For concert: Good, near and walking distance to Rajamangala
For normal trips: not worth it

Reception staff not helpful and have poor attitude (GEE)

large hotel with many rooms but only 2 elevators (staff use this also, make it make sense)

Check in process was good and fast, but no manners
Deposit 1000baht, only cash no card. So dumb.
Not near BTS.

Room dark, just ok. Bed comfy.
my toilet bowl, when I arrive have a lump of hair inside 🤣🤣

Got dirty room, behind one of the beds, there was an old bag, with take-away food inside which was not cleaned before we got the room.
Stuff barely speak English.
Very basic/minimal breakfast (even no cappuccino).
Once got up to the pool around 10:30AM, was surprised that no towels are there so we got back to our room take it.
My nose got cut because the edge of the pool very sharp and unfortunately was bleeding.
In addition, once check out, the hotel was trying to charge for “room service for the towels”, because I used a towel to cover my bloody nose.

Rooms were clean and the A/C was pretty good. The venting in the rooms was terrible and often the smell of cigarettes carried into the rooms. The hotel was very loud. It hosts a crazy amount of tour groups who are extremely loud throughout the early morning and at night. Tour groups arrive every night and trying to use the elevator to get up to your room at that time is nearly impossible. Our room was right next to the house keeping facility and again the staff were extremely loud throughout the night and morning. We could even hear the house keeping's telephone ringing constantly throughout our stay. Front desk staff and concierge staff were very nice and accommodating. Probably wound't stay here again, but it's a cheap and a clean place to stay for those in the area.

The experience has been very negative. The hotel is crowded by many noisy Chinese tourists who occupied majority of the vacancies. There is no order in arranging specific areas for them to be so they end up disrecpectfully feeling too much like home in the hotel. Though there is a ban for some items to bring to the hotel but nothing is reinforced.

I'm not recommend this place if you want something private and quiet.

Worst hotel experience I had and I travel quiet a bit also.
