Not as described! Trash outside our room window, refrigerator not working (in July), smudges on the walls, mold on bathroom tiles, broken chair, no sound insulation, cigarette burn hole on a curtain. Switched our initial hotel ( Floridia ) at the last minute etc. Its a scam hotel not even been able to provide the bare minimum for the money paid. A complaint has been filed...

The advantage of the hotel is its good location, it is close to the station, from where you can get everywhere by train and metro. The price is favorable, there are typical Italian streets around with markets during the day and restaurants open until night, so don't count on it being quiet. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is simpler, but everyone can choose: toast, ham, cheese, salami, cereal, croissant, water, tea, juice, excellent coffee. The rooms could use renovation, but they are cleaned daily, clean towels and sheets. Considering the price, the hotel was quite full.

🤩good location to termini station😟Breakfast is too simple, dont even have Egg and sausage. Nutella always empty and i have to request for it 😟cannot work with the Aircon, too hot that i need to open balcony whole night. 😟poor bathroom design, must spilt water during shower

Great location, polite and helpful staff. There is no "luxury" here - this is a place to have a comfy bed to sleep in and warm water to have a nice shower with. The breakfast is fine as well, everything I've had a taste of was of decent quality. The nights were very quiet and I barely heard noise even with balcony door opened through the entire night.
What could be definitely improved are things like furniture, door lock, lack of shower/bath tub curtain, etc.

The first impression I got was that the hotel staff treated us poorly, seemingly because we are Asian. And it felt like they thought we were fools. I paid the same amount as other customers or foreigners and expected to receive the same level of service.
Additionally, I booked a double bedroom but was given two single beds. You can’t even call those beds— they were more like wooden boxes with the most uncomfortable mattresses on top. Since the room phone was not working, I had to go down and inform them in person. Instead of providing a proper double bed, they simply pushed the two single beds together and expected us to accept that as fulfilling our request.
I’ve been traveling from July through Germany, France, and Malta before arriving in Italy, and this was by far the worst place I’ve stayed. I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s also puzzling why the hotel didn’t even offer at least a 500ml bottle of water in the room during these hot summer days.
Overall, this was the worst 3 days of my European trip. The amount i paid was not worth the value.

For the price, I definitely cannot complain about my stay at Hotel Noto.
I stayed here for three nights as part of a school group and received excellent service. A group of 39, we were checked in quickly and directed to our rooms. There was a plumbing problem in one room but the staff immediately resolved the issue and gave us a new room.
All of the rooms were clean and comfortable. Some of the rooms with four sharing were a little cramped, but as the rooms were just used for sleeping, this wasn't a problem.
The breakfast was good, with an array of pastries, cheeses and cold meats available.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and even allowed us to keep a room on after check in whilst we were waiting for our coach to the airport.

This hotel has a bad attitude towards guests. 1. After cleaning the room, the door can be left open. The room is open all day. It's good that nothing was missing from the room. 2. Towels are taken away and not returned. The cleaning lady can take your things and move them to another place. 3. Employees behave rudely. No one apologized for all the inconveniences.

The room will suffice for a short stay. The room is small but clean. We have a shower that is tiny and doesn't drain very well and we have a small balcony but can't go out on it because there is only a half door. Front desk personnel are polite and friendly. Location is convenient to sites, city center and public transportation.
