As I’m never happy to leave bad review, this time I have to. This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. Of course a I was not expecting luxurious hotel with cozy rooms - for the price we paid it was normal, quite old (doors couldn’t be locked) but relatively clean. Even the breakfast offer was quite good.

Why I would not recommend the hotel? The walls between the rooms are PAPER THIN! You could hear literally everything. It was so noisy, you are not able to sleep in such condition.

During the second night of our stay a group of children (probably school trip) came to hotel. They came after 22:00 and were extremely loudly and were running on the hallway. In the morning they woke up early and were super noisy as well, they were even knocking on our door and the others door. It was very unpleasant situation.

Hotel should not allow such noisy guests in the hotel - we’ll never again stay in this hotel and you should avoid it as well!

Was a good value Quality/Price including Breakfast, is not common in the area, is at 15 min walk from Termini Centrale Station, safe street, walked days and night ok.
Luggage storage is available and front desk helped and available at any time.

Horrible... we couldnt close our bathroom door and had to put a stoil in front of it. The pictureframe was blockiert the ladder and the beds were not comfortable. One light switch was directly on a bed, so the lights went off accidentally. Our room wasnt even the worst. If it were just my room maybe two Stars. But other rooms were even worse.

This is a top value for money hotel in Rome. Family/ single rooms are located in a separate building about 150m away from the main hotel building. Rooms are clean and house keeping is done daily. They have a good variety of food for breakfast (buffet) including toast and cake. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The reception is open 24 hours. If you are checking out early, you can keep baggage in a locked room for the day without additional charges. Public transport Trams no. 14 and 5 are located about 300m from the Hotel. The nearest Metro station is about 400m.

If this is a “Temple”, then I’m starting to wonder if the gods of Rome have been replaced by grumpy desk clerks and broken WiFi.

The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by décor that looks like it was chosen by someone who once saw a postcard of Italy in 1987 and thought, “Yes. Perfect. Never change it.” The hallways are dimly lit, as though the hotel is actively trying to prevent you from finding your room—or perhaps it’s to hide the peeling wallpaper.

The rooms? Imagine a monk’s cell, but with less charm. The bed creaked like it was auditioning for an opera. The pillows were apparently filled with ancient Roman dust. The bathroom was a time capsule from the era when “running water” was considered a luxury—except half the time it wasn’t running at all.

The so-called “amenities” included a TV that was smaller than my phone and WiFi that disappeared faster than your money at a Vatican gift shop. Breakfast was included, which was generous, if you consider stale bread and coffee that tasted like burnt penance a “meal.”

And service? Let’s just say the staff could teach a masterclass in the ancient Roman art of looking annoyed that you exist.

Three stars? This place barely deserves three lampshades. At best it’s a 1-star hostel cosplaying as a hotel, and even then, the costume doesn’t fit.

If you’re into masochism, by all means book a stay. Otherwise, toss a coin in Trevi Fountain, make a wish for better lodging, and sleep literally anywhere else.

I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel. During our class trip, several incidents occurred: €150 in cash was stolen, along with personal belongings such as T-shirts, makeup, and masks. In addition, some items were misplaced or mysteriously turned up elsewhere. Overall, a very negative experience – we expected much more care and responsibility. Never again!

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this hotel at all. Things were stolen from our suitcase and hidden – presumably to be kept later. We only found them by chance. None of the safes worked and trying to sort it out with reception didn't work, so there was no way to lock up valuables. The staff were extremely disrespectful at times when it came to handling our complaints, and they provided dirty towels... Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. Simply disgusting.

I stayed there for three nights. Rooms were small but were compensated by nice and helping attitude of the reception staff. The lady at the evening shift was very helpful and always smiling. The Rome was more pleasent because of the heling attitude of the evening shift staff. Breakfast was also satisfactory. Overall good experience.
