yuan a night with breakfast, which is pretty good. The location is also good.
The location is good. The bed is the worst. A massage parlor bed? ㅠ
This hotel actually has an elevator and there are beautiful sculptures in the lobby. The city tax is relatively expensive, but the location is convenient and the room is large enough. The service from the counter staff is friendly and overall highly recommended.

Hotel Balestri was great, the concierge staff were extremely helpful. We stayed from 21 to 25 Sept. We had a big problem with luggage going missing at the airport and the concierge was so good at helping us deal with it. Would give 5 stars but the room lacked space and the lighting system was difficult to navigate. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The breakfast buffet was very good.
Lovely hotel. River view room was comfy, clean and spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Location fantastic. Breakfast relaxed with good quality food and drink.
Excellent boutique hotel in Florence. Excellent location. Rooms were spacious, very clean and the nights were quiet. Breakfast was lovely - lots of options and wait staff were very friendly. Cocktail bar was excellent and food was delicious.
The room is not big but the view is amazing. I will stay here again next time I go to Florence. It's great. The service attitude of the staff is also very good. I love the river water of the Old Bridge.
This is the perfect hotel for a Florence stay. In the centre of the city but slightly on the edge so that you have very easy access to everywhere but it is also peacefully away from the madding crowds. Front line staffs and housekeeping were very nice however the room was abit old. Tv never works it stopped showing after every 5 mins even they sent technician to fix it. Air-con was not cold even after fixing, bathroom smell like sewage…
Went in the off-season, the price/performance ratio is quite high, but the wireless is terrible, there is no network in the room, you can check in early, it is quite close to the train station, not far from the attractions, and there are many Chinese restaurants on the road next to it
The location is great! It only takes 8 minutes to walk to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. And they are all reached quickly within a straight line. It is also convenient to buy daily necessities nearby, Carrefour is a 5-minute walk away. The only drawback is that there are probably too many restaurants around, and you can smell the smell of cooking in the restaurants in the morning and evening...
The location is very good, just a few minutes from the train station. A family of 4 was given two rooms, the rooms are not big, but the minibar is all free and replenished every day, which is very good.

In the heart of Florence. I needed a place because of a problem with another booking somewhere else in Florence. I found fantastic and helpful staff, the price was extremely cheap (I was given a triple room for 50 euros). It was sparkling clean and it includes a breakfast. Very recommended.

Such a beautiful place, great wines and very friendly staff. Besides that a great base from which to discover Tuscany.
The location is amazing 😻 We stayed for 1 night there. The staff are amazing, the ambiance was great, room was so nice, but they have a problem with pest control, mosquitos everywhere around the hotel, the menu is limited and doesn’t suits Muslims, also some guests are too noisy in the night.
Beautiful place with lovely outdoor seating to enjoy a fine dining experience. Food and quality is very high. Everything was great from the service to the meals we had. You get great value for your price. It’s worth a visit but make sure to make a reservation in advance if you are not staying at the hotel because they are usually fully booked and reserve their tables for their guests.

This is a very relaxing and beautiful place very close to Florence. Our Room was very nice and we enjoyed hanging out at the pool. The place is comfortable and the breakfast is pretty good, but I wouldn't recommend it if you are without a vehicle. It's about 20-30 minutes out of city center by bus and the station is at the foot of the hill the hotel is at the top of.

Hotel has a quaint charm, it is a 30 minute walk from the city centre and a 20 minute walk to the best views in Florence at Michelangelo Point. The breakfast is delightful. Do not pass up on the eggs. The staff are always friendly and happy to help. There are no fridges in the rooms however so be aware.

Very close to different attractions, e.g. central market.
Loved the service provided by the hotel staff. Thanks to staff Nigel and Rachel!! They were very friendly and offered good advice and suggestions to us about traveling and what to do in Florence. Room was big by any standards and very cosy.
The hotel is right in front of the Medici Chapel, so the view is outstanding. The breakfast buffet is also delicious.
Good location, very close to the station, Central Market, and Florence Cathedral; Regarding the lobby design, you have to carry your suitcase up and down the stairs on the 0th floor before you can take the elevator, which is not very user-friendly; breakfast is 18 euros per person, which is not cost-effective; the front desk staff are very enthusiastic and proficient in Italian and English

I am extremely satisfied with the hotel team. The service was excellent. Marto and Florence helped us out. I got a sting by a sea urchin on my second day and I needed some rest on the checkout day. Very cute little place to stay, but the presentation on the web makes this place look much nicer than it is. The pros The bed is very comfortable the rooms are cute.
