Had a pretty good stay here. The location is very good , very close to the old town and on the small, town beach. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff is generally friendly. Room was quite spacious and bathroom was good. Spa was good, range of saunas and a couple of pools.

Location of the hotel and view from our balcony were fantastic. The beach and pool are also lovely. Check-in at 3 pm is too late. Missing kettle in the rooms and no kids playground, which both are strange.

Decent enough hotel, great location with stunning views. They have some stupid rules though, like only allowed to wear sliders/flip flops round the pool and not being able to leave the pool area for even 5 minutes without having to hand your towel back. We were very happy with the friendly attitude of the staff at the hotel where we came for our honeymoon. It is one of the best hotels in Budva. They are helpful and full of gifts. The hotel room was clean, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It would be a mistake not to choose Avala to stay in Budva.

Hotel is modern and clean. Around 3-5 mins walk to the bench through a private bridge, with free sun beds and umbrellas. Love the pool, outdoor bar and the lobby, comfortable chairs to relax. Breakfast is a rang of choice, staff are very nice.

Hotel is in a great location. All staff are friendly and welcoming and the level of service is excellent. Room was very clean and well equiped. Food in Taverna and at breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Hotel has lovely terrace and there was excellent music there on the night of my stay.

Trust all the other reviews. This is the best property in Budva. Wonderful friendly and helpful owner, beautiful large new rooms, wonderful bathroom and shower and the most comfortable bed of our one month trip in the balkans! Seriously like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was also fresh and tasty! Walkable and central to all Budva has to offer. Do not hesitate to book this wonderful property!

Location is really good and flat you don’t have to climb. Breakfast was incredible. Anywhere you want to go you can go by walk. If you want to use public transportation is really close as well. The location is really good, and we were pleased with the staff's attentiveness and friendliness. The breakfast was delicious and sufficient. However, the standard room was smaller than we expected and appeared in the photos. The wardrobe door was hitting the air conditioner, and the bathroom was also small. Amazing hotel, beautiful view, very clean and absolutely the best staff. I unfortunately punctured my tire very close to the hotel, the owner came and helped me with everything, finding a jack, finding another tire and even putting it on. He drove me around till I found a replacement, made sure I paid a low price on it and even helped me fix it back up! Absolutely the best, 10/10 would recommend!

The rooms are pretty old and small. The air conditioner didn't work so we had to sleep with open windows which was super noisy.

The hotel is wonderful, we rented a cozy apartment for 4 people. The room was cleaned every day. We were charged for the room on the penultimate day. The apartment had a good view, there were two large balconies. There is everything you need, and even more. The staff is friendly, communicated in English or Russian. Family of 4 stay and we loved it. Spacious rooms, good breakfast and best of all was great service and location. The free shuttle boat to centre was loved by all of us. Beach chair use you pay as a minimum spend but the service and food is great and worth every penny. Also not as busy as public beaches. Very nice hotel but i want to emphasise some odds ; 15eu for car park daily- sunbed 300eu ( no free sunbed in the hotel). No elevator or ramp to reach reception( you have to step up 30 steps). This hotel is really one of the best hotels in Budva. A very friendly welcome at the reception, friendly attention in the restaurant, generally quality service and a very beautiful beach. They definitely deserve five stars, but the only flaw is the pillows in the rooms are very bad. The owners should urgently take precautions for this situation.

Well... For the price, everything was great, don't know if they do something with the beach to become sandy. 😊 The only complaint is for the coffee, the one which you get for free is awful, but the one which you are paying from the same restaruant is good. 😜 Overall, I would recommend it for the families with kids.

The hotel itself is in a beautiful setting being right on the beach (around 10 mins in a taxi to Budva)and the rooms are clean and spacious. Only negative was there were some water activities listed in the book in the room however when we asked about these we were told they don’t do them which was a bit strange.

Even though we stayed there off season and it looked like the hotel was opened just for us everything was to perfection. The room we had was spacious and the view was amazing to wake up to. We had half board and both breakfast and dinner were well prepared and of really good selection. If we were to return to Budva we would defenately choose this hotel again.

This is only for the spa. I went 2x. First was a deep pore cleaning for the face. The 2nd time was a pedicure and another facial, all w Mina. I thought I’d have to see a dermatologist when I returned to the United States-but she totally took care of it-I wish I could see her every 6 weeks.

It is not so close for Old Town. 15-20 minutes on foot. The breakfast includes the price but the breakfast is really very poor. The employees are helpfully and smiling. But you should prefer another hotel/home in old city.

Big room, have everything you need. Our apartment was on 0 floor, with easy access to the pool from balcony. Sea could be closer, it will take like 10 minutes to reach it. Wifi is ok, sometimes lost connection by the pool, but it was working perfect in room.
