Okay yes young folk gather outside at night but it’s not as bad as people make it, wife and I had no trouble sleeping any day. The room was huge, not too many guest, custom coffees made by the gentleman upstairs for breakfast! Super friendly staff! The shower in the middle of the room was not a problem at all! Again one of the biggest rooms in Rome for sure! Ac works great! Safe and beautiful place in Monti! Honestly would stay again here because everything was close including the metro! Not to mention some of the best fettuccine alfredo down the street. Actually the best. Gelato place across the street. Honestly it’s a cost effective place that punches above its price range! Staff were excellent!

My wife and I have just stayed here for 3 nights and found the whole experience fantastic! The staff couldn't do enough for you, from the cleaner saying hello every time we saw him, the kitchen staff were very friendly and the breakfast was everything you wish for - and loads of it! The reception staff (esp Stefan) were so friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and spacious. The hotel is approx 20 mins walk from the train station and only 20 mins walk to the Pantheon and Trevi fountain, and just a quick 15mins walk tot he Coliseum which you see only 200 metres from the hotel! Please book with confidence!

A well-located hotel just 2 minutes from the metro. Within a few minutes’ walk, we were at the Colosseum. There’s a bar in front, but from our room we didn’t hear any noise. The bathroom was modern and the room itself was clean and beautiful. It didn’t have a window, but since we chose the cheapest option, I understand. The star of the place is Roman (at the breakfast room), who makes the whole hotel experience incredible, making us feel at home. Congratulations on having such an employee.

A nice hotel in the neighbourhood of major sights. The metro station is very close by but not on thr main road. A lot of nice restaurants and bars near by.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave us good information for visits and transportation.
The room is spacious, clean, very good beds.
One less good point: we had a room facing the street and we had some noise of the bar next door.
Overall it is a very good place to stay. We definitely recommend it.

Located in a great position, everything is accessible with a short walk. Nice comfortable hotel, our room was spacious with a nice big bathroom. Outside the hotel there is a Piazza where the bar near the hotel has the guests sit to drink, however we could not hear the noise from our room on the second floor.
In the room everything was really clean, there is a large shower, which is always nice, and towels, robes, hairdryer and free toiletries all included. Also included in the room a coffee machine with coffee, and a cattle with free tea. Available also, on a charge, the mini fridge beverages. All the staff was really nice and helpful.
Breakfast is served on the rooftop which is open between 7:00am and 11:00am, nice range of food but it could be slightly improved, some did not look fresh, however we had a great experience with the staff member that served us on our stay.
The rooftop is also open in the evening until 11:00pm to enjoy some drinks, however, considering that this is for hotel guests, I would have expected the price to be more reasonable and not as expensive or more that pubs or clubs.

This was the worst hotel experience of my life.
A complete misleading advertisement. I booked two rooms for four people, but the hotel placed us in an apartment at a completely different address, nothing like the photos shown on the website.
The place was old and full of problems. When I took a shower, the bathroom flooded because the drain didn’t work, and then the toilet broke twice. The second time, since it was late at night, no one was available to fix it and we were left without a bathroom for 12 hours.
When I tried to resolve the situation with the hotel, things only got worse. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. They basically said the issue was Booking’s fault for showing the wrong photos and that they couldn’t do anything. On top of that, the receptionist, Ilaria, was extremely rude and clearly unprepared for a role that requires dealing with guests.
The only person who seemed truly prepared to assist guests professional, polite, and genuinely trying to help was Stefano. I’d like to leave my appreciation here for his level of care and attention.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! I urge anyone who looks at these photos on Google, Booking.com, or Hotels.com. These rooms do not look like this at all!!! The hotel was initially hard to find the front desk staff was very rude and unaccommodating! When we arrived we were given a different address and told or rooms were three blocks away! We were not guided to our rooms. Instead we were given a whatsapp text with a video on how to enter. The entire thing seemed unsafe! Also the rooms look NOTHING like the photos! I entered my room there was no AC, and the power wasn't on and the windows were wide open! I decided to use the bathroom after my long journey only for some random guy to walk in my room as I'm in the bathroom! I assume he was a cleaner or something as he had a key. However, anything that needed to be handled in my room should have been taken care of before check in! I immediately packed up and left. I dropped the keys off back at the front desk and asked for a refund which was not initially granted. I had to file a claim with AMEX thankfully it worked out and I was refunded! Their customer service here is complete trash!!!!!

Had an amazing stay at MyTALE! Perfect location - right near Cavour subway and short walk to Termini as well as walking distance to many key tourist sites. Also located on a quiet beautiful street that comes alive at night for gelato and spritz. Very spacious and quiet room with comfortable bed. First class breakfast service on the rooftop - Roman the breakfast manager was particularly friendly and made the best scrambled eggs! Thank you so much for a great stay! Hopefully we come back to Rome one day :)

We booked a hotel room. When we arrived, we were told that the apartment was not ready and that we could check in an hour later than what it says on Booking.com but we were able to leave our suitcase at reception. Then, we were told that we would be staying in an apartment a few minutes away. The apartment was nice and clean, and it was in a very nice location. The only thing it had no toiletries. For check out, we were told that it's at 10:00 ( on booking, it says 12:00), but they accommodated us with a later time. Overall, the experience was not bad, but it was not what I expected.

One of the standout features is undoubtedly the breakfast. Each morning, we were treated to a delicious spread and homemade treats by Roman. Fresh pastries, breads, meats, cheeses, fresh squeezed orange juice and homemade crepes were just a few of the offerings.
We would definitely recommend staying here for anyone visiting Rome.
