Went to krakow for a long weekend and had a fantastic time,
Hotel was based just off the main square so perfectly place as a base to explore the city.
It was fantastic from the day we got there the receptionist was very helpful and because are room was ready early so we could get in and from there it was a fantastic weekend!
The breakfast selection was great in a lovely dining area.
And on the last day the staff where more than happy to hold on to are luggage for the morning until we where ready to go to the airport.
Would definitely return to this hotel if I was to return.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here for 3 nights. It has exceeded our expectations and so much more! The air conditioned room is spacious and clean, all essential amenities are included like kettle, shower gels, hairdryer etc. We paid a little extra for the breakfast buffet, it was great and had so much variety to choose from hot/cold food. It is so worth it I highly recommend! The hotel has a lift too which is convenient. The location is right by the main square with groceries shops, McDonald, restaurants & cafes, shops, tram, taxi nearby. The castle and the beautiful St Marys church is within walking distance too. I would like to say a big thank you to the staff who helped us with finding places and booking taxi too, she is super helpful! Everything was great, could not fault it. 10 out of 10!

Fantastic location, just off the main square. Rooms are very dated and the walls very thin, we heard no noise from outside but could hear full conversations of the people in the room beside us. Air con works well. Breakfast didn't cater for my partner sadly as he can't eat pork and is allergic to cheese. Very limited choice and bread is uncut so seen lots of people handle it while we were sat in breakfast room. Two of the mornings we had to wait for a seat to have breakfast so very little left when we got to sit down. Very busy little spot, excellent location, but maybe have breakfast elsewhere.

Absolutely brilliant service from a very quaint, clean lovely hotel. Brilliantly positioned on the Town Square for the bars and restaurants. We loved the breakfast and our room which had an amazing bathroom. The receptionist on front of house were friendly and helpful but I must comment on Kamil who was brilliant and so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.
Brilliant would thoroughly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay and we would certainly go back if we return.

No better location in the Old Town. Front desk service was exceptionally good and incredibly helpful. Breakfast poor. Superior room, excellent bathroom , quiet at back of the hotel but the quality of the room was poor but the bed very comfortable.
Overall would return for the excellent service, comfortable bed and perfect location.

Lovely hotel. We had a lovely room at the back of the hotel, and it was very quiet with a very comfy bed and nice bathroom. The breakfast could of done with more choice. would highly recommend

Had a very relaxing 4 nights. Clean and comfortable room. Daily housekeeping. Big tv with fridge, safe and kettle. No noise from other rooms or outside. Right in the heart of the old town.

We had a great stay here. The location is fantastic for Krakow Old Town which is literally on the doorstep. Our room was large with an ensuite bathroom and was very clean. We were at the back of the hotel and we found it very quiet at night and had a large comfortable bed. Staff were helpful and pleasent. We enjoyed a continental style breakfast each morning.
