Consists of one 3-storey building.

Two Room apt was really nice and the beds comfy. The AC worked great as temps reached 100+ this week. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast was great too! Short and safe walk to all the main attractions. Grocery store about 100 ft from entrance.

This was our second time staying at Hotel Royal in Florence. The hotel is a lovely, old villa close to all the main sights in Florence. The hotel actually has a parking lot in front and so we were able to park right in front of our room - how rare is that in a city like Florence. We were initially placed in the Annex and asked to be moved to the main house, and Hotel Royal was glad to make that change for us. This is a great hotel for Florence, particularly for those who are driving.

If you are looking for a little escape outside the crowded downtown, this is the right place. Only 15min walk to all important attractions. With a Little Garden and a nice pool.

Very nice hotel at the beginning of the city center. Great location to get to the main attractions of the city by foot. Also they have car parking available inside the yard with 24hrs monitoring!

Great staff abd very nice room! A very pleasant address to stay during your days in Firenze!

Stayed here on a tour group. My single was nicely sized with a lovely view. The bathroom was excellent and in general the room and hotel felt very clean, updated, and well kept. Breakfast was impressive! The outdoor space is wonderful, too.

I stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms. 1 rooms was single rooms, not very good, because of the sound from lift, but I use gadgets and for me was comfortable, clean room, not to small, I opened my 2 luggages!!!!!
Another room was double room, clean, nice. I like the location, very close to the old center. Nice small garden, nice old building

We had to do the check in for the Airbnb we were staying at the side of the hotel and the receptionists were really kind and warm, specially Carlos.

The hotel is older, so that's why the 4 stars, But... It has tons of character. An old Villa that was a private home, turned into a hotel. Not in the center of town, but nolre then a 10 to 15 minute walk to the center. The service is fantastic with a family feel.

We stayed in a double room for a week, and from the first day to check-out, everything was perfect. The reception staff were consistently kind and friendly. The room was a decent size with a view of the garden and pool. Breakfast offered a good variety of fruits and other foods, more than sufficient. The pool was also a decent size, well-equipped for both relaxation and swimming. Finally, the hotel is just a stone's throw from the city center, making the Hotel Royal a great option for tourists visiting Florence.

My wife and I had an exceptional stay here for our honeymoon. The staff were absolutely wonderful.

I broke my foot on the first day and they were super accommodating with everything I needed to get to-and-from the hospital.

I really do appreciate everything they did. The hotel is about a 10-15 min cab ride or 20 min walk out of the city centre, which is perfect for us as it’s away from the masses of tourists.

It felt like a little oasis of calm in a beautiful villa! The rooms are great value and had everything we needed, super comfy bed.

There are also plenty of fine restaurants within a 5-10 min walk of the hotel as well. Additionally there is Carre Four (spelling? - grocery shop) right around the corner for all your bits and bobs!

We will definitely be back!
