Reviews
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with a functional layout. The mattress was perfectly firm, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
The buffet breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. The staff were consistently friendly and efficient, adding to the overall positive experience.
The hotel’s location is ideal, just a two-minute walk from the Lotto Metro station, which provides easy access to downtown in under 15 minutes. The surrounding neighborhood is good, situated in a residential area with convenient shops and restaurants nearby.
The gym is well-equipped, and the hotel’s common areas are both elegant and inviting.
Parking options are available nearby, with the hotel offering a discount on a private parking facility. However, it is quite expensive, costing more than 30 euros per day. Alternatively, public parking is available at 2 euros per hour from Monday to Saturday between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with free parking on Sundays.
The bad: the most poorly-designed hotel room I have ever stayed in, worse amenities than the cheapest motel (details below)
The bar was understaffed and rude; one evening I asked for a glass of chardonnay six times over the course of two hours before finally getting it, and when I asked another server after the first 90 minutes she condescendingly said that anything I ordered MUST already be on its way and walked away.
I also got a second degree burn on my hand trying to get eggs from the breakfast buffet so be careful with those heat lamps.
This is a two star €60 hotel and I can't imagine why its price or rating would be any higher than that.

Excellent for people who don't like the hustle and bustle of Dumo, a classy and comfortable area
I advise you on it without hesitation 👌🏻✨😉perfe
All started at the reception, where we where greeted by a friendly employee, who gave us great advice on where to go too. The rooms where well kept and having the option of taking a room with two separate beds was extremely accommodating. After a nights out, we came back to the bar, were Dominic and Leo made one of the best Amaretto Sours we ever had. They were very courteous and took good care of us.
Unfortunately, after 2 beautiful days we had to leave again, but we are already planning on coming here next time.
Being treated as a Gold member added an extra layer of care to my visit. The attention to detail and personalized service I received was exceptional, making me feel valued and appreciated.
In summary, the combination of professional service, a room upgrade, and Gold member treatment made my stay at this hotel memorable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a touch of luxury and outstanding hospitality.
