To explore the city further, you can rent bikes at the hotel or hop on the close-by metro at San Biblia or Missori stops. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet. The variety of fresh pastries, fruits, and savory options made for the perfect start to each day. What truly made the experience exceptional was the wait and host staff. They were attentive, warm, and always eager to ensure that every guest felt well taken care of. Their professionalism and friendliness really stood out.
Another high point was the hotel’s bar. The bartenders were fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and masters of their craft. The cocktails were expertly made, and it quickly became my go-to spot to unwind in the evenings. The atmosphere was laid-back yet lively, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.
Overall, the entire team went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I will definitely stay here again when I’m back in Milan!
The front desk staff is not nice. They are not outright rude but some are quite sarcastic. They also don’t even apologize for issues. I’ve stayed here 4 nights on two separate dates and both times my key has stopped working. They never apologize and have actually insinuated it’s my fault for putting the key near my phone. Ahhhhh it’s called a purse! You’re supposed to have both your phone and your key in there!
The other issue I had was that they moved me from one room to a better one and apparently didn’t register the change. So they came knocking on my door very violently and asked to see my passport again to prove that I had a right to be here.
Lastly, the last room that I’m in has a bathroom that smells horrible and very rusty accessories, absolutely not worth 500+ a night.
I’m never staying here again.
