- The staff is mainly rude, especially during the evening. Some guys ran after us upstairs demanding to show the card to the room. That was absolutely impolite, like I was looking like a homeless or thief. If stuff changes the information on new guests should be transferred to the new shift. Room was old, central heater was missing the switching button and was making very loud noise. So if you wanted to turn it off you should use a wooden stick left on the control box. That is not safe at all. The time for checkout is 10:30 although the site provides 12:00. Be careful, this information is incorrect and was also a minus point to this accommodation. Fairly recommend to stay there.

Hello my review is totally negative in this hotel I disappeared up my coat in the closet of my room after staying three days, and after talking with the manager he tells me that he can't do anything to speak to the police,this is a shame I carry to Rome a bad impression I do not taste anything cone treated us. By the way I complaint to the carabinieri.

Hotel is nice. Elevator was small, old and unique. Room was adequate, but beware, the shower is small. Would be nice if they put some shelves in the shower to put soap o. So you don't have to contort to pick up. Only had breakfast once and it was nice. Staff was very nice and helpful. They helped arrange us a ride to the airport at 3:30AM as our flight left at 630. If you're looking for a place to shower and sleep this place is perfect. After all, in a place like Rome you don't spend a whole lot of time in the hotel anyways.

The hotel is inexpensive and an easy walk from Termini Station, but so are many others. The room we stayed in was old and dusty and looked nothing like the pictures on the site. Perhaps it was just one of the ones that had not been updated yet. In a pinch this hotel will do, afterall the staff was pleasant, but with so many other options I probably would not stay here again.

I stayed here for business trip. Nice hotel, location is amazing and cost is ok. Breakfast is good and you can repeat as many times as you want. My room was nice and was really in harmony with the city: wooden floors, huge bed, old style furniture. Take into account that this is an old palace in the center of Rome and it has to be adapted to be an hotel, which is also the charm of it! Wifi is fast.

The hotel is old so expect many amenities old too. The carpet was dirty. The showers are very small. The door leading to the bathroom was to big to open all the way. The set up of the room was lacking. The area was good. It was close to the train station among other interesting sites. I don't foresee coming back to this hotel any time soon.

This hotel is close to the train station. However this is where the positive aspects stop. The hotel is extremely old and outdated. The rooms and bathrooms are extremely small. Also, in the shower there was black mold growing. The drain was backed up and caused the shower to overflow. I called the front desk and asked to be moved to a cleaner room, which the man at the front desk argued wasn't possible and hung up on me. After going down to personally talk to the front desk we got moved to a second room that also had black mold in the shower. We then got to a third room which was only slightly better.

Nice little Hotel, clean rooms, good mattresses. Attentive Service, simple but sufficient Breakfast. The Metro is only a few 100 meters. Termini is about 10-15 min walk. Nice small Restaurants are also close by. Price/performance fit.
