Great location, great base to move around the centre of Rome. There are great restaurants around.
Staff was the best, everyone was super helpful including Sarah and Giuseppe? ( Apologies if I got the name wrong!!). We received a really great map with key highlights to visit, good recommendations for restaurants, and we were able to left out luggage after checking out.
They are very hospitable, with snacks and coffee available, and also a nice terrace to have a break.
Super recommend it! We were supposed to only stayed for one night and we ended up staying another night!!

We had a great experience here. Rooms were very clean and modern although a bit small. Excellent breakfast. Icy cold air conditioning. Very quiet at night. The location is awesome - close to bus stops, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, etc.

This place is a gem! Staff was amazing, they offered a welcome drink and always had coffee available, good breakfast selection, and short walk to Spanish steps and trevi fountain.
Our classic room was a little small for our liking but everything else was perfect!
I also forgot my jewelry box and they messaged me immediately to notify me! I was so surprised and so thankful because it had my wedding jewelry in there!

Great location and interaction with the staff. Price was good for the location. However, the standard room is relatively small. We got a room in the annex building, which is an apartment building. The hotel floor was small and claustrophobic, something to keep in mind in case you’d like larger spaces. The room itself was very small and you do not get too much storage space so our bags were always on the floor. :)
While the location is good (you can reach Fontana di Trevi in 4-5 min walking), the street where the hotel is is very busy and there is a lot of noise from both traffic and the restaurant/bar downstairs. The windows are not soundproof so the noise is really loud, which might affect your sleep.
In the bathroom there is always sewage smell and the drain in the shower does not work perfectly, it takes a while for the water to go down the drain.
I would not recommend the hotel, unfortunately, but this is a personal opinion.

Highly recommend! We stayed here on our first of two weekends in Rome in November. The room was a good size for being in the heart of the city within walking distance of many attractions (space for two large luggage) and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast each morning had a nice variety of options, just keep in mind to reserve the time you'd like breakfast for each day as the space is limited. While their courtyard bar was closed for the season, guests could still sit outside in the area for breakfast. Staff was friendly.

Clean, well designed and friendly staff. It is what it’s called- boutique hotel. Yes, the hotel rooms are next door to the actual address but that’s if you don’t get premium from what I gathered. It’s not much of an issue, and they do help you with your luggage bringing it up- the elevator does work as well and there’s security from a certain time and they have a whats app number you can always reach them at. I personally loved having my keys to the hotel, it made me feel like I was walking into my own apartment. It’s spotless which I appreciated. The location of the hotel is always the best you’re going to get, it’s close to everything. Had the best time in Rome.

I asked for a "boutique" hotel and this was exactly what I received! This hotel was beautiful and the staff was so friendly and helpful! I cannot remember the gentleman's name that worked nights but he was amazing! We had a very early tour and would be leaving before breakfast (which was included). The night before we asked him about getting us a taxi in the morning and he said it would be no problem. The next morning, he not only had a taxi for us, but had packed us to go breakfasts for our day! Excellent personal touch! Highly recommend a stay at Charme Spagna!

Stayed at this property for 4 nights. The staff is great, friendly and helpful. The location is excellent very much in the center of everything and you can walk to most sights.
The hotel is divided into 2 buildings, one has the reception breakfast area, coffee machine, and serval rooms. The other has only rooms. So for breakfast if you're in building 2, you have to walk over, it's not a big deal they're right next to each other. Would have been nice to have a coffee machine in building 2. The room sizes are typical for Europe, would recommend bringing smaller suitcases. Also there is an elevator in both buildings, small, but at least it's there.
I would stay here again for sure thanks to the staff and location.

I stayed at Charme Spagna for couple nights during my trip to Rome with my partner. The rooms were clean, and included all the basic necessities. The location is great; it allowed us to walk around to all the major tourist spots.
More importantly, the front desk was very kind and helpful. The only flaw which isn’t major was that the bar fridge wasn’t very cold, but unless you’re planning to drink out of the bar it’s not a deal breaker.

We had an excellent stay at Charme Spagne Boutique Hotel. The rooms are nicely decorated. The breakfast is diverse (omelette, croissants, yogurts, cheese, ham, fruits, juice). Coffee was from a machine (not a barman doing it) but it was not bad to be honest.
