Hotel Leonardo da Vinci

Very much in the city center but area is not nice / people who walk around there.
Rooms basic. Service was ok, but the management is bad. I had a damage on my car from the parking in the hotel but they didn‘t take care of it. I had to spend 6 months following up on it and then they started ghosting me. finally the stay there was more expensive than other better hotels. Not recommending this and for sure never going back to this place.

14 years of traveling Ive never been in worse hotel than this one, they gave me a different room because the one i booked and payed for is full, the room had a bad smell, dirty bed sheet when i entered and there was a used water bottle in the fridge, the reception told me there is a bed you can sleep if air conditioning sound is loud close it and its 30degrees. And for the bad smell he said put perfume, perfume + bad smell will be worse, so they didnt serve us in anyway the rooms were awful not like the pictures in booking. Worst experience in 14 years of traveling.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Despite paying for a room for two, the space was cramped, and the bathroom was cluttered with unnecessary fittings. To make matters worse, the presence of black guan mosquitoes was a constant nuisance, forcing me to take matters into my own hands. The lack of proper service and hospitality from the front office staff only added to the disappointment.

The breakfast, which we had also paid for, was a complete letdown. It fell short in both quality and variety. I would have rated this hotel with zero stars if given the option, but alas, Google's limitations prevent such honesty.

In summary, this hotel is in dire need of maintenance and a competent chef for the breakfast service. Until significant improvements are made, I would caution others against booking a stay here.

I’ve been never asked about paying for a 3rd person as she is just toddler and we said we’re okay to have her share the room with us and hotel mgmt Alia okay with that

It is not a 4 star hotel, I feel they mislead people with the pictures of the rooms and breakfast.

The bar was closed, no room service, not even tea available in the room, which is basic. I had to go to the closed bar and bring my own tea to the room and they charged me 4 euro for that service.

Staff is nice, but not enough. 1 person with 70 rooms? Not acceptable.

Place is under refurbishment so noise and construction dust in the carpets.

Beds were comfy but no proper duvets, only sheets and old thin blankets.

Close to the city but not the best area.

I chose this hotel because it was 4 stars, I was looking forward to sit in the bar or lobby with a nice glass of wine as I'm travelling with my son and he doesn't like to be out late at night. Not an option on this hotel.

Another reason was that my son really likes breakfast buffets, no fresh juice or fresh fruit or toasted bread here.

I think they should be clear on what they are offering instead of misleading guests.
