Hotel is stunning, the staff are amazing and so welcoming. Rooms are beautiful,clean and beds are so comfortable, location is great and everything is walking distance from the hotel. The restaurant upstairs on the roof has stunning views and great food. I would recommend going to this hotel and would love to come back soon

First reactions having arrived at Hotel Savoy Roma was that it was a beautiful hotel.
The room wasn't massive, but it was all that we needed for a 2 night stay.
It was very clean and the staff were accommodating.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, had a rather disappointing experience. The room was old and outdated, which significantly affected the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, the service provided was below standards, leaving much to be desired in terms of hospitality and attentiveness.
While it was a nice gesture to receive complimentary champagne, it did little to offset the other issues. Perhaps the most unbelievable aspect was that the hotel turns off the air conditioner from 2 AM to 6 AM. This was extremely uncomfortable and unthinkable for a hotel that aims to provide a pleasant stay for its guests.
I would strongly reconsider staying here, as there are undoubtedly better options available that offer more modern amenities and superior service.

I've been here 3 times, this is a beautiful 100 hundred years old building I believe, good breakfast if you include it with your room, my only complaint about the hotel it's that the bathrooms that I've seen are kind of small, a tight bathtub the last one (maybe because the building is old) the shower previous had the shower head coming out the wall and a curtain if you can picture it, that was odd. Again, it's a not a huge deal if you're only staying a night or two, and again, it is a beautiful place, and the location is hard to beat, right off Via Veneto.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, right in a central location to where we needed it to be.
Staff were very helpful and the rooftop restaurant is lovely but a limited menu for my partner who is celiac.
We asked for our room to be done each day but never got Done when we were out that was the only down side otherwise can't fault it .
Great selection of breakfast to cater for everyone 😋.

Had a great stay. The bed was so comfy . Staff were so polite and helpful. If I had to complain about something, was the telly all we could watch was bbc news . I have been to some other hotels, and we could put our Netflix or amazon account in. We did not spend a massive amount of time in our room . Would go back for sure. 🙂 the roof bar was amazing with great views.

This beautiful vintage hotel in one of Rome's best locations offers the best of everything. The little details at the Hotel Savoy add up to a delightful stay - the delicious complimentary breakfast, the free bottled water, the oh-so-helpful staff, the rooftop terrace. And the hotel is within walking distance of popular destinations such as the Spanish steps, while still being in a quiet leafy neighborhood. I always choose the Hotel Savoy whenever I'm in Rome. You should as well.

Hotel Savoy confirms itself as the excellence of Florentine hospitality.
Perfect and beautiful room, exceptional location, attentive and impeccable service.
Not to mention the excellent food at the patio restaurant overlooking the piazza!

Clean stylish rooms with plenty of quality linen & towels. Bathroom is slightly small but modern and clean with a good shower.
Breakfast has literally everything you'd want.
The location is perfect, outside the busy area but only 20 minutes walk from all the main things you'd want to see and surrounded by quality restaurants.
Concierge is extremely helpful.
Definitely worth booking.

Really nice hotel , the staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent and caters for everyone. The roof top terrace is well worth a drink on .
