Great hotel in quiet area in Central Budva Old Town is around 20 mins walk away by the sea with easy access. Rooms are fully air conditioned and boutique in decor and feel. Great hidden gem with spa, pool and great breakfast. Balcony in room is lovely too. Shops nearby. Budva Central is not as beautiful as Kotor and other areas. But the old town is beautiful. Everything about this hotel was great. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast is very tasty and generous. Our room (standard) was comfortable and beautiful and all the facilities in general were great. We really enjoyed our stay in Hotel Tate, and so we definitely recommend it to others and would come back in the future!

The hotel was lovely. The staff were amazing and the breakfasts were an absolute feast. The only thing missing was a lounge area to sit after being out all day. The location was a bit far from the old town and the majority of taxi drivers would massively rip off tourists. One time we were charged 25 euros for a 5 euro journey back to the hotel. It is nice room in nice location, but the breakfast takes centuries you have to wait for your order for 30 minutes. we had great stay, variety of facilities and helpful staff, easy to park your car. the cleanjng service is good but not as expected. the bed’s linen not changed everyday. there are many pools, great drinks, great view from the room. private beach also. the rooms feel old but they are well preserved. Our stay hear was wonderful. But what impressed me most, was help and engagement of hotel team and host himself when other guest by mistake took our luggage. They did absolutely everything to contact that person and get back our luggage. For me it was amazing how much they care to do things right. Standards I saw here where top of the top.

The hotel is huge and has plenty of activities, the pool is great and the breakfast is amazing, because you can have multiple choices of food. The bedrooms were also really comfortable. I think the only problem is that when I went with my dad, he booked a room with two beds and when we first arrived they gave us one with only one bed. But they quickly moved us to another room.

This hotel is so good. The room we stayed in is one of the best rooms i have ever seen. When you go to eat, you can choose a huge variety of foods that are so tasty. You don't even need to leave the hotel. You have hundreds of activities to choose from , so if you can afford the hotel, i would highly recommend. 👌

Wonderful friendly and helpful owner, beautiful large new rooms, wonderful bathroom and shower and the most comfortable bed of our one month trip in the balkans! Seriously like sleeping on a cloud. Location is really good and flat you don’t have to climb. Breakfast was incredible. Anywhere you want to go you can go by walk. If you want to use public transportation is really close as well. The location is really good, and we were pleased with the staff's attentiveness and friendliness. The breakfast was delicious and sufficient. However, the standard room was smaller than we expected and appeared in the photos. The wardrobe door was hitting the air conditioner, and the bathroom was also small. For this price, a larger room is needed. Additionally, parking costs 7 euros per day.

We have stayed there for 3 nights. Beautiful, cozy and clean hotel. Breakfast was rich enough and we had a great stay there. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from Old City, it can be quite exhausting under the sun but still worth it. The staff was helpful.

On the face of it a lovely hotel, however the Aircon was incredibly noisy and kept turning itself off. We were told that breakfast ended at 10:30am, when it actually finished at 9:30am, so we therefore missed breakfast. It has the possibility of doing well with good communication from staff.

5 star rooms - huge and nicely furnished. Service- didn’t find any. Reception stuff is unfriendly. No bottled water, no slippers (how it’s even possible in allegedly 4 star hotel???). I asked for slippers, and they promised me to ORDER them. but according to previous comments - that will never happen because they do not provide slippers at all.

I unfortunately punctured my tire very close to the hotel, the owner came and helped me with everything, finding a jack, finding another tire and even putting it on. He drove me around till I found a replacement, made sure I paid a low price on it and even helped me fix it back up! Absolutely the best, 10/10 would recommend!

It's a lovely hotel, very well decorated and maintained. It is very pricey for what it offers and please be aware if you get a double room it will be two singles which do not stick together at all!! Highly recommend this hotel. Cosy and modern place to stay in Budva. Rooms are spacious and clean, all with balcony. Extra thing was pool and place to relax on the roof. The hotel is wonderful, we rented a cozy apartment for 4 people. The room was cleaned every day. We were charged for the room on the penultimate day. The apartment had a good view, there were two large balconies. There is everything you need, and even more. The staff is friendly, communicated in English or Russian. Good place to stay. Good view from the top floors. 5 min to the beach and restaurants. The hotel has open roof but you need to ask the hotel owner. But our room has no all the furniture for a comfort life (we had no washing machine in our room and went to the other empty room to wash our clothes). It it’s possible it’s not a general case. Our easyJet flight got cancelled and we got put up here. Lovely staff, good food and large rooms. Staff were really helpful with us regarding information, allowed check out at 12 and we could use the pool etc while we all waited to find out our next location.

The hotel is fantastic in terms of location, rooms, and services. Rooms have supplementary access to sauna. However, the swimming pool is only open in Summer for few months. Some very good restaurants, shopping malls, and beautiful beaches can be reached in few minutes of walk.

This hotel is really one of the best hotels in Budva. A very friendly welcome at the reception, friendly attention in the restaurant, generally quality service and a very beautiful beach. They definitely deserve five stars, but the only flaw is the pillows in the rooms are very bad. The owners should urgently take precautions for this situation.

For the price, everything was great, don't know if they do something with the beach to become sandy. 😊 The only complaint is for the coffee, the one which you get for free is awful, but the one which you are paying from the same restaruant is good. 😜 Overall, I would recommend it for the families with kids.

Really great service from all the team, super friendly and attentive. The hotel itself is in a beautiful setting being right on the beach (around 10 mins in a taxi to Budva)and the rooms are clean and spacious. Only negative was there were some water activities listed in the book in the room however when we asked about these we were told they don’t do them which was a bit strange.

Even though we stayed there off season and it looked like the hotel was opened just for us everything was to perfection. The room we had was spacious and the view was amazing to wake up to. We had half board and both breakfast and dinner were well prepared and of really good selection. If we were to return to Budva we would defenately choose this hotel again.

We have stayed here for one week. The apartment was very modern and clean and huge. Unfortunetly the balcony wasnt good to sit out. It was surrounded by other houses. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The best was the pool in this apartment. Never was cowded and its a children magnet. Not so far from the beach and a big IDEA shop is not so far from the apartment. Everythig was new and luxury...

Great expirience, the internet was abit down due to tech difficulty all around budva but still no need for net when you got an amazing apartment to make up for it!

Great hotel with a beautiful sea view! Polite and friendly staff! The apartment has everything you need, clean and comfortable! On the territory of the pool and covered parking, within walking distance of shops. To the sea 15-20 minutes walk. Good value for money!

Impecable accomodations and very spacious. Nothing to complain about the appartment. The underground parking lotnis a tad narrow and requires a bit of creativity for parking you car. I recommend

Nice and clean hotel with very friedly staff. Good location but not so far from city center. Pool is little but nice area to relax. Breakfast variates and can be as poor as couple of croissants, but sometimes a lot to eat. There is no restaurant so breakfast is served to the rooms. If you are looking new and quiet hotel and you dont have special needs for breakfast, this is it.

Great room, terrible shower and breakfast. Beds were comfy, although standard single beds, so quite narrow. Good air conditioning. We had a twin single room and it was a bit of a squeeze. The shower was the worst. Location is great, rooms are clean, but there is no view from the balcony and brekfast is poor. Hotel offers nothing but great wi-fi and place to sleep.
