Reviews
The only thing I have to say about this hotel is, I think it is a bit overpriced (It is Rome with ~34mil visitors annually, hence, it is expected), otherwise, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it. I am a very light sleeper and I slept very well every night. The staff keep the hotel very clean and welcoming to guests. Breakfast was good, could've used a bit of a change for the eggs.
The only downside is the breakfast. Go outside and eat somewhere else
The staff was very professional and helpful, always trying to make us feel comfortable. They even remembered our coffee choices after day one 😃.
The room was a good size, with fridge and safe plus 3 bottles of water free of charge. In the bathroom we had hair dryer and good quality towels.
The breakfast was quite correct with enough options for a vegetarian like me and good array of cakes.
As our departure plane was late in the evening. The hotel offered us to leave our suitcases in a safe area after the checkout at 11am.
Thank you very much, we had a wonderful weekend at your establishment. Highly recommendable.
Despite having breakfast included, the experience was lackluster. Served in a cramped, poorly lit area beneath the stairs of the building, the quality of the food was subpar. Stale croissants, scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon left much to be desired. The sole positive point was the lady taking care of the breakfast.
Adding to the disappointment, no efforts were made to inquire about our stay during our time there, not even during check-out. The morning receptionist's unfriendliness, particularly during our hurried departure, further dampened our experience. This encounter left such a sour taste that my partner and I decided to cut our stay short, booking alternative accommodation.
The online images depict a room far superior to the one they provided us. As someone originally from Rome, currently residing in Australia, I felt ashamed to have introduced my partner to such a place. I sincerely hope this review deters fellow travelers from wasting their money on a similarly unfortunate experience.
