Yes Hotel in Rome

Great hotel for a base. 5 minutes from Termini and Metro. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff were excellent. 30 minutes walk to Trevi, Spanish Steps and other sites but you can get the Metro. Safe and fridge in room. Shower was good. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Yes Boutique Hotel, Rome, Italy for a 3 night stay, whilst sightseeing around the beautiful city.

We flew into Rome and got the transfer to the hotel. Thinking that our rooms weren't available yet, we were preparing to leave our baggage in their storeroom, and then start seeing the sights. To our pleasant surprise, the rooms were available , so we were able to freshen up before sightseeing

An amazing hotel, very local to the Big Bus On and Off Tour Bus.

We recently returned from a stay at Yes Hotel and can definitely recommend it. All staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Our room was spotless and very quiet ... we requested it be turned into twin room option. Lovely spotless en suite too. Continental breakfast had plenty of options to choose from and very relaxed. Close to Termini was a real plus for us and we used metro, local bus service and walking! Please keep valuables very close to you on metro... great way to travel but can't specify this enough! We loved our stay in Rome and would thoroughly recommend Yes Hotel.

Had an amazing experience staying here. After a long trip to Rome, the staff were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed - whether it was tips for what train to take to our next destination, storing our bags on checkout day for us, and support with any questions we asked.

The room was very clean and comfortable - we appreciated the air conditioning and ability to keep the room dark for sleeping soundly.

The breakfast served at the hotel each day was great as well.

We will definitely be recommending Yes Hotel to friends and family travelling to Rome from Canada.

I liked this hotel, it was close to termini station, but still quiet. It is within an hours (if that) walk from the most popular tourist attractions, provided adequate breakfast, rooms were compact, but suited all of our needs, it had a fridge, which was handy for keeping wine and water cool in the 34⁰ heat. For us it suited as it was pretty much just a base bed was very comfy. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again. X

Fantastic, peaceful, friendly little hotel, away from all the crowds but a reasonable walk to all the tourist hotspots. It’s clean and quiet, has everything you need to enjoy Rome . Loved my time there!

This hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the main terminal in Rome for access to the rest of the city and the airport which makes it ideal for short trips to Rome. The rooms and amenities are very basic but reasonable for the price

We booked this hotel for our last night in Italy before flying home due to its proximity to the train station.

We were welcomed by the reception in a very professional matter and the cleanliness is noticeable upon entering the building.

The rooms were clean, but very small. We had a double room booked, but we were “upgraded” to a triple room at check-in. So we ended up with 3 single beds instead of two with barely any space around. The third bed was used to open our luggage. I have no idea how 3 people with 3 full luggages would be able to stay here for longer than a couple of days.

The continental breakfast in the morning was great! A lot of choice and the staff assigned to the breakfast area is always making sure that food is refilled and space is clean.

Overall I would recommend this place as a transitional hotel for a night or two due to its location, service and cleanliness.

The Yes Hotel was perfect for what we needed - a close location to Roma Termini, walking distance to historical sites, a clean, comfortable room, and affordable prices!! We were especially surprised by the large comfortable bed, great shower and accommodating staff. We recommend!

Lovely hotel- spotlessly clean, very friendly and helpful reception staff and great location. Breakfast good and nice dining room. Easily accessible from termini rail station. Whilst some of the hotels may be nearer to the attractions many of Romes streets are cobbled, narrow and crowded so was fantastic to be able to easily pull a suitcase on smooth pavements to this hotel whilst still being within walking distance of Trevi fountain etc. Also very close to where the open top buses start.
