We stayed at this past summer, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had for the price. Upon arrival, we found mould in the bathroom, which was a major concern for us. When we brought it to the attention of the staff, they seemed unconcerned, and no real apology. Although they changed our room, we checked the new bathroom, and there was mould there as well. It wasn’t until the third room that we finally found one that seemed relatively cleaner.
Additionally, the breakfast provided was disappointing—it didn’t meet our expectations considering the price of the stay.
I had hoped for a more comfortable and enjoyable experience, especially for what we paid, but unfortunately, the lack of attention to cleanliness and overall quality was a significant letdown. I hope the hotel can take this feedback seriously and improve on these issues.

Very good location, directly opposite a supermarket and 3 mins walk to the nearest metro station. Very good service and good food. Rooms are quite spacious and clean.

Nice location, very kind staff but a tiny bedroom, very small bed, not a perfect bathroom and a half destroyed iron provided. No wonder I was not asked how was my stay when I checked out.

Décor is reminiscent of the 20th century, with high standards to match. The staff all knew enough English to have fluent conversations, and were always willing to please. The included breakfast is excellent, the rooms are clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only issue I had was that the plugs on the walls are not compatible with the European plug. You need to have an adapter that can be borrowed at the desk, or bought across the street. Excellent location near fine dining, the MiCo conference center, and both tram and metro lines to go into the center.

Rooms equipped w all necessary, large & comfortable bed. WiFi is fast and reliable. Service friendly and willing to help. Only con location: about 20’ from the city center, but well connected by tram.

The hotel itself is nice and the rooms are a good size and clean. Also has easy access to the metro and staff were friendly. However the shower is terrible, going from hot to cold constantly. The breakfast is ok but the scrambled egg was cold. The man on reception told us that Garibaldi train station had luggage storage, however on arrival we discovered it did not, this led to an hour of wasted time in Milan for us as we then had to go to central station for luggage storage.

Everything is always in order, clean and welcoming. A special mention for the staff at the reception and in the bar really friendly and professional.
Good restaurant with room service, and a great bar.
The chiccha in the summer, the interior garden, a green oasis of tranquillity
Breakfast is varied and complete.
Now I feel at home, to the next!

Excellent service, very valid
Positioning a comfortable 100 meters from the metro. Structure very good, service very professional and nice. Report quality fair price, spacious rooms, neat and clean. Reception staff excellent friendly and helpful. The council both for tourism and for work.

Structure of optimal level
I have stayed in this property in the occasion of a commitment to work in Milan. The hotel is not located right in the centre but is easily reached by public transport via the nearby metro station, and Jerusalem of the line 5. The hotel is modern and the staff was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and had all the amenities, including flat-screen tv and free wi-fi good qualitò. I have had the opportunity to try the breakfast that satisfied me for the quantity and quality of the products. In conclusion I would recommend the hotel.
