There might be some soundproofing issues; this depends on how noisy the surrounding rooms are, as it's an older building and the walls have this problem.
The hotel is quite small overall, with a tiny elevator, but the room I booked was actually okay (double bed and two single beds).
Danielle at the front desk was very friendly and helped with my luggage. She also helped me check in early and offered luggage storage. Note that the front desk's working hours are 7-17; outside of these hours, you'll need to go to the nearby Hotel White to pick up your luggage or check in.
Overall, I think it's a pretty good option if you're staying in Rome. 🥲🤌
2. Service- they are quite helpful specially the front desk but the not working aircon is unacceptable. They didn’t even offer to change us to another room which has a working AC
3. No luggage storage even if it says on their page that they have luggage storage. They actually kept our luggages in another hotel (Hotel White) when we said we need luggage storage which was clearly stated on the booking platform.
4. Elevator starts on the 1st floor. So u need to climb about 20 steps of stairs before reaching elevator.
5. They sent us a fan on our 2nd night after not being able to sleep the 1st night
6. The corners of side table and side drawers are dusty
7. Over all - the hotel is 3 stars and is good enough for 3 stars except for a NOT WORKING AC. Maybe if u stay during winter, its ok.and if u do not have a problem climbing up stairs before u reach elevator, then its ok.
