I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It’s definitely not the fanciest of them all but it does the job. The reception service was top notch and they were really helpful. I absolutely loved its location, few steps away from the Trevi fountain. The shower’s drain and doors however could use an upgrade. Otherwise the room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was alright but really good coffee.

We were in a difficult situation due to our previous reservation at another hotel. Mr. Fabio helped us while looking for a hotel to stay. Afterwards, Mr. Hossein helped us in every possible way to ensure our comfortable stay. We stayed for two nights. Thank you very much for their help and every other thing.

We traveled there with the agency and booked 4 rooms for 3 night stay. That was the only reason why I had to stay there all 3 nights. Otherwise I would have left straight away.
The hotel is filthy, absolutely disgusting in terms of higiene. As soon as you enter, you feel a strong smell of the dirty carpets. The room was not clean at all when we arrived, even though it was supposed to be. As by the time of our arrival there was no house keeping service. Everything was dirty, the hair in the bath, the bed clothes with the dirty spots all over.
When you complain at the reception(with no English at all!!!! I had to elaborate my poor Italian🙄), the response was:I can't help, I am the only one in the hotel, there is no staff to clean.
I asked him for the detergents to clean my own room. What a shame!
Because the location is superb , it is just along Fontana do Trevi.
Breakfast is very simple, and staff is OK.
I wokld never recommend this hotel, less I would consider it 4 stars hotel. It is not any hotel pattern to me. Will never go back as a matte of fact.

Even though the location was good I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is very old, the AC does not work, doors barely lock, keycards barely work and the “clean” sheets and towels are dirty too. I didn’t even have enough room to open my suitcase up. The bathroom door lock broke and I was stuck in the bathroom. Then when I finally got my room switched on the second day, the AC did not work and made loud noises. Sheets were also ripped and not properly cleaned. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, closer to a 2 star.

I’m still staying here but everything is too good to not leave a review. The room is beautiful, the reception is extremely kind and very personal with their service, and the breakfast is very traditional. You don’t come to Italy to expect scrambled eggs….
Amazing location with a cool balcony that makes you feel embedded into the ancient feel of Rome. Such a cool vibe and I’m looking forward to the rest of my stay.

Good location but dirty hotel. Ants all around the room and there are mosquitos. I would stay away.

ATTENTION: The hotel is located is nice, but unfortunately the concierge of the evening is arranged with one or more waitresses to steal. E been done a week ago with my family so we had 2 rooms. We stole money from the safe of the room to all of us.

Hello to all the hotel's very nice, I did not have a good experience due to the fact that the maid cleaning us theft of the safe the money which we found coming out of the room the truth is a shame that they have staff with these conditions!!!
