The rating system needs more than 5 stars for location. Steps away from not just a magnificent private beach but also the walls of Budva's wonderful old town. The hotel itself is first rate, our sea-facing balcony was had a bigger footprint than most hotel rooms I've seen. Breakfast was pretty good.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. We had a suite and they upgraded us and our room was enormous. They have a real workout gym and a beautiful pool area. I also had a massage and facial and booth were excellent. The breakfast is also plentiful. Would highly recommend

This was a really nice hotel. The location in Old Town Budva was absolutely perfect, super close to everything and the beach was gorgeous. The wait staff was quick and friendly whenever we needed drinks or food. Our villa was spacious and had a big balcony where we could just kick back and relax. Overall, it was a great experience. The room is a view room, and you can see the wall of the old city from the balcony, which is great! The hotel is very grand, with complete public facilities, but the facilities in the room are a bit old. If they can be upgraded, it will be more perfect. I will stay here next time. The hotel is in a great location, right by the sea, with a beautiful sea view, and a good view of the ancient city. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. All of my guests really liked it, and the staff were super nice and welcoming. I especially want to mention Nikolina, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Good hotel. Check-in was quick and efficient. The staff is attentive and responds to requests courteously. The rooms are spacious. There is a good spa, with a gym, but not particularly well-equipped - there are few items in it. The pool is nice and not deep, so no lifeguard is needed. The hotel front desk upgraded me to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise. The balcony had a direct view of the ocean, though the view was somewhat obstructed by the hotel in front. The bathroom was spacious. You could order food by the pool, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. There was also a singer performing at 8 p.m. Overall, it was a great experience.

We bought rooms with balconies, we got them without balconies. They are changing them, but tomorrow. I don't want to move again and pack all my things. We spent a week with 2 kids,9 and 12. The resort has it's own parking with is great as this is an issue with parking in Budva. The kids wouldn't leave the on-site pool :-) The staff is great and always ready to help. The apartment itself was BIG with pretty comfy beds

Excellent apartments, equipped with everything you need. Beautiful view of the sea from the rooms. Accessibility is difficult for those who do not have a car, since the complex is located on a mountain. There is a restaurant in the complex with decent pasta and pizza, at very reasonable prices.

The room is very new, clean, tidy, and well-equipped. It is also close to the beach. I especially want to praise the service. It makes you feel at home. This is a family of three who run this hotel with great care (in fact, their son is only 15 years old). The breakfast is also very good, parking is free, and luggage is delivered to the room.

I stayed here with my family in a corner apartment a few weeks ago and it was phenomenal. The views alone will keep me coming back yearly. The apartment was large, with a full modern kitchen, beautiful white Italian furniture and a wrap around balcony with full beach and mountain views. I can’t wait to come back next year!

It's not a super style apartment but it is very usable, clean and with great views. The delivery of breakfast is a bonus. The traffic noise is a bit excessive early morning.

It was one of the best accommodation during my time in Budva. Very clean and beautiful place.

The hotel is centrally located, near the bus station and about a 20-minute walk from the beaches of Budva. Those beaches are overcrowded and not clean, though. The awesome thing was that every day I hopped on the bus to explore different towns along the coast. If you are adventurous, staying round the corner from the inter-town bus station could be useful. Family run business who were very friendly, the meals were great and large portions.The apartment was very clean the only fault was the bath/shower its quite high for getting in & out which could be a problem when wet.Its situated up a hill and is about a 20 min walk down to the beach front

If you want a pool and breakfast with nice spacious rooms with air-conditioning this is great place Owner was very kind and helpful Pool is small but shaded so we were able to enjoy with kids A bif far from beach but you can go to Jaz by car and this is much better than crowded Budva

We spent 7 nights in this nice hotel and we are very satisfied. It was perfect. The owners: Radovan and Danilo are real hosts. They and their staff are for their guests, they are very friendly.
