I had a great experience! In the roof top restaurant I absolutely loved the view, especially during sunset – it was truly breathtaking. The live music was a nice touch and made the evening even better. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended!

Had a stay of 5 nights here in July ‘25. Everything was ‘adequate’ but what struck us was service is below par.

Imagine being told to buy own stamps and mail a couple of postcards? ‘Go outside to the newspaper kiosk and buy stamps then find a mailbox’. All other 5 star hotels have just put all mail together complimentary.

And water bottles wrongly ordered (by kids) took 3 days to be returned despite repeated attempts dealing with the reception. It was like ‘5-600 Euros a night per room but please pay another XX Euro for water. Ask us to take it back? Wait until they check out and add it to their minibar’.

It doesn’t come close to good value for the rates we’re paying. Sofitel Paris de Fauborg which is much better value dealt with above issues without any fuss.

Lovely hotel in a quieter part of Rome. 15 minute walk to Trevi fountain & close to many other tourist spots. The staff at the front desk & terrace restaurant for breakfast were very friendly & helpful. The rooms were comfortable & well maintained with fantastic water pressure in the shower stalls 👌

Located across from the Villa Borghese gardens, across the street from famous Harry’s restaurant, and a block from the American embassy. Our spacious room ( we used certificates to upgrade) faced the via Veneto street. The room was a little dated, the front staff check in were a bit off putting, but the breakfast on the top floor overlooking Rome was the best part. There the staff and breakfast offerings were top notch …. Tables with white crisp tablecloths, coffee presented as you like and many many delicious pastries, breads, yogurts, egg dishes etc to choose from. Have your own change for tips as the hotel staff could not change bills. And be careful ordering late night meals on the upstairs terrace…. One night we ordered 1/2 hour before closing and the waitress left and forgot our meal

Excellent stay at the Grand Flora! This hotel is absolutely beautiful! Jacob greeted up upon arriving and provided stellar service during our entire stay. Anything we needed/requested, he was happy to accommodate. He is passionate about his job and it shows. Kudos to Jacob. Breakfast was phenomenal! A wonderful selection of just about anything you would like. Service was exceptional. Drinks on the terrace are a must. The views are phenomenal and when it cools down at night, it's not to be missed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

At the end of our 14 day trip throughout Italy, we stayed at the Rome Marriott Grand Flora Hotel for our last night in Rome prior to a flight the next day. Unfortunately, leading up to our stay we faced a lot of traffic and then a significantly long train delay on our trip to Sorrento to Rome. We had hoped to have more time to enjoy the hotel, but ultimately did not check-in until nearly 10PM. We had also had a very unfortunate experience of being scammed by a taxi just prior to our arrival.

Upon checking in we were incredibly exhausted, but were SO lucky to be greeted by Hannah at the front desk who offered empathy and understanding, and informed us that as platinum members our room had been upgraded to a lovely suite. Additionally, we were informed that breakfast would be included which was a pleasant surprise!

Having traveled all day we were seeking something to eat, which isn’t always easy at that hour on a Sunday. Hannah informed us that the rooftop was still serving food, so we were glad to have a pleasant late night meal there which was fresh and delicious!

The room we were assigned to was very clean. Although the hotel itself seems to be historic, that did not bother us as everything in the room was clean and to our standards. We had a very comfortable night’s sleep - with the sheets and mattress both being great. In the morning we had a chance to work out in the fitness center briefly. The fitness center is small and could use some updates, but overall that did not detract from our stay.

Finally, breakfast on the rooftop was delicious! We couldn’t spend too long since we were heading to a flight, but we were able to enjoy breakfast with the limited time we had. I should also mention that the staff was so punctual in ensuring our taxi arrived on time!

We wish our stay had been longer! We will certainly be back in the future. Thanks again to Hannah and the team!

Very nice hotel in Rome! Not necessarily in the center of Rome but a very short walk to the Spanish Steps and other iconic Rome sites. The rooftop breakfast was amazing (both the view and the food!). The rooms were very nice- small bathrooms but that’s typical for European hotels. Overall very nice especially with helpful staff and a beautiful hotel.

The hotel was okay. Walked in to our room with three twin beds just placed together. The set up was definitely odd, and just seemed thrown together. Rooms were dated, definitely were in need of an update and a good cleaning. We had another room which I booked as a “king room”, but it just was two beds placed together with a mattress on top. The rooftop breakfast had a good view of the city, but the food was average. It was a little far of a walk to down town, but not to bad. The walk back from downtown is all up hill. Personally, would not return.

We had a wonderful 3 day stay at the Marriott Grand Flora in Rome. The staff were amazing, especially the concierge, Massimo. He arranged a tour car for us and gave us wonderful advice and suggestions. The hotel is a short walk from the Trevi Fountain and other sites. They have a rooftop restaurant/bar that has a panoramic view of the city and a delicious breakfast. Definitely a five star experience!

This is the best five-star hotel I have ever met! The breakfast is great and the service is first-class. It is not far from the Borghese Gallery and you can walk through the park next to it.
