Amanah Bangkok Hotel in Bangkok

Our first stay at this hotel was enjoyable, with no issues to note. However, our second visit was disappointing. The air conditioning in our room malfunctioned, and despite repair attempts, it remained ineffective, leaving the room uncomfortably warm. Additionally, the initial room was not clean, so we requested a change. While a new room was available, it also fell short of cleanliness standards, and no other options were available due to full bookings. On checkout, we were surprised by an attempt to charge us for alleged stains, despite leaving the room tidy. The reception staff’s service felt unwelcoming. Regrettably, due to these experiences, we would not come back. Perhaps renovating the rooms and improving the service at the reception could be a suggestion.

The neighbourhood is nice tho. Next to a train station, local market and 7-Eleven right around the corner. Location however is not the best, a lot of traffic, so it can take more than an hour to get to Siam for example.
