The rating system needs more than 5 stars for location. Steps away from not just a magnificent private beach but also the walls of Budva's wonderful old town. The hotel itself is first rate, our sea-facing balcony was had a bigger footprint than most hotel rooms I've seen. Breakfast was pretty good.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. We had a suite and they upgraded us and our room was enormous. They have a real workout gym and a beautiful pool area. I also had a massage and facial and booth were excellent. The breakfast is also plentiful. Would highly recommend

This was a really nice hotel. The location in Old Town Budva was absolutely perfect, super close to everything and the beach was gorgeous. The wait staff was quick and friendly whenever we needed drinks or food. Our villa was spacious and had a big balcony where we could just kick back and relax. Overall, it was a great experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

The room is a view room, and you can see the wall of the old city from the balcony, which is great! I really wanted to visit their beach bar on my birthday, but I sent several emails and they didn’t even reply. I’m also a travel consultant, and I certainly wouldn’t feel confident recommending this hotel to my clients, as their attitude towards customers seems rather cold.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. All of my guests really liked it, and the staff were super nice and welcoming. I especially want to mention Nikolina, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She answered all of our questions quickly and could communicate in several languages, which made everything so much easier for my group. Good hotel. Check-in was quick and efficient. The staff is attentive and responds to requests courteously. The rooms are spacious. There is a good spa, with a gym, but not particularly well-equipped - there are few items in it. The pool is nice and not deep, so no lifeguard is needed. I can't tell you about the dining room, because I didn't go in there - I only eat kosher.

The hotel front desk upgraded me to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise. The balcony had a direct view of the ocean, though the view was somewhat obstructed by the hotel in front. The bathroom was spacious. You could order food by the pool, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. There was also a singer performing at 8 p.m. Overall, it was a great experience.

My reservation was for June 27, but I arrived in the morning on the 28th. Unfortunately, early check-in was not available, and I entered the room only at 14:00. However, overall, I really liked the hotel — cozy, clean, and with a great atmosphere.

The hotel is conveniently located - quite close to both Becici and Rafailovici with their long good beach, and to Budva with its infrastructure. The hotel is very clean. Excellent buffet breakfast in the Benedict cafe, and you can also have a great lunch and dinner there. You do need to take a Taxi from the bus station to the hotel. But it was every penny! Located at the peaceful end of the town, and the path along the sea to the old town is a must😊 - beautiful views and great atmosphere. The rooms are pretty old and small. The air conditioner didn't work so we had to sleep with open windows which was super noisy.

Excellent apartments, equipped with everything you need. Beautiful view of the sea from the rooms. Accessibility is difficult for those who do not have a car, since the complex is located on a mountain. There is a restaurant in the complex with decent pasta and pizza, at very reasonable prices.

We bought rooms with balconies, we got them without balconies. They are changing them, but tomorrow. I don't want to move again and pack all my things. There are some problems in the room, called 3 times, still nobody come.. With all-inclusive meals, drinks at the pool bar are still paid. No water in the room. The territory is nice ant calm. This is only for the spa. I went 2x. First was a deep pore cleaning for the face. The 2nd time was a pedicure and another facial, all w Mina. I thought I’d have to see a dermatologist when I returned to the United States-but she totally took care of it-I wish I could see her every 6 weeks.

It is not so close for Old Town. 15-20 minutes on foot. The breakfast includes the price but the breakfast is really very poor. The employees are helpfully and smiling. But you should prefer another hotel/home in old city.

Big room, have everything you need. Our apartment was on 0 floor, with easy access to the pool from balcony. Sea could be closer, it will take like 10 minutes to reach it. Wifi is ok, sometimes lost connection by the pool, but it was working perfect in room.

Everything was amazing. The apartment was very clean, furniture was new. The apartment have everything you could need, are spacious and clean.The view was beautiful. Nice pool area. Lovely hotel overall. The rooms were clean and room service came in everyday. The hotel is so close to the beach you only need to walk 50m to get to the water. Staff was friendly and accomodating; made my birthday feel special. It's close to other restaurants and a 15 mins drive from the Old Town.

We were disappointed about the fact that we were accommodated for 3 days in an economy room instead of studio room that we bought with the tour. But in general, rooms are clean and there is good air conditioner. Breakfast in the hotel's restaurant is also ok, but nothing special.

Not too big rooms, approx 3x4m including shower room and a 3x1.5 balcony. We were unlucky to arrive when the conditioning system got broken, but during our last two days there they've installed around 30 brand new air conditioners to each room. Staff works perfectly, special cheers to Andgela, who was always nearby when we had any questions. Definitely would try this place again.
