Reviews
I’ve stayed at premium hotels worldwide with superior service at much lower prices. This hotel, however, felt more like a hostel with its one-star quality service.
On a positive note, one kind front desk staff member did assist me with a few things. However, the poor treatment on my first day compelled me to write this review. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
Very near train station so very convenient. Can walk to anywhere in Rome - 30min in any direction. Lots of restaurants/cafes close by.
Rooms were comfortable - small fridge, large bathroom, firm beds, but no kettle. Good wifi.
Small gym in basement- didn't visit as you need to go to reception & complete paperwork to get it unlocked. Small lift - 3 people no bags. Coffee shop on ground & a bar from 6pm on top floor. Brekky served there as well. Ac worked ok.
All you need & good location.
The staff was very friendly and always smiling and helpful.
I highly recommend this place for people who are looking for a nice and clean hotel to sleep, offering nice breakfast, with easy access to transportation systems.
We were upgraded to luxury from standard which I would recommend everyone do. They are amazing rooms all decked out with marble and ceramic floors and everything was super clean. They dust everything and I mean everything! So clean that we were really impressed. The beds were comfortable and rooms provided with everything you need. The breakfast was a good selection of cooked and pastry foods, coffees and juices etc definitely worth the €12ea as it can be double that in the city. The rooftop bar is the highlight in the evenings, open till 1 am and a great selection of cocktails at reasonable prices. If you head around the outside there are steps up to the rooftop terrace. The views here over the city are amazing. We managed to squeeze all the city sites into 1 day so only stayed for 2 nights and probably won't return but if we did we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended hotel for anyone travelling to Rome.
I highly recommend The Palladium Palace Hotel to anyone visiting Rome. It truly made our trip unforgettable.
If I was you, stick to a brand of class in which staff will welcome your stay.
