If you need to visit a really busy city like Milano, this hotel has quite the elegance. Super staff, peaceful energy even while being in the city center. Stayed in Verdi’s room. Pretty exciting, but very quiet.

Such an incredible stay! You walk through the entrance and are transported to another time, a calm, luxurious respite in the middle of the city. The staff is so welcoming and attentive from check in to check out and every detail feels very intentional. The bed and linens might just be the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced—it was such a restorative sleep! We cannot wait to return!

Everything about this hotel is perfect: Reception staff are so helpful and welcoming
Interior of the hotel feels like a historic museum,
Rooms and everything about the rooms(space, bathroom, hygiene, soap and shampoo quality..)
And we receive small gift every time we’re back after a long day out.
Location of the hotel is perfect as well, its few minutes walking to Duomo and shopping areas around there.
It’s worth every penny you pay🥰🥰

We spent one day in and out of Milan, staying at the Grand Hotel et de Milan—and what an experience it was! From the warm welcome at the front desk to the attentive service in the bar area, everything exceeded our expectations. We had a spacious and comfortable double room and were consistently met by helpful staff who truly wanted to make a difference.

Horrible experience. We had a booking which we reconfirmed 2 days before arrival, we came to find no room. They had us waiting and no manager ever came to apologize. They did not even bother to offer a glass of water. We were treated as the problem they would be very happy to get rid of. We had to find urgently another hotel. And this happened the Friday before Salone, a time of the year that finding a hotel is really stressful. Thankfully, we found a room at Principe de Savoia which is really a Grand hotel.

Thank you very much for my wonderful stay! It was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and my room was lovely. Moreover, I really appreciated the beautiful art in the hotel. Also the "Ristorante Don Carlos" at the hotel is a gem.

The Grand Hotel et de Milan is an absolute gem. The Belle Époque charm is impeccably preserved, creating an atmosphere of timeless elegance. The bar is simply outstanding—sophisticated and the perfect spot to unwind. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the city, making it ideal for exploring Milan. The service is exceptional—quick, professional, and always with a warm smile. This is the ultimate place to experience the true Milanese lifestyle. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff is outstanding. During our stay I got very ill. The front desk staff got a doctor and then went out and got my medication and delivered it to me. They ordered a car to take us to the airport at 5 AM! Every staff member from restaurant servers to housekeeping is very well trained and friendly. The rooms and public areas are beautiful.

This is for sure a place that you will never forget.
After a busy day in Milan you just feel indescribable happy to come back in this oasis. The staff truly cares about you and it's such a heartwarming atmosphere.
The Hotel is under the perfect guidance of the General Manager Mr. Auger.

Luxurious and attentive. Cannot say enough amazing things about this property. The staff is so amazing and attentive. They anticipated all of our needs and expectations. Everything is very clean and the rooms are spacious and beautifully put together. I especially loved the little reading lights next to my bed! The breakfast was delicious (try the pear juice) and the espresso is the best I've had. Cannot wait to return again in our favorite Italian city
