Yes Hotel

We booked this hotel for our last night in Italy before flying home due to its proximity to the train station.

We were welcomed by the reception in a very professional matter and the cleanliness is noticeable upon entering the building.

The rooms were clean, but very small. We had a double room booked, but we were “upgraded” to a triple room at check-in. So we ended up with 3 single beds instead of two with barely any space around. The third bed was used to open our luggage. I have no idea how 3 people with 3 full luggages would be able to stay here for longer than a couple of days.

The continental breakfast in the morning was great! A lot of choice and the staff assigned to the breakfast area is always making sure that food is refilled and space is clean.

Overall I would recommend this place as a transitional hotel for a night or two due to its location, service and cleanliness.

The Yes Hotel was perfect for what we needed - a close location to Roma Termini, walking distance to historical sites, a clean, comfortable room, and affordable prices!! We were especially surprised by the large comfortable bed, great shower and accommodating staff. We recommend!

Lovely hotel- spotlessly clean, very friendly and helpful reception staff and great location. Breakfast good and nice dining room. Easily accessible from termini rail station. Whilst some of the hotels may be nearer to the attractions many of Romes streets are cobbled, narrow and crowded so was fantastic to be able to easily pull a suitcase on smooth pavements to this hotel whilst still being within walking distance of Trevi fountain etc. Also very close to where the open top buses start. This is a lovely hotel, tucked away in a side street but not far from the station. We found it ideal for heading off to see most of the tourist destinations. Rooms are compact but clean and have everything you need. Breakfast is excellent and plenty of it, mostly cold but some hot as well. Friendly and helpful staff

A hidden gem of an hotel. If you want a view, the best is a street full of cars. But next to Termini train and bus station means easy access from airport and with all other means of transport within 200 yards. We did the hop on tour bus from the stand on main road outside and visited 4 restaurants within those 200 yards. Rooms were great with digital safe, comfy bed, shower and Aircon. Breakfast was eat anything or everything and kept you going until mid afternoon. 2 coffee machines were state of the art. We booked a taxi back to the airport and a Merc minibus turned up. All in all, you won't be disappointed.

This place is wonderful. Quiet place to sleep at night. Perfect location convenient for walking to all. Very kind staff. Held my bags during the day when my train was cancelled. Let me come back and charge phone - made me an espresso. If I’m ever in Rome- I’m definitely coming back here. Highly recommend. I came as single traveler. Completely safe.

Excellent location to train station. Good local info given at the front desk. My only concern is the check-in process. We had a paid in advance, confirmed reservation, with all of our pertinent details provided in advance. At check-in, you are still required to use the hotel’s unsecured WiFi and to again provide the same info already provided with our confirmed, paid reservation. A security concern!!! All with the hotel’s representative sitting right in front of us! We observed this happening for each guest checking in. Nice room, except at street level you get to hear all the passerby sidewalk conversations and street traffic.

This hotel is really nice! It is conveniently located near Rome Termini which is ideal if you need to catch a Train. The rooms are on the small side, but they are modern and super clean. The bathroom has a bidet too. Overall, i love this hotel. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is reasonably okay for the price too.

This was a little gem of a find! So reasonably priced . Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean - great room service. 24 hour reception, really close to Termini station and walking distance to many attractions. Would definitely go back - did room only as loads of places to eat and don’t always want to eat too early ❤️
