Enjoy staying at this hotel. It's mostly all remodeled, and very nice. Rooms are well appointed, and a modern, eclectic vibe. The location is good..since it's a little away from the major attractions, and crowds. However, not a long walk at all to the sites. Borghese Gardens is right behind the hotel..which is just a gorgeous park. NH hotels never seem to disappoint.

My wife and I had a great experience at this hotel . We were fortunate to be helped by Zuzana during our dinner. She has so much personality and professionalism. It was very impressive. She made the customer feel appreciated and was very good with her English. That is so comforting to travelers who don’t speak Italian and need someone who creates a relaxed friendly comfort level! NH Collection Roma Vittorio Veneto is a Hotel with good location, extensive breakfast options and cool room design.

The check in process could have been better, the approach was not very welcoming, but rather uninterested.
I noticed the same staff would also sometimes ignore my/my partner’s ‘good morning’ - as they would continue talking between each other.

The room was beautiful, we did get a free upgrade with the view over the park. The cleaning service was thorough and proper.
The temperature in the room is quite low, which can be unhealthily considering its 37 degrees outside in the summer.

I want to add a special thanks to the guest relations manager that gave our room extra love with sweets and complimentary soap bars.

All in all, I loved the stay, but there is some room for improvement.

This is a really cool hotel, very artsy, and in a good and adequate location. It's quite a maze to get to your room but once you figure out it's easier. The employees are nice and helpful. The restaurant has pretty good food and the breakfast is quite a tasty spread. Lots of restaurants to choose from, a park in the back of the hotel, and close to the train station. The premium king bed room was great. Very clean and comfortable with modern design. The staff was also really friendly and accommodating.

The air conditioner maxes out at 22° Celsius (71.6 Fahrenheit). By Italy standards I consider this great and was able to sleep well during the heatwave. We were comfortable after experiencing a broken AC nightmare at a different unrelated property.

Great location! The staff is what makes this hotel. They are welcoming and very kind.
The breakfast buffet was great, amazing selection of food. Rooms are spacious. The decor in the rooms is different, not what you would expect upon arriving in the hotel lobby. I wouldn’t say it’s bad, but it definitely has an eccentric flare to it. Overall we had a lovely stay!

All impeccable and cost adequate to the service had! Convenient to get there, close to the main streets and wonderful view of Villa Borghese! Fast and adequate cuisine to the needs! Helpful and present staff! No disturbance from the renovations of the Hotel, very good!
