Service here sucks. Half the stuff was broken in the room, no A/C in whole building. Staff will go through your things. They cleaned my room but left my full laundry bag at the door and I was told they didn’t notice it in the doorway. Do not!!!! Stay here it is nothing like the pictures.

A group of three came here and took a bus from the train station. It was very convenient. You can cook in the room, so you can also walk to the supermarket to buy things. The front desk staff were very patient in talking.

There are no problems with the rooms, services, or location. There is a hotel restaurant, and although the breakfast is limited, it is free, so it is good. We also had dinner there. It is so popular that it is often full with local guests.

It is within walking distance from the subway station (Libia), but the surrounding area is quite dangerous, so it is best to avoid walking to the hotel at night. Even during the day, it takes courage to walk through the underground passage. It is safer to take a taxi from Termini Station.

Not bad, close to the bus station. It takes about 20-30 minutes by bus to get to the main attractions. The hotel is relatively small, and the service is OK. The hotel has an attached restaurant, and you can get 20% off for dinner. There are no big supermarkets or attractions nearby. If you have enough budget, you can live in an area closer to the city center.

I wanted to share my experience at this hotel. The staff were not welcoming and were quite rude. While the hotel is clean, the service did not meet my expectations for a three-star hotel in Rome.
The room was very small, and the bathroom shower was even smaller. The sliding door barely fit me inside the shower, and I’m of average size. The shower was uncomfortable, with my body hitting every corner, which was quite annoying.
The hotel’s breakfast is served in a separate restaurant accessible from either the main street or the hotel itself. Unfortunately, the breakfast offerings were not very substantial.
The only advantage of this hotel is its location, which is very close to public transportation. However, based on my experience, I do not recommend this hotel.

CLEANING STAFF WILL GO THROUGH YOUR BAGS AND STEAL ANYTHING THEY CAN, MONEY, ANYTHING VALUABLE. CALL THE POLICE AND MAKE A REPORT. I YOU STAY HERE YOUR ALREADY A VICTIM. THEY WILL HEAR FROM MY ATTORNY AND THE MANAGER UNDER ITALIAN LAW WILL BE LIABLE. I WILL NOT GO UNHEARD.

The front desk is nice, the breakfast is average, there is a bus stop not far away, a little far from the subway station and train station
