Very Disappointing Stay

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights as a group of 13 people (6 rooms), and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant.

First of all, the lighting in the rooms is very poor, and although housekeeping arranges the bed daily, they don’t actually clean the rooms. There was a bad smell in some rooms, and one room in particular (Room 348) was extremely noisy because of the hotel’s ventilation or fresh air system.

The service was terrible – we were not provided with water daily, unlike in most hotels. The breakfast was disappointing, with food that was not fresh at all.

What made things even worse was the attitude of some of the male staff, especially at the front desk, who behaved in a rude and racist manner. This left a very bad impression on our whole group.

Definitely not recommended. This hotel needs major improvement in cleanliness, service, and staff behavior.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked a two night stay in September. The air conditioning did not work despite the room being advertised with AC. No apology given or explanation made. No back up options for fans given. It gets very hot in Rome so we struggled to sleep at all. The staff are rude and the WiFi does not work, both of which can negatively impact international guests. The breakfast is disgusting. Please find somewhere else to stay.

We did not care for our room here. The shower was so small you could barely move. Also, the water was way too hot. If you wanted any sort of water pressure, you had to turn it too hot. Also, because it was so small any sort of bump on the lever would move The water. The bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioner never got cool enough. There were not enough seats at breakfast so we were not able to have breakfast this morning. Maybe some of the rooms had bigger showers, but ours was very uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

Hello my review is totally negative in this hotel I disappeared up my coat in the closet of my room after staying three days, and after talking with the manager he tells me that he can't do anything to speak to the police,this is a shame I carry to Rome a bad impression I do not taste anything cone treated us. By the way I complaint to the carabinieri.

The hotel is inexpensive and an easy walk from Termini Station, but so are many others. The room we stayed in was old and dusty and looked nothing like the pictures on the site. Perhaps it was just one of the ones that had not been updated yet. In a pinch this hotel will do, afterall the staff was pleasant, but with so many other options I probably would not stay here again.
