This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I only stayed on 10/08/24 because it was a last-minute booking during peak summer season, and I wanted to be close to my friends - unfortunately, their hotel was fully booked. The entire experience felt surreal, like something out of a horror movie.

When I arrived, the floor was covered in long hair - they hadn't even vacuumed. The staff seemed friendly at first, but after check-in, they were rude. I needed to retrieve my passport from my room, as it was my only ID, and one of my best friends accompanied me. However, the man at the desk was rude to her and denied her access. Be aware that you're not allowed to bring any friends or family members to your room if you’re visiting Rome. Is this place a college dorm or a hotel?

But that wasn’t even the worst part. When I returned to the hotel around 2 am. I found the front desk, which was supposed to be open 24/7, completely dark. The lights were off, and the door was locked with a metal chain and padlock. It felt more like an abandoned building than a hotel. A man approached from the darkness and rudely asked, "WHAT DO YOU WANT?" I showed my key, and he finally removed the chain. I can't really express how bad the feeling and experience were.

To anyone considering staying here, be aware that you will be fully locked in at night with a chain and padlock. In case of an emergency like a fire or earthquake, you would be trapped. How is this even allowed by hotel regulators?

In my 3rd time to visit Rome, this is the worst hotel that I've stayed in. The guy named himself Emilio was so rude.. on our 3rd night on this hotel, out of a sudden, without any notice, they just turned off the air-conditioning at night... the room was so hot and our infant had difficulty sleeping because of the warm temperature of the room. when I ask the guy at the reception ( Emilio), he said he cannot help me.if thats the rule, it is ok,but they should give prior notice so that we can consider finding another place to stay at. I just thought that this is better than my first two visit because it's near the termini but it's not. lucky to give you 1 star..

Great experience in the stay. All great including well functioned the AC, clean room maintained, near the Roma Termi station, and breakfast.
One thing they hope to inspect the bed condition.

It is the most affordable hotel near Central. I think it does everything I ask for, including working ac, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, breakfast services. I enjoyed my three days living here. Of course, the look of the room is a bit vintage, but for these prices, I couldn’t ask for more. However, it would be better if there is also toothbrush and toothpaste.

Room is small...especially the bathroom. The room was noisy in the evening because it was close to an elevator...possibly from the other building. . Each even there was a mechanical sound and a bell ring.

ONLY as an overnighter, no more. No air conditioning till June(summer). The air was still, though a 22° evening. Had to borrow a fan from the reception to circulate the room air with an open window. Service was at best, decent, if U understand what cold politeness mean. They even charge €4 per bag to store for u(never in any hotel I've travelled to charge to hold bags, my 1st time in over 100 hotels I've stayed in worldwide, even 2 stars bangkok hotels holds bag as courtesy without charge. Basic service. elevator stops midfloor, so you have to climb half floor to room. Nope I won't recommend this hotel unless u absolutely have no other choice. Its a 2 star hotel, not 3 for sure

It’s an old building at a rather ghetto and dodgy neighbourhood. Won’t really be safe for solo female travellers since i was catcalled and disturbed by men there as i was walking by. It is near Roma Termini though so public transport is highly accessible. Plenty of souvenirs shops and supermarkets. The hotel itself has thin walls so you can hear other people’s snoring and noise pollution from the streets. It has a lift but as my room was on the first floor the lift stopped in the middle so i had to drag my luggages down the stairs to my room. A rather small and vintage lift by the way. The bathroom smell like sewage and water kept on dripping from the shower head. The room is clean however no issues with the bed or wardrobe. Plenty of hangers but lack in power plugs. Friendly and helpful reception staffs though. Breakfast option is just basic. Pastries, fruits, cereals with milk, pies, bread, scrambled egg and tomatoes. Preferably get your breakfast at 8am and above since the scrambled egg don’t come out until then. The one thing i dislike the most about the hotel is we had to leave our keys at reception whenever we go out. One night we came back with no one at the reception so we just took the keys ourselves so this shows how lack in security it is. Make sure to lock your luggages and keep away your valuables whenever you go out. Literally anyone can just grab the keys and enter your room. I’d choose a different hotel if i could but this was my only option due to last minute plans.

Giving 3 🌟 because its pne of the situations were you get what u payed for … we definitely wanted something cheaper and this was it ! Its perfectly located in the centre lots of shops and restaurants to chose from just a short wall away. Very easy to get to main attractions either by transport or walking!

We had breakfast included… wasnt a buffet, it was quite simple , bread , ham , cheese , jams , cereals and yogurt.. the coffee they had there was terrible amd watery even with the milk.. we did see some people asking for cappuccino that was made inside so we asked aswell and the waiter did not look happy that everyone started asking aswell… if it os an option then why not make a signage saying that you could ask for them to make you??

Other than that the rooms were ok, again, for the price cant expect a lot ! The shower door wasnt closing properly but we didnt complain.
Staff at reception was very nice and helpful at all times! Even let us keep our things in the fridge until we left and lent us a iron !

Great choice if you are not gonna soend too much money and wont be staying much inside the room!

A double room with only one electric outlet, and when I asked for 3way plug to be able to use the outlet they told me you have to buy it yourself! The recipient did not speak a word of English.
