Four pulls. Saving all felt. The rooms are small, but it does not matter. Many of the rooms noisy, because either overlook the street or Elevator noise etc. other sounds. Check it when you check if you have sleep problems. Clean normally, changing everything without reminders. But plumbing repair is not know. Slippers can be especially valuable guests apparently. The rooms towards the road are perhaps a bit noisy...overall I would recommend it for those who have a heavy sleeper, otherwise it can get heavy! Good breakfast, good location within the city!

Garden-style hotel with a very beautiful environment. The front desk lady gave me a city walk map which was very useful. She also recommended three restaurants near the hotel, which was great. The room facilities were not as good as those in the garden environment. The bathroom shower was a bit small. Everything else was very good.

Hotel 23 Rossol is conveniently located close to major attractions and transport facilities. Although the layout of the hotel is a bit complicated, the services at the front desk and bellman are very friendly. The breakfast has rich choices, tastes good and is satisfying. For a 4 star hotel, I was slightly disappointed by the standards of the hotel room. We booked one with a balcony which was nice (although I feel the balcony barrier should be taller for safety reasons) but bits of the floor was falling apart. It's fine enough if you give it a bit of a stamp. I forgot to mention this to reception but surely this is obvious to escalate from the likes of the cleaners...

Conveniently located 10 minutes walk from the city train station and 15 to 20 minutes walk from the main attractions of Florence. The streets nearby aren't the cleanest and there were a few homeless people sleeping rough near. Clean and good AC. 12-15 minutes walk to old City centre. Not far from train station, wich isn't a very nice area, but not dangerous! We preferred staying outside the old centre, so for us it was perfect. Nice breakfast and a lovely building. Nice big bathroom as well.

My family and I stayed for 3 days. The location is very convenient because it's walking distance from the train station, but there's no sound proofing. You can hear trains go by periodically, which really didn't bother me but I can see how it would bother others. The front desk staff was always really nice and helpful. I'm told by friends it also has a really nice smoking section outside.

Very kind and helpful staff. I stayed in recently renovated room which was new and clean. The only thing; central heating does not work continuesly  . I had to tell them to increase the temp. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Hotel Balestri was great, the concierge staff were extremely helpful. We stayed from 21 to 25 Sept. We had a big problem with luggage going missing at the airport and the concierge was so good at helping us deal with it. Would give 5 stars but the room lacked space and the lighting system was difficult to navigate. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Went in the off-season, the price/performance ratio is quite high, but the wireless is terrible, there is no network in the room, you can check in early, it is quite close to the train station, not far from the attractions, and there are many Chinese restaurants on the road next to it

The location is great! It only takes 8 minutes to walk to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. And they are all reached quickly within a straight line. It is also convenient to buy daily necessities nearby, Carrefour is a 5-minute walk away. My husband and I stayed at the Frame hotel. It was quiet and clean and oh so close to everything we wanted to see in the city. The staff was all very helpful, made us feel welcome and all easily conversed with us although we speak almost no Italian. Would definitely stay here again!! Highly recommend you stay here.

Very polite and friendly staff. Hotel location is wonderful for seeing all the main sights in town. The room is very nice with a comfy bed, and a hot shower. For the price it’s a great location. You do have to refill your own water bottle, but that’s really not a big deal.

The place is comfortable and the breakfast is pretty good, but I wouldn't recommend it if you are without a vehicle. It's about 20-30 minutes out of city center by bus and the station is at the foot of the hill the hotel is at the top of.

Hotel has a quaint charm, it is a 30 minute walk from the city centre and a 20 minute walk to the best views in Florence at Michelangelo Point. The breakfast is delightful. I am extremely satisfied with the hotel team. The service was excellent. Marto and Florence helped us out. I got a sting by a sea urchin on my second day and I needed some rest on the checkout day. They arranged a doctor to visit and take out the splinters and give me treatment and also arrange the room for longer so I could rest. This warmth will definitely make us repeat customers.

It’s a bit away from city centre but very nice rooms with kitchen. There is a nice outdoor swimming pool and the heating system will be installed soon. Good public transportation to Florence.
