Charme Spagna Boutique Hotel

The hotel has the nicest staff and makes you feel right at home. The location is great, in the city center but quiet enough for a break. Best experience❤️❤️❤️

We just came back from Rome. We stayed 4 nights at the Charme Spagna boutique hotel. The location was great, literally a few minutes walk from the Spanish steps and then only 10-15 minutes walking or closer by bus from all the other sites.

The room was lovely and as per the pictures. Really clean. Mariana, who was a lovely lady came daily to clean. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. There are lots of cafes and restaurants within a short walk and all the designer shops are nearby. The airport (FCO) was 45 minutes away by car. We did not have the breakfast but in hindsight would have added this on for ease in the mornings.

We had a minor issue with the remote control in the room not working fully but the hotel tried to fix this and when they couldn’t they offered us a room change. But otherwise we have nothing negative to say, we had the most pleasant stay here.

I had an injury during the trip and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help anyway they could. We would highly recommend and hope to stay here again when we return to Rome.

We arrived in Rome for 4 nights, we were given a room where the air conditioner didn't work well, we asked to change rooms, they didn't have a room available, they moved us to a room in a nearby building, this room wasn't to our liking either, the next day they informed us that the superior room was available and they were moving us there for the remaining three nights. They also gave us wine as a gift. On the last day, when our flight was at night, they allowed us, before leaving for the airport, after a hot day in the city, when we were sweating, to take a shower in another available room. Mistakes can happen, a serious hotel knows how to solve the problem and give the guest a good feeling that will erase the sadness of the problem. Overall, the rooms are good, the bed is very comfortable, excellent location, and the breakfast is excellent, but above all, the attitude of the wonderful staff, Lucca, Sarah and Lisa

Amazing staff! They prepared private transportation for us as well. The hotel was so lovely with a private patio, espresso everywhere anytime 😊 Wonderful stay

We came to the hotel for two nights, the room was clean, the staff was super nice - and the breakfast was great.
Nothing bad to say about that place.

I stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights in the annex building, which I highly recommend if, like me, you value your privacy. From start to finish, my stay was absolutely exceptional. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners on my first day, and they were incredibly accommodating and kind.

A special thanks to Giulia, Claudio, and Giacomo for going above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience. They handled every one of my requests with care and professionalism, making me feel truly valued as a guest.

I did encounter an issue with the heating in my room, but the team quickly found a solution and resolved it right away. I’m so grateful for their responsiveness and dedication to making my stay as pleasant as possible.

First of all, location is important when traveling, and this place is really great~ It's convenient to go around tourist spots! The staff is also friendly! But the room and bathroom are a bit small^^
