For us this hotel was the perfect choice for our Rome trip. Firstly its location is amazing, only a couple of mins away from Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps and generally close to all of central Rome. The rooms were exceptionally clean which is the most important, but we were also pleased with the room amenities and interior atmosphere. We had the Superior Room. High ceiling rooms, wooden ceilings, huge bed, huge TV, lots of space for clothing and luggage, a nice large window. Free coffee and snacks obviously! Everything worked perfectly and we weren’t missing anything. Lastly, the staff was so nice and helpful and everything we asked for we got immediately. Incredibly cooperative and friendly, we got some great recommendations for our trip as well! Overall, we would choose this hotel again for sure. It’s everything you need for your trip in Rome.

Hotel Elite Roma had nice rooms in a great location, however their booking, staff, and service were lacking.
I was traveling to Rome with my sister so we booked a superior triple room (an extra ~$70ish per night) to guarantee separate beds. My confirmation email stated I would get a double bed and a single bed, or 3 single beds.
When we got to our room, there was one single small-ish bed in the room. I went downstairs to remedy the mix up and the person at the front desk said there were no other rooms and that I should have let them know what I wanted ahead of my arrival. My argument was that I did let them know by virtue of booking a triple room. There were no other rooms available and we had to stay there the first night.
The next day, the front desk person was able to get a different room that had one single bed, but it was two twin beds pushed together. We were able to separate them, but this was not what I had paid for.
Once I got home, I contacted their main hotel email address twice to ask for the price difference to be refunded. No one has responded

I love this hotel. Room is clean and smell good
Near Trevi fountain, spanish steps, malls 3-5 mins walk. Many delicious restaurants nearby
Luxury stores Gucci, prada, dior, ysl etc within 5-8 mins walk
Colosseo walk about 20 minutes
Vatican 25-30 mins
They offer guests who stay at their property orange,pineapple juice 9am-5pm in their lobby everyday
Housekeepers clean our room and change new towels daily. They refilled coffee, water, and biscuits

This hotel was perfect for what we needed. A short walk away from the Spanish Steps & Trevi Fountain it really is the perfect location with fantastic price! The rooms are clean and are seen to everyday with clean sheets/towels ect. The lady met us at the hotel and showed us to our room (she was lovely and very helpful!)

Very very good location and very quiet. The room was very specious, clean, large bed. The bathroom is clean and also very specious.
The staff is amazing, helpful and very very friendly.
As for 3 stars hotel in the old part of the city and comparing to the price - very very recommended.

Avoid at all cost unless:
- you want coffee stains on your walls
- a dirty bathroom floor
- walls that clearly need repainting
- bad smell in your bathroom
- cracks in your wall
The condition of the room was very poor, as the pictures show. Additionally the check in is done at another hotel if you arrive after 5PM.
Proposing a room at 200 euros for 1 night in this condition is just a lack of respect.

The rooms were very clean here were very clean and we had everything we needed! As an American the two twin beds pushed together was a bit odd, but I know this is fairly common here so that was no issue. The only complaint on service is when we got there around 8pm all the doors were locked and nobody was there. We had to find a # and get someone to come get us, go to their other hotel, check in, and then walk back with our key for access. Check was a breeze as you just leave your card in the room and go, but after traveling with a full hiking bag I was not thrilled when we had wait to get into the hotel. Overall good experience, I’d just suggest trying to get there during there open lobby hours so someone can assist you there.

A beautiful hotel characterized by its proximity to the Spanish Steps. The staff are wonderful, especially Ornella. She was very nice and welcomed us well and helped us reach really beautiful places. She also recommended us a pizzeria where we found the original Italian pizza

This place is a little gem! Have stayed here twice in two years and both times it was great. Close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, good home base area. Staff is very nice and accommodating.

Front desk staff are friendly but they are only available from 9am to 5pm. Housekeeping needs a lot of work, they forget a lot of things.
