The staff are shameless liars!!!!
After check-in, the staff suddenly told us we had to move — giving all kinds of excuses, they told us to move to their “other building” .
But it was NOT an annex or a branch ,
I asked several times if it was the same hotel, they kept saying “yes” — pure lies.
When we reached the other place, the front desk there clearly said they are not related at all. It was actually a completely different hotel with a different name! （attached photo).
What’s even more unacceptable is that I had called in advance to confirm our booking and room, and they told me everything was fine.
But they still sent us far away after we arrived by taxi.
We ended up refusing to stay and booked another hotel by ourselves.
We lost time, money, and patience. Absolutely dishonest, misleading, and disgusting behavior. ❌ Never book this hotel! ❌
Breakfast was ok, again really lacking any kind of service just like the front desk every time entering. Even on checking out zero attempt to see if we were happy with our stay
It's far from anything in the city.. if you walk around you won't find anything. All the shops and restaurants are still closed at 9am and by 10pm it's a complete GHOST TOWN.
