At just a few steps away from the underground, next to San Siro (a plus for me) and quite astonishing. We stayed for a night and it was a pleasant experience, buffet was full of nearby fresh products. I liked the classy vibes and the quietness. We also had a little annoyance with our car and the staff helped us so much without even having to ask. Nice place to choose if you are staying for a few days in Milan.

The location is perfect a supermarket near by and the station is too , service is fast , but rooms are very difficult to find it took me 5 mins to find my room , the beds have stains on it , but either than that the hotel is good

The lobby is incredible, however, the rooms are far from a 5-star hotel. Upon check in to our room there were ants everywhere! Dirty white walls. We couldn't move hotels because it was art-week. Wouldn't give us a rate or money back and we couldn't sleep comfortably in our new room. I would never book this "5-star" hotel.

Attended a conference at the convention center and had the chance to stay here. It was beautiful, rooms were big, clean and modern. Service was very kind, professional and attentive. Breakfast was so delicious and wide variety. Will def be back and will be recommending to others

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly professional, making my stay smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. To my pleasant surprise, I was greeted with an upgrade to a more luxurious room, which truly made my stay special.
Being treated as a Gold member added an extra layer of care to my visit. The attention to detail and personalized service I received was exceptional, making me feel valued and appreciated.

Melia Milan was a very nice hotel, we started our Italian vacation here and it was a good place to start. The VIP lounge is very nice and the service in there was exceptional. The only draw back to me is that the hotel is a bit out of the city center but the metro makes it fairly easy to get into town.

My daughter and I stayed in Melia Milano from April 28 to may 2. During our stay the hotel stuff mistakenly removed my daughter’s toys together with laundry. I contacted to the reception desk about it on the same day. Unfortunately the toys will not returned ti us before the end of our stay and I have not received any communications from your regarding this meter ever since.
Although guest manager Elisa promised to contact me on the same day (I left my e-mail and phone number).

We have stayed in Melia Milano for our stay in the town.
Location wise is very good as you have a Metro station around the corner and around 30-minute walk to the Sforzesco castle.
The staff at the reception and the bar/restaurant were very friendly and helpful with all of our questions.
The room was very clean, however the only downside that I have found is that there was no terrace, since I am a smoker.

In this review, I want to focus on the upgrade called Level one can buy in this Mellia Hotel.
The reason is that most of the other aspects are well covered by other reviewers.
So, by buying the Level package, you get access to a smaller reception and adjoining club room that is accessible to you. There you have your breakfasts, there you manage the hotel related paperwork, there you may access a computer to do some office work if necessary and there you can have some cold and warm snacks and drinks in the evening if you're in no mood to go to bed yet. The space offers a lot, including a selection of non/alcoholic drinks.
We enjoyed this upgrade enormously, and all the people who worked there were top-notch professionals.

We booked the exclusive “the level” room stay. However, while directed to a private check in area on arrival, there was nobody to check us in for almost 15 minutes, we would have checked in quicker at the normal reception as there was staff there. The room also had no working A/C (room was very hot, especially at night) and TV reception was poor. The private lounge was a nice touch however, breakfast and snack options were very limited. Location was good with close proximity to a Metro station around the corner. The hotel was clean and well kept throughout.
