Had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms are a little bare bones but very comfortable. The staff is more than accommodating. I was traveling with my grandmother who uses a walker and the hotel is 100% accessible, you just need to ask for assistance to show you were all the supports are.
The team was very friendly. I communicated with them ahead of my trip to confirm the room and book pick up from the airport, seamless process. Not many hearty breakfast options for the vegetarian but that’s every hotel I go to and there’s always something (including several milk alternatives).
The hotel has AC and everyone speaks English. Very centrally located. Had a wonderful stay, nothing bad to say at all!

The breakfast was amazing. Service pretty good too. Close to the train station.
Rooms are very old though. It’s definitely a blast from the past. The bed also pretty much took up the entire room, which I suppose was common when it was built? I don’t really have anything bad to say about it but believe me - it’s old.

The hotel itself is beautiful, marble staircases, antique tapestries. The rooms were clean and maintained very well by the staff. Each room does have air conditioning, it will not freeze you however. Breakfast was included with the room, and was pretty good. Scrambled eggs, bacon (actually ham) ham and cheese omelettes, some pastries, cereals, yogurt and appropriate toppings. My only complaint was the bed itself. For over 200€ per night I would expect a MUCH better mattress. The third night of sleep was non existent due to the severe lack of comfort provided by the mattress. The location was terrific, walking distance to most of the sights in Rome and extremely easy to find food. All but one of the businesses spoke great English, the non English speaking host had THE BEST gelato!

Older hotel in need of updating. The room we were provided had a roof top compressor outside....had to move to another room around midnight. The hotel is generally noisey as its old; breakfast and coffee was below expectations. It is very well located, however there appeared to me many other hotels in the area.

A STUNNING hotel! One of my first thoughts was "who needs to go to a museum when you're practically staying in one". Our room was on the top floor, with a beautiful view of the Main Street and circle with fountain. - Lots of picture worthy spots within the hotel and a really cool old elevator. - breakfast was amazing as well : the pineapple juice in particular was soooooooo good! Everything was great.

Rooms were small size and not a lot of extra room other than the bed. Our toilet would not flush properly which was annoying. But the location was great and the staff were very good and helpful.

First experience in the hotel was when the porter refused to leave our room without a tip, making us feel very uncomfortable. Very average hotel in a good location, but avoid the option of breakfast as the food is awful(except for the fruit). Definitely doesn't deserve a 4 star rating - this is at best a low 3 star hotel.

I recently stayed at Hotel Quirinale and had a very good experience. The professionalism of the staff is remarkable, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the service is quick and efficient. Additionally, the hotel's location is very convenient, being very close to the metro, which makes getting around the city easy.
I highly recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone looking for a pleasant and well-located stay.

I finally have a moment to write a review for this hotel. My husband and I stayed there the end of May to begin of June and we just couldn’t wait to give Hotel Quirinale and its wonderful staff the review they deserve. First off, location, location, location! This hotel is located in the heart of Rome city center! Upon arrival our first impression of the hotel was everything we expected a hotel in Rome would look like. This historical building with beautiful architecture has updated rooms and bathrooms, and a lovely courtyard, where a
wonderful breakfast buffet is served daily. This was the perfect home away from home while visiting Rome. From the front desk staff, to the restaurant and bar staff, to housekeeping staff, we just can’t say enough about them. They were all professional, friendly and very accommodating. Thank you Hotel Quirinale , hope to be back soon!

Hotel Quirinale in Rome offers an elegant ambiance with exceptional service, conveniently located just a two-minute walk from a metro station and within a 10 to 12-minute walk or a 5-minute bus ride from Roma Termini station. The area boasts numerous dining options, some open until 3 AM. I appreciated the vintage elevator and the extremely friendly staff, notably the concierge who provided a raincoat for the Pope's audience. While breakfast was basic, it was adequate. The main drawback was the noticeable noise from corridors and other rooms. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would happily return.
