Amazing hotel, it has all public transport close by. It's very clean and the employees are very nice. Nice simple breakfast. The security guard accompanied my friend to the bus station late at night.

Booked double room, got single room. Hotel refused to provide the double room. After cancellation, charged for full four days, after actually a one night stay. Breakfast was bad. Be careful!

Very close to the train station. The room was basic but was clean. Breakfast was simple and nice.

honestly i hated it. the rooms are literally out of 13th century and they look so ugly. there are few outlets and even fewer work. the bathroom is horrendous and barely serves it's function (toilet doesn't work, bath doesn't have a curtain, it's pretty dirty). also they turn the heath up so high you literally have to leave the windows open all the time. it was literally 28°C when we got there. security sometimes comes and yells at us to stay silent even when no one is being loud.
the only reason im giving it 2 stars is because the breakfast was somewhat okay and after a while, i got used to it. its also pretty close to historical attractions of rome and the metro with shops.

Looks shady from the outside but on the inside, it’s a delight. Loved the art deco doorknobs, doors and furnishings. Nicely updated and well maintained. Cozy, clean room and bathroom. Excellent, fast internet. Friendly service. Fabulous location. Elevator was modernized and convenient. We had a room at the end of the hallway facing the courtyard. The room was unbelievably quiet given the location. Beds were basic but comfortable.

+ You are 2 minutes away from Termini. It was great to walk with our suitcases to get access to the train and buses. It was perfect! The good was good. The sweets were fresh and the different choices of coffee were excellent. Good variety of cold cuts and cheeses. It could not have been better. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. It was clean and spacious. I would only recommend that you put a curtain in the shower, so the water does not spill out of the bathtub. The towels were clean and plenty. I would also prefer a bigger size of soap. The bedrooms and bathroom were clean. We were welcomed in a friendly manner. The person at the front desk gave us a map of Rome and explained several questions that we had regarding some places that we wanted to visit. It was helpful.- The bathtub should have a curtain to prevent water from spilling out.

Excellent - no issues. Right in the middle of everything. Surrounded by loads of really nice and not too pricey restaurants. Right near the metro. Will be coming back again :)
