Great location, right next to Huai Khwang station. Rooms are very spacious. Food at the buffet had a wide variety of Thai and international dishes, was up to the mark. Ask for a room on a higher floor, the view is spectacular. Staff is always smiling and helpful. I got a late checkout despite asking for it at the last moment.

My stay at the Swissotel was entirely complimented by the exceptional staff, so polite, helpful, most proffesional and always with a smile. I must thank Andy for my great room, also Sommon at the Executive club, she and her staff really looked after me with chilled Heinekens and lovely food, and I must also say a big thank you to Peter on the Front door & concierge area, great guy arranging transport for me, nothing was too much trouble. I will certainly stay again at the Swissotel next trip to Bangkok, I recommend you do !

Seamless check-in process and excellent service provided by the front desk staff named Bell. Constant good service was provided by the staff in the Executive Lounge which include Balm who was thoughtful and remembered what we used to drink. The room service staff was also attentive - to ensure the room was replenished with the amenities. A hotel that I would recommend for your holidays. 😀

Honestly the best hotel experience I've had in a long time. It's grand, classic, elegant, and very clean. I was so surprised to see a fully fledged gym and beautiful pool. The breakfast at first looks a bit standard but I was really impressed with the quality of the food, extremely delicious. You can tell the quality of a place by its bacon, and this place had it done perfectly, crispy and not too fat nor oily. Finally, I had an issue with my room upon arrival, however Khun Pai at the front desk resolved the issue and has been looking after me since, even after I decided to extend my stay because of how much I love this place.

I recently booked Swissotel Hotel Bangkok and had a comfortable stay. The most notable experience was having the special attention daily by Mrs. K. Net who was very professional and personally attended to my laundry needs.
She is an excellent staff and the hotel should be proud of her for the dedicated work and her ability to handle the job very well without any hesitation.

Very nice stay. The rooms, breakfast, gym/pool facilities were excellent. Location wise it was a bit more challenging to get to more tourist driven spots for tours and shopping with the traffic. But the service was excellent. Noeynoh helped us tremendously with reaching our destinations each day and always welcomed us warmly and provided assistance when needed. All the other staff, Tik, Chien, Alan and Joi to name a few were extremely helpful and gracious.

Room are spacious and clean. Conveniently location next to a mrt station. The quiet side of Bangkok city where you don’t have too many tourists around.

The location of the hotel is very good. Near the MRT station is only within 5min walking distance. Nearby there are a lot of restaurants and 711 is only beside the hotel. Breakfast has a variety of choices but everyday almost 90% of the food is the same as i stay almost a week there..the staff are friendly and can request for luggage storage before check in room or after check out. They also can help you call a taxi. Rooms i deduct 1 star is because sound proof is not good, can hear very clearly when others doors are closing or talking outside. However, the room is very spacious and the rest is good.

The rooms are very dirty on the 21st floor and after 2 days of sleeping on it my family's face had allergies causing small bumps on our face but they are tiny. The rugs are stained and there is a slight unpleasant scent. I tried putting on some of their soap? on a small part of my hand. And after some time my hand went red and was a bit swelling. The bathroom is just... The hair dryers are the old ones where you have to press the button to activate it and once you let go it turns off. The shower goes EVERYWHERE and the floor gets wet. Even if you go to the renovated floors, the hygene is better. No unpleasant scents, No stained rugs, big TV. But the bathroom is still the same. The breakfast was nice though.
