Hotel Palladium Palace

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip from US due to its proximity to the venue. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Upon arrival, I discovered that the hotel had two reservations under my name, which was confusing since I had only confirmed one through Concur (Expedia). This mix-up caused a significant hassle during check-in, and the staff’s handling of the situation left much to be desired. For a hotel charging EUR 360 per night, I expected far better service. Additionally, I was charged for two rooms on the first day but did not receive a receipt for the extra charge. Upon checkout, I was told I was only billed for five days, but my credit card statement showed an extra day’s charge, which feels like a scam.

I’ve stayed at premium hotels worldwide with superior service at much lower prices. This hotel, however, felt more like a hostel with its one-star quality service.

On a positive note, one kind front desk staff member did assist me with a few things. However, the poor treatment on my first day compelled me to write this review. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

This hotel is suited for low social economical persons. The hotel rooms are outdated with smell of sewage. Hotel staff is rude and not courteous to guest visiting. Stepping outside hotel is like a jungle with safety concerns. This isn’t a 4 star rated hotel nor will I EVER revisit again!!

If I was you, stick to a brand of class in which staff will welcome your stay.
