Radisson Collection Hotel, Palazzo Touring Club Milan

So far only tried the aperitif. Definitely 10 and praise both the choice of cocktails and the quality of the food served. An oasis of peace and class a stone's throw from the Duomo

Amazing and professional hotel—10/10! Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and helpful, from the front desk to the valet and room service—everyone went above and beyond. The interior design was stunning, elegant without the usual tacky flair you find in some Milanese hotels. Breakfast was a highlight—delicious and flawless. Truly, I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

When our flight home was cancelled and rebooked 2 days later, we quickly searched for a 5 star hotel for 2 adults and 4 children. From the moment we arrived at the Radisson Palazzo Touring Club, we knew we made the right choice. The service at the hotel was nothing short of excellent. Smiling & helpful staff, unaware of our circumstances, made the check-in process one of our most memorable: offering ice cream to the kids and welcome drinks for my wife & I. We were then shown a map of Milan and given suggestions on places to visit. Our luggage was brought up to the room promptly and professionally, and the sofa bed was made up when we left the rooms for dinner, in a perfect scheduling. Our original room choices were on different floors, so they upgraded one of the rooms to place our family together. What can I say except the management of service at this hotel is done at such a high level, that it really made us appreciate being "stuck" in Milan for 2 nights. Thank you to all the hotel staff who made this a stay we will not soon forget 🙏🏻

The hotel’s location was perfect for exploring Milan. I could easily walk to many of the city’s attractions, and there were plenty of great dining options nearby. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful.
I would definitely recommend the Radisson Collection Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and stylish stay in Milan.

Very convenient location close to Duomo and public transportation. Professional front desk staff. Woman was very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Very helpful. Great way to start off our holiday. Rooms were cleaned well and restocked.

I don’t think it has a ramp for ADA access. Staff was available to help with bags but something to consider. Maybe there was another entrance.

We spent 5 night at Radisson hotel!
Rooms: nice decor, comfortable beds, yet bad pillows. Rated as 5 star hotel yet the bathroom and room is lacking the elegance. There is only one elevator, so we had to use the stairs 90% of the time. Each regular room with city view costs around 700 euros, which is very expensive for what the hotel is offering.

Breakfast: nice, yet limited options. You are allowed one dish and any extra is chargeable. The menu doesn’t change at all.

Service: hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They allowed us 3+ hours in our room for late checkout with no extra charge.

Location: excellent, it’s less than 10 min walk from the Duomo.

Service is impeccable and location wise is perfect. 5-min walk to Duomo, lots of restaurants, shopping and grocery stores nearby. Metro and tram are also near.

All the people who work in the hotel are super friendly and helpful, especially the Front Desk and restaurants.

Also, adding to the last review before mine, there are actually 2 elevators and 2 stairs in the hotel and the hotel is very disabled-friendly.

Amazing building, friendly attentive staff and nice rooms. We spent 3 nights here and enjoyed it very much. The hotel is in a building with a long history and is close to the dome of milan.
Great Design of the room.
The only aspect we did not like was the breakfast. It is a very limited selection, no change from day to day and improvable quality.
You spend 400-500€ per night and for breakfast you are only allowed to have one hot dish like Omelette included and you are charged for the second order between 12 and 18€.
This is not what 5 star service is considered internationally

We have stayed with Radisson Collection Palazzo Touring Club for 2 nights. Since arrival, we have been taken care of and looked after exceptionally well.

They took all our remarks and made sure that they addressed them all.

We also had lunch at their in-house restaurant and was possibly one of the best hotel restaurants in Milano.

There are very few hotels that I have stayed in that make you feel like you're not just one of many guests but offer a good, welcoming, and respectful exchanges and service.

From the doorman and bellboy to the staff at reception (we will be always grateful to Raya for being a gracious host) everyone was smiling, warm and helpful.

Very comfortable beds. Exceptionally clean and, trust me - this is the best location in Milano - 5-10 minutes from Il Duomo di Milano, but calm and pleasant environment nevertheless.
