1. Gave us a small studio for 4 people when we paid for a 1 bedroom. He set up cots under the desk to make it work. Then he said we needed to pay an extra 100 euros a night for a bigger room;
2. Tries to sell you on tours at a "great" price only to find it's cheaper once you leave the hotel;
3. Charged every guest a service fee when it should have only been guests over 18 years old.
4. Even on the cab ride to the train station he was trying to scam. His friend had a cab that would charge 20 euro but we called our own and paid 10.
I was so happy to get out of there and never see Mario again. He made my Rome experience an unpleasant one.
