iCheck inn Mayfair Pratunam

Was expensive for me (4000/night) since I booked just 1 day before stay by MMT. When I checked-in, I saw per night price is only 800 Bahts displayed at their reception.

It's just 5-6 minutes walk from Phaya Thai BTS station. You need to walk parallel to the BTS line towards airport which is the shortcut and not follow the Google Maps. The road is too rough to drag your bags so you'll have to lift them (For 3-4 minutes) if you are taking this shortcut else take the Google Map route by Taxi. The Rooms are just ok.

Quite expensive for 1 day stay , location is good 👍. Room are spacious for 2 provided with small fridge but locked windows kind of suffocation’s. Compact hygiene washroom 👍. Early checkin charge 500 baht which was not good thing.

Not the best, but also not the worst stay. I get what i pay for.
Arrived at the hotel at 11.30pm ish, greeted by 1 security guy who apparently has our check-in docs and helps us check in-bcs there's nobody at the receptionist counter.

Good stuff:
-Hotel is clean and decent. Huge bed ( larger than king size). Facility's complete : TV, chiller, bath tub, a single sofa, desk, make up table, water heater, toiletries (soap, shampoo, bath gel), and speedy wifi at every floor.
-Location is super convenient, walking distance to pratunam market & phaya thai BTS. But you need to ask the staff for a "secret shortcut". Else you'll be routed far away by google map.

Bad stuff:
-The room lighting is a bit too dim for me, thus adding the spooky vibe. 1 main light in the bedroom's dead too.
-Unlike other hotels i've visited, we need to manually request for a room cleaning service by hanging the sign at the door. Else they would only restore the coffee + toiletries + water bottles without touching anything else in the room. Apparently they engage with an external cleaning service team, so we can't request for anything else (e.g. ad-hoc cleaning, extra towel/toiletries) after their working hour's over.

It's not a great hotel but a decent one. Always have issues with hot water, wifi speed not so good. Breakfast has really limited options. If you find a better option in the same price, then go for it. Only good room is deluxe size
