Hotel Casa Tra Noi

I was appalled by the rudeness of the staff towards clients. A staff member named Chiara was particularly disrespectful, constantly yelling and showing no regard for others. On a positive note, the room was clean and beautiful.

We booked the room, and according to the pictures on booking.com, the rooms appeared to have a reasonably good standard. However, it turned out that the rooms did not live up to the expectations. We were given a room that was incredibly worn out, and the beds were in very poor condition. We could hear what people were talking about in the room next door. We have always believed that booking.com shows the actual room you will stay in. A very disappointing experience. The breakfast was also very disappointing. We understand that the hotel is a category 3, but there was not enough food for the guests, and the quality was very poor. You should spend a little extra money on a better hotel

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. First, the room was filthy— the shower was disgusting, and there were bugs everywhere. It looked nothing like the pictures; they completely misled us. No balcony, no view, absolutely none of what was promised. Instead, we were stuck in this dark, underground room that felt like a cave. The walls were so thin, it was like we were sleeping outside. We couldn’t get any rest because we heard everything—especially drunk guests stumbling back to their rooms at all hours.

To make matters worse, the service was terrible. They had no respect for us as guests. When we complained about the room, they flat-out told us they didn’t care about our opinion and even admitted the pictures on their site weren’t accurate. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Do yourself a favor—stay far away from this place. It’s not worth your money or your time.

This was by far the WORST hotel experience I've ever had. First off, the room was absolutely filthy. Shower place was so dirty and there were insects. It looked nothing like the pictures—they straight-up LIED. No balcony, no view, nothing as promised. Instead, we were shoved into a dark, underground room that felt like a cave. The walls were so thin it felt like we were sleeping on the street—every little sound from outside and other rooms kept us awake. We were awake every night by drunk guests stumbling back to their rooms.

On top of that, the hospitality was downright disgusting. They had zero respect for us as guests. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Save yourself the nightmare—stay somewhere else. This place doesn’t deserve your money or time.

*Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel!*
I had the worst experience at Hotel Casa Tra Noi. Upon entering my room, I was hit with a strong sewage smell, likely due to the rain and extreme humidity. The bathroom was wet and felt unsanitary, and it was clear that the room should not have been available to guests in that condition.

When I informed the receptionist that I could barely breathe in the room due to the smell, they spoke in Italian, seemingly trying to make excuses, and ultimately refused to change my room. I was told a plumber would come the next day to fix the issue, but no one ever showed up.

As a result of the poor conditions, there were bugs in the room—flying around and even crawling on the floor. It was absolutely disgusting, and I felt completely ignored by the hotel staff. They showed no concern for the guest experience or basic hygiene.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
