Reviews
2. Only one room card was given, and they said there was a problem with the computer system
3. The wireless network did not work when we arrived at room 240, and we logged in many times according to the wireless account and password given by the front desk
4. Brand new room, but the room smelled bad
5. I called the waiter, and 4 groups of people came. They didn't understand English, and they pretended to be stupid. No one understood, and communication was difficult
6. He said there was a smell, and he looked at the back of the TV, but didn't solve the problem. Finally, he took a spray to solve the smell
7. Because room 240 had a strong smell, we wanted to change rooms, but we were changed to a smaller room than the original one
8. The changed room 208 was a double bed with two single beds combined. There was a big gap in the middle when we slept in the middle of the night, and it was very uncomfortable to sleep
9. The elevator had a strong smell, which made me uncomfortable
10. The five-star hotel has low floors, with a total of 5 floors
11. There was no wireless network in the room, and the mobile phone I used had its own network
12. There was no scenery outside the building, and some construction was going on, which made me feel very depressed
13. The shower does not have facilities for placing your own bathing supplies
14. There is no sign for hot and cold water in the shower
15. The shower head is too high and the water outlet is blocked by more than 50% and has not been cleaned for a long time
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with a functional layout. The mattress was perfectly firm, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
The buffet breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. The staff were consistently friendly and efficient, adding to the overall positive experience.
The hotel’s location is ideal, just a two-minute walk from the Lotto Metro station, which provides easy access to downtown in under 15 minutes. The surrounding neighborhood is good, situated in a residential area with convenient shops and restaurants nearby.
The gym is well-equipped, and the hotel’s common areas are both elegant and inviting.
Parking options are available nearby, with the hotel offering a discount on a private parking facility. However, it is quite expensive, costing more than 30 euros per day. Alternatively, public parking is available at 2 euros per hour from Monday to Saturday between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with free parking on Sundays.
The bad: the most poorly-designed hotel room I have ever stayed in, worse amenities than the cheapest motel (details below)
The bar was understaffed and rude; one evening I asked for a glass of chardonnay six times over the course of two hours before finally getting it, and when I asked another server after the first 90 minutes she condescendingly said that anything I ordered MUST already be on its way and walked away.
I also got a second degree burn on my hand trying to get eggs from the breakfast buffet so be careful with those heat lamps.
This is a two star €60 hotel and I can't imagine why its price or rating would be any higher than that.
Facilities: slippers
Sanitation: clean
Service: thoughtful
Environment: surrounding restaurants with favorable prices
